This is an easy access hotel off I-90. There are several hotels and restaurants all with in walking distance. This place is nice and clean with lots of free parking. They have a great free breakfast in the morning and cookies at night. Has a nice indoor pool, hot tub, and exercise room. You get a free newspaper too!

This is a typical Hampton Inn. It was clean had amenities with friendly staff. Problem is it is right off of I90 and the train tracks are near. Because it is an older hotel the windows don't block the noise. There was also no hot water for a shower in the morning. Would not stay at his hotel in the future,

My company recently had a training there. The staff went out of their way time after time to make sure the training went well. They attended and foresaw any problems and fixed them before I had a chance to say anything. The problems are no fault of the hotel but behind the scenes event planning problems. They were constantly asking if there is anything they could do to help. The coffee was never empty!!

I definitely will pick a different hotel next time I stay in Billings. Smoking area/Garbage area right outside my room.. slamming doors.. garbage cans rolling by from 0430am-1030pm. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. However.. the room was clean & the staff were very friendly. The pool stunk pretty bad..& not of a clean chlorine smell, therefore, did not use them.

As a frequent guest at Hilton and Marriott properties, I'd like to say that I've seen just about everything. One thing I do not see enough of, any any level of property is SUPERB service! We chose this hotel out of convenience while on our long drive to Kalispell. Now that I found this gem I will make it a destination for business and pleasure. While many of the staff members were superb, Sheila stands out for her engaging personality and helpful manner! Thanks to the staff for a terrific stay... Read more

This hotel was average in every way. The food was standard powdered eggs, cereal, etc. The beds were hard, not firm, but cheap hard. The internet was below average. I also had several items on the floor from the previous guest which were never vacuumed during my stay. I originally booked my room for 21 days, I stayed 4. I wouldn't go back.

Driving across the Pacific Northwest, Billings was our first stop, 607 miles from our Fargo launch. I don't expect facilities to be flawless, but I do expect staff to be responsive to issues. The staff at Hampton Inn Billings definitely met and exceeded those expectations. Check-in was quick and efficient. After such a long drive, my boyfriend felt a migraine coming on, so we agreed that he'd relax while I found us food. The remote control for the TV didn't work. A quick call to the front desk ... The staff at this hotel are very professional, they even went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. The only complaint that we have is with their beds which are not that comfortable. The mattress is easily moved from the boxboard and that was irritating. Definitely would stay again.

I often stay at this hotel when I am in Billings, The staff is very friendly and helpful. The fitness center is adequate and almost always available. My disappointment would be that if you want breakfast near 9 am there will be very little food remaining. They could use new polyester pillows; they have seen better days. Overall a great place to stay.

The Hampton closest to the Billings Airport provided a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment. We had been driving for 12 hours when we arrived, so we were eager to get to our room and just relax. Our check in was exceptionally quick. They had delicious cookies sitting out for us when we arrived. The hotel looked clean, though we didn't spend time at the pool or fitness center so I can't speak to those parts of the hotel. Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast. Loved the beds! Would stay here again if back in Billings.

The room was great, the bed and linens very clean, the staff from top to bottom pleasant and nice. The only possible ' issue' was the lack of signage getting off the Interstate. We arrived around 9pm to check in. When we got to our room the door was open. This frightened me because this has happened to us before at another hotel and people had been in the room. My husband and I were here for five nights on business. The location was across the street from my husband's training so it was convenient for him. We had a nice size King room with a work desk, chair and ottoman, and a fridge - no microwave, though. That is a setback when you are in the hotel for that many days. The hotel serves decent breakfasts and is very quiet. However, we had a lousy view! Overall, the hotel can be recommended if you are working in this area.

There was nothing inherently special about this Hampton Inn. It was as clean, well-maintained and secure as most, with the same friendly, efficient service.
