I have completely given up on Hampton Inn queen beds. I think I have learned my lessons on value that a cheap room is not the way too go. Even though, once again the beds are bad. I have to comment on not having a mini-fridge in the room. I have medicine that require to be kept cold. I should have choose another hotel, but our travel destination could not be helped. I was told by Archie that the 2 queen bed room suites does not come with a fridge only the King bed suite. For me, this is the stu... Read more

I've stayed at Hampton Inn properties all over the country and this property is everything you expect from the brand. The facility was clean, quite and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful! I arrived into Billings on a late flight in the middle of the night and their shuttle driver had already gone for the night. I took a cab to the hotel and was surprised when the hotel reimbursed me for my cab fare from the airport - I was not expecting this and it was a nice way to tend the evening!

I enjoy this hotel its location is in the heart of ideal restaurants and shopping areas. While on business trips it is ideal as the interstate into the city is fast and less time to meeting locations. This hotel is quite and I always get great rest here.

This hotel is convenient to the highway and is a great place to stop. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and great and helpful staff. We checked in very late and were able to rest knowing we didn't need to be out until 11. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

We recommend this hotel to anybody looking for very clean rooms, extremely friendly staff, family friendly, close to good restaurants and located right off I90. We stayed here to take our young kids to Chuck E Cheese and Build a Bear as a surprise because they have never been to one and it was just 2 miles straight down the road, it was so worth the stay!

I have been doing conferences/training in the Billings area for about 8 years. I have utilized a few different hotels, but truly find that the Hampton Inn and Suites is the best option. Danielle and Garret, along withs staff are always so kind and helpful. The facility is bright, well-designed, has great internet access, and a nice sound system. This Hampton Inn & Suites is typical of Hilton's Hampton chain, in that it offers a high-quality lodging experience at a fairly reasonable price. We had no complaints, and it was nice that we were upgraded to a junior suite. On the less than great side, the hotel is on the west side of Billings with very little of interest nearby. It is positioned as a convention/meeting hotel, but that isn't of much interest to most business and leisure travelers. Also, the included breakfast was perhaps a bit ... Read more

Conveniently located on I-90 west. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. No walking destinations, but easy drive to restaurants (we went downtown). Quiet room; comfortable beds. Appears relatively new, so no structural problems. Complementary breakfast is good; line items replenished promptly. The only quirk: no racks for used towels; original placement is on shelves. I would recommend to others.

Hampton Inns are my go-to hotels, and this location embodies why. Check-in was quick, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bed lived up to my expectations -- one of the most comfortable mattresses you'll ever find. The free breakfast was a typical mix, and perfect for those who don't want to run off to a restaurant before heading out for the day. The lobby was nicely furnished, and made you feel at home. I like this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort and friendly staff. The price is usually a bit less than others in the Hilton portfolio, which is definitely a plus. They serve a good breakfast, included in your stay. The only things I don't like is its a ways from shopping and activities in Billings. And if I stay in a room next to Zoo drive, I have a built in alarm in the morning when the traffic starts up. But in spite of those two items, I stay there a lot and enjoy it.
