We picked this hotel based on reviews & location. Valet parking is $30 but there is a self-park just 1 block behind for I believe $16. We choose valet. They have a red Tesla to take you anywhere downtown & to the Anheuser- Busch brewery. We took a ride to the casino (don't go there unless you can tolerate heavy cigarette smoke). Jim, our driver, was delightful, giving us a tour on the way. You can walk to any downtown attractions we later found out. Very convenient location! The layout of our... Read more

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and our room was clean and very nice. We really liked the hotel bar with complimentary milk and cookies at night. The decor is beautiful as well as the subtle details in the design. Will definitely be back!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! It is beautiful, walking distance to a lot of attractions, and for other attractions that were a little farther away, the courtesy car drove us. They upgraded our room for us for free to a suite which was beautiful! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel, this is hands down the best place I've stayed in St. Louis! Will be returning!

We used the Magnolia Hotel for all of our out of town guests for our wedding weekend. We had close to 20 rooms and received nothing but rave reviews from all of the guests. My fiance and I asked the front desk to hand out gift bags to our guests and they did an excellent job of making sure that everyone received their gifts. Everyone on staff was courteous and helpful! The hotel is beautiful and had great space for informal gatherings throughout the weekend!

During the summer of 2015, my family stayed at the Magnolia and absolutely loved it. With a happy hour before the Cardinals game and complimentary breakfast in the morning, the price was well worth it. For Christmas, my boyfriend got us tickets to the Blues game and I recommended we stay at the Magnolia once again since I had previously had such a great experience. Once we arrived, we found out they discontinued their happy hour, and they also do NOT have a free breakfast. I was disappointed we ... Read more

We spent our anniversary weekend here. We found it by a hotel search instead of a friends recommendation so we weren't sure what to expect. There is some interesting history as the Mayfair Hotel and Carey Grant's stays there It's beautiful and has original stained glass windows. The staff treated us like family and all mentioned our anniversary. We had a corner suite room. It was luxurious and spacious, especially for the price. Everything was very clean. We had champagne and dessert comp'd... Read more

The staff was happy to help and friendly. The building itself was gorgeous. It may, in fact, be the most elegant of the Magnolia family. However, the room hadn't been cleaned properly (the entire stay and upon arrival). The street was abnormally ridiculous (and yes I do live in the city). The was my last time staying at a Magnolia.

Loved this hotel. The decor is gorgeous with intricate design and stunning chandeliers throughout. Service was great from valet, check in and room service. The room was spacious and quiet, bed was not super comfortable but ok. Room service was prompt, food delivered was warm and delicious. We tried the French onion soup (soooo good), sliders and ceasers salad. The location is in the heart of the city and while we did not stay long we did walk to the gateway arch in the morning, about 10 m... Read more
