I have to say that this hotel was clean. The hotel staff was very nice, and quick to fix anything. My A/C wasn't working when I first checked in my room. Once we notified someone, it only took about 10 minutes for someone to come replace it. It was a very convenient location to the hwy and the St. Louis zoo. I would definitely stay again.

I am in St. Louis frequently for business and sometimes for pleasure. While I have stayed at multiple locations in the St. Louis area, I ALWAYS come back to the Red Roof Inn for my needs. The staff is always so pleasant and willing to help. They make sure that the guests know everything about the area and the services the hotel offers. Callie, the manager, goes above and beyond in every aspect of her job to really create a unique guest experience. Not to be exceeded by their impeccable service, ... Read more

We stayed here last night. My wife was being treated at Barnes Jewish Hospital. This hotel is one exit from Kingshighway (5 Minutes). It was very convenient. It is a motel that has been remodeled. It was kind of nostalgic, but modernized. We hadn't stayed in a motel for several years. The front desk staff was very accommodating, especially Tori. She was exceptional!

We had a pleasant stay recently at RR plus. I had booked a room over the phone and the clerk was very helpful as I was requesting a ADA room for my needs. We arrived earlier then the check in time but were fine, as the room had already been cleaned so we got to check in early which was nice. The room was clean, quiet and we had plenty of towels, hot water and mini fridge and microwave for snacks. Any time we had questions the staff were more then helpful, We will stay here again, served our nee... Read more

We selected this hotel because of it's good location in St Louis, and indeed, it's in a fantastic spot. The parking lot and outside of the hotel looks great, but that's about the only praise I can give for this place. The rooms are dirty, and poorly maintained. We had two rooms, and in one the floors were so nasty that your feet stuck to them. We complained to the front desk, and directly to housekeeping, but nothing was ever done about it. Linens were stained, and we found trash from the... Read more

The staff is awesome. They were able to help us out with our needs. Awesome attitude as well. The outside and Location for being in St. Louis is great! Just about 10 - 15mins away from the arch. The inside of the Hotel is clean, beds look great, floors are nice and clean. My girlfriend forgot her Micro USB charger and My charger is completely different or I'd let her use it. I went to front desk to see if there was a spare I could borrow and they were glad to lend me one to use. This place knows... Read more

Great hotel for pets, easy on and off of Interstate 44 highway, walking distance to some restaurants (Italian and some fast food). New TV with all channels in HD. The bed was great, air conditioning worked well as did the Internet. Staff were very kind and friendly. The only negative was that the floor was dirty and sticky. Not a big deal for me, just wore shoes and socks.

There is nothing good to say about this location. I had an advanced reservation, but was treated like I stopped in and wanted a room. And then walking to my room, the place is filthy dirty, sidewalks have grime, elevator dirty‚?¶ when I arrived at my room the air conditioner was not working‚?¶ but they set up a fan to ‚??help‚?? cool things off, They gave me no warning or option for another room. I immediately checked out. The property is not like the web description; it is in a rundown warehous... Read more

We stayed at the Red Roof Inn Plus forest park hampton. And it was one of the worst hotel stays in my life. We were in room 124 and stayed june 21, 2016 to june 22, 2016 The issues. 1. The floor boards were coming off and had nails exposed. I have a 2 year old and the room was literally a death trap. 2. The bathroom had bubbling in the ceiling from water damage and had mold. 3. There were 4 pillows for 4 people. 4. The room was 110$ and didnt even have a microwave. 5. the remote for the tv ... Read more

This motel gave you nothing for the money, not free little bottles of stuff, cont.breeakfast, or pool.Yes rooms were updated but they forgot to upgrade the wall ac. It could not keep the room cool which made it hard to sleep. They charged $1.50 a night for a safe fee.

When we arrived I asked about a cot and they did not offer any. With three kids, one ended up on the floor. Lots of noise from outside in a somewhat questionable area. Small room. Poor value for the cost. This was the first night of our two-week vacation and was by far the poorest hotel we stayed in and was also the most expensive. We waited until the last minute to book this hotel while others were booked months in advance. A mistake we won't make again. The first six hotels we tried in the ... Read more

When I looked online for hotels in St Louis, this was the second least expensive ($90.00 per night) that was within five miles of downtown. I was skeptical because it was a Red Roof Inn. However, this is a "Red Roof Inn Plus." The pictures of the rooms showed modern furnishings and the room was supposed to be larger than the typical Red Roof Inn. When we arrived to check in at 4 PM (one hour later than the earliest check in), I was told my room wasn't ready. I was slightly annoyed, but I didn't... Read more

Room was nice, neighborhood was sketchy. The ac was very loud and the only settings which worked were on and off with no in between. There were no elevators, few parking spots, and the Wi-Fi only worked about half of the time. When we booked our room, it was supposed to come with a little goodie bag of waters, popcorn, and granola bars but there were none available. Did not want to give a military discount but ended up doing it after my husband got a bit snotty.

This facility posts its 5 star rating in the elevators. You will know that because they are some of the slowest elevators in such sized hotels. It's a good facility. It wasn't as clean as it could be -- floors in common areas in particular. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located, of course. And free parking in a lot that appears controlled by a gate, but the gate opens for anyone. The staff said that they have a security guard patrolling the lot alon... Read more

The service was outstanding. From Lori who checked me in and Charles who was very helpful. Then in the morning Jessica and Tori and Anthony were all very kind. The room was VERY clean and the beds were fine. The shower and bathroom were clean and nice the TV worked great. The towels were big and fluffy. For $116.00 a night in the heart of St. Louis I was very surprised and pleased.

We were not expecting much from this hotel but were quite happily surprised. For this kind of price the room was clean and comfortable. Good beds. Easy Check in with a just polite hotel person. We could feel that service is not their first priority though. Hotel was still a good choice for a one night stay.
