Stayed for a night on a business trip. Best suited for those flying out of the airport. This one is right next to the airport and they do have regular shuttles too. Check in and checkout were done quickly. The property is slightly dated and beds were small. Water pressure was so low ???.You need to pay $13 for parking , that's a bummer. Overall happy with the stay.

Weekday mornings Joanne was fantastic. Super friendly. Nice lounge area. Comfortable seating. Good food. Well done! Light dinner fare was also excellent. Reasonable prices on alcoholic drinks. Other drinks available all day. Evening desserts were very good as well. Only down side is lounge not open from Friday at 12 noon until Sunday 5pm.

We stay at this hotel the before our flights every time we travel. The restaurant has waits when tables are empty and the hostess sends you to the bar. Happened the last 3 times we were here. Not sure why they can't have a restaurant on par with other Marriott brand hotels. Today when we went to the bar lounge (the hostess walked us over there) and they asked why we didn't go to the restaurant as they didn't have any tables. The lounge was nice. Hotel seemed nice. Got to my room unpacked everything, got into my pajamas and there was all hair all over the bed. I had to call downstairs 5 times took over an hour to get the situation resolved. Horrible go elsewhere

We stayed here in January using stay/park/fly. The motel is very close to the airport. Parking was good as was check-in and check-out. Room seemed very small. Everything worked but bed was not comfortable to us. The shuttle over went as planned and was good. On returning we and others had to wait over 1/2 hour for the shuttle - which ended up being overcrowded. The driver did not help or offer to help with our luggage. This was a last minute reservation due to travel issues. The room was fairly small but was clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and the airport shuttle was efficient and convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

I was here for a Balloon Decorating Convention and spent about a week there. The staff were so accommodating and friendly in all aspects. From the front desk, to the restaurant, to the cleaning crew, I was never let down and always felt welcome. The shuttle bus from the airport runs every 20 minutes which is REALLY convenient. This Marriott hotel is less than 5 minutes from the airport and is very convenient. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes from the hotel. The staffs at the restaurant are very friendly and customer focused. Food is great and tasty. The bar is decent, but the service is a bit hit and miss. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Room service is prompt for getting breakfast. I will return for sure.

I've stayed here before and really liked it; however, I liked it even more this time around! The customer service was really exceptional this time - the hotel itself, is great - clean, beautiful, etc. but the staff really outdid themselves this time!

Stayed at the Marriott St. Louis Airport during a recent business trip. While the hotel is in need of some construction upgrades, everything is still top notch. The experience started at the reception desk and continued through dinner, breakfast and check-out. Nothing but good things to say about the treatment and comfort at this landmark hotel.
