Excellent location! It is located directly across from the airport. I was there for a conference. The conference had more attendees sign up than expected so we not only had the two indoor conference areas but had the out tent as well for the exhibitors. The staff was excellent and very friendly and went out of their way to offer their assistance. The restaurant has a menu to choose from plus a buffet.

Devin at front desk was very friendly and accommodating when I asked if I could check in early (elite status may have helped) so I could cram as much tourist stuff into my day as possible (made it to Art Museum before Cardinals game). The beds were very comfortable! Very convenient location as used free shuttle to airport then metro to Bush Stadium. I am contemplating changing hotels to here for my next Cardinals trip. This place is my second home. Customer Service is beyond perfect. Well trained professionals understand the need of every traveler at this establishment. Check In desk has some extremely polite individuals. Applause to Jalloh, Jim, Cheryl, Taz, Tim, Dwayne and many others who work tirelessly. Absolutely phenomenal staff. Jason Gillespie was extremely helpful. When the hotel was full he arranged for a shuttle. He displayed exceptional customer service! The hotel was clean. They had live music and good food. Albert Brag the shuttle driver was very knowledgeable on the area with lots of tips to make my stay enjoyable.

I travel every week and stay at full service Marriotts in the Mid-West. This is by far the best Lounge you'll ever find! The food is unbelievable, as well as the staff members. Especially Joanne during the morning shift.
