I stayed here for a business conference. I had a great experience and I would book again in this hotel. Rooms were very nice and they were doing some nice remodeling on the floor I stayed on. Everyone in the hotel was pleasant.

People were great throughout - always interested in helping. Bit older and worn but clean and well maintained. Food is average at best (tried the Red Grill and the Brew Pub) didn't get to try Ruth's Chris

This was one of our stops on our road trip and it was one of the hotels we stayed at with the better views. It was beautiful to see the sunrise on the arch from the comfort of the bed. My daughter loved the view of the city and enjoyed playing I spy while her mom got ready. A little pricey but worth the view.

My husband & I stayed here for the NYE ultimate event and got the corner junior suite. The suite was very spacious and we really loved it! Wonderful views of the arch! The night was fun, food was great and loved the confetti drop and open bar! We also got the breakfast buffet in the morning, the service from our waiter was excellent. The housekeeping staff and the servers at the Brewhouse were excellent! The arrangement of the conference rooms was excellent. Angelo's was an Italian restaurant quite close to the Hyatt and good. I didn't think the nearby Chinese restaurant was very good.

The Hyatt at the Arch, not only was in a picturesque part of the city, it was a perfect convention hotel with all the meeting rooms on one floor, in the same building and all easy to find. This hotel was designed to please in every way.

The staff was very polite and very helpful. It's situated right in downtown St. Louis with stunning views of the Gateway Arch though you want to be sure and ask for a view in advance. There are some rooms there where you can't really see the Arch. I've stayed there twice now and been very happy with the experience both times.

The staff at this hotel is hands-down not only the most competent but also the friendliest I have ever experienced. From the front desk, to the concierge, to the cleaning staff.... top notch! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
