We rented 10 room for a middle school choir competition at Six Flags. The staff was helpful and respectful, they treated each kid as a welcome guest. The rooms and common area we clean and well kept. It is on the verge of a much needed updating but nice and would stay there again.

Our room was very comfortable. The bedding was great, and we had a nice sized bathroom. Our room also had a refrigerator. The breakfast and staff was exceptional. We ordered dinner in our room, and a little more detail to what should have been included on the tray would have been nice. The towels were awesome.

This hotel is great, very clean, friendly staff. My son and I really enjoyed our stay, I will definitely stay again. Great location, next to the mall and around restaurants as well. I really enjoyed my visit.

Visited this hotel for 1 night while in town in visit my Grandfather's grave at Jefferson Barracks. Very convenient location to to there. The hotel common areas we saw, the lobby, bar and restaurant have undergone a recent renovation and are nice. The front desk staff at check in were nice but did not recognize my Rewards Status which is normal for Holiday Inn. Our room was located on the first floor even though I had specifically requested a room on a high floor in response to an email I rece... Read more

We had a king suite for our stay. The room was clean, very well stocked and even though we were right by a busy area it was quiet. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. We were there for a wedding shower and family week-end so we did not have time to use the pool and hot tub area. The pool area and hot tub area were large, clean and there was lots of seating. When we come back to St. Louis we will take an extra day to make sure we can enjoy the pool area besides just being able to walk ... Read more

I booked this reservation on a discount website for a very affordable rate. I am a flexible traveler and I understand discount price generally means discounted accommodations. The Holiday in was well kept and everything worked. There were a lot of occupants so it is clear the staff works hard to keep the building in good condition. I have already booked another reservation at this same hotel for the Memorial Day weekend. I guess that is the best feedback I can give.

Wifi had some intermittent disconnects with a 2.5-5.0 mbps max speed. Hot tub was luke warm and you sat on the only jets in the tub. I didn't try the restaurant. Beds were decently soft. There was no free breakfast.

Were there for a wedding so only stayed one night in a king suite. The bed was comfy, enough pillows, room was clean. Sofa and desk. Desk was a bit beat up but not bad. Fridge was cold enough. Bathroom was large. Extra blankets in the room. The hotel was full. We had about 20 rooms in this hotel. It was quiet. No slamming doors that we could hear. Coffee bar close to check in area, that was nice as no breakfast except in the hotel restaurant. That was fine. We picked up donuts at Krispy Cream wh... Read more

The hotel is off of a main highway and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only real complaint I have is that the bar and restaurant closed by 9 PM. This wouldn't be to big of an issue if there was alternatives within decent walking distance.

The service was quick and the front desk was super friendly. There was a live band in the lounge area. It does not have a free breakfast as with most hotels; but it has a full service restaurant with buffet. I only stayed one night but I was very impressed.

Solid service and the expected rooms with a holiday inn business trip. The resturant food is well cooked and paired with sides. A solid two star resturant so no disapointments. Friendly staff and timely service all around.

Very pricey for an entirely average hotel with no extras. Bring earplugs! The hallways were noisy until the wee hours. The shower temperature was very difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature - either cold or scalding hot. Only a single blanket was provided for the sofabed, and it was thin and horribly scratchy. I ended up giving my son the bedspread from my bed to use instead. Access to the hotel is inconvenient - it requires a mid-block left turn across multiple lanes of heavy tr... Read more

The Hotel was a little older and going through some renovations, but was very clean and very comfortable. All interactions with staff were very pleasant. The hotel is not in St. Louis but is close enough to be able to get to any attractions we wanted to see fairly quickly. There were also places to eat and shops close for anything we needed there. Would stay there again when visiting St. Louis.

We booked a King Suite for two nights in July. The suite was spacious; the sleeping area was private. We have stayed here a number of times and will return, as the hotel is comfortable and location convenient to I-55 & I-270 and restaurants. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at this hotel for a college visit. Very close to the college and easily accessible to the highways. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The only thing we were disappointed was with the continental breakfast. It was below part. I believe this was do to the lack of a standard kitchen. Aside from the breakfast it was a great stay.

During my stay I encountered the good, bad and the ugly: Good- Candyce at the front desk was a complete joy. I never saw her in a bad mood, she always had a smile on her face and a kind greeting. Favour in housekeeping, was super attentive. She even went as far to purchasing me a Bible, how do you thank someone for that, awesome. Bad- The GM, passed the buck. Wasn't concerned with the welfare of this guest. Allowed work to be performed at 7:30 in the morning, which led to a poor night sleep, n... Read more

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in St. Louis because of the location, and it did not disappoint. The area was very centrally located to many attractions. There are casinos, the Arch, the zoo, and brewery all within 15-20 minutes. The hotel looks like it was updated recently and was very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating

Nice location right where Lindberg joins several interstates. The rooms are typical Holiday Inn...the staff is very friendly and the meeting rooms are very nice. My only negatives are the loud guests after midnight waking us up and the jet turbine parking lot cleaner that fires up at 5AM.

Stayed Sunday through Tuesday evening. Worked out in the gym, had a couple drinks at the bar, & had a few meals there. My colleague chipped his tooth on the waffles in the morning......crazy right?!? I ordered a salad and grilled chicken (fair)....colleagues said their food wasn't good. Accommodations were kind of dated but the lobby is nice. It doesn't quite match the rooms but seemed clean. Probably wouldn't choose to stay here again but wouldn't object if I had to.

First off, I would definitely stay here again. We stayed in room 325 which is a suite with a king bed. The bed was very comfortable, the staff were professional and helpful, the hotel and room were clean, and it was relatively quiet. The hotel is in a decent location as well with many restaurants nearby. There is also a bar/restaurant in the hotel itself. We went down for half price appetizers and some drinks and were not disappointed. While the lobby appears to have been updated in the last 5 y... Read more

When our original hotel did not work out upon our arrival we stumbled upon the Holiday Inn and luckily had great customer service at the desk. Able to accommodate special needs at check in also. Nice breakfast buffet in morning and clean hotel. Enjoyed pool and comfortable beds. Staying again in October and will be our go to hotel when in area again. Only downside was disruptive wedding party guests in middle of one night. Hotel needs to get police involved rather than handle unruly guest... Read more

The staff was fantastic! The rooms were quite comfortable. I had been a bit concerned because I knew that it was not the closest Holiday Inn to my family members, or to Forest Park, but the location right off the highway made it very easy to navigate to or away from downtown. The front desk staff were fabulous, very informative, and good with directions and suggestions for outings and restaurants.

The hotel is kept very clean. The beds are quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very nice. The best thing about the hotel is the quality of the staff. Two people stood out, especially. We have stayed there a few times and Candyce, at the front desk, has always been very friendly and helpful. The gem that keeps us coming back is Cvija, the breakfast hostess. Stayed two days in November with a large group. Hotel staff friendly and addressed issues with room promptly. Hotel rooms are dated and need work. You hear everything in your room, makes sense why hotel provides ear plugs!! Close to highway, noise from poorly sealed windows. Breakfast decent. Would stay again, but would look for other options

My sister, niece and I stayed here this past weekend while visiting family in STL. From checkin to checkout everything was great. What we enjoyed the most was the wait staff in the Bistro. Lejla and Antawan were absolutely wonderful. They both went above and beyond customer service and their service alone is the reason we will stay here again whenever we come back to STL to visit. Thank you for everything!
