I travel weekly and average 8-10 nights a month in hotels mostly Marriott. This morning at 5:20am I was awakened to a cell phone ringing, however it was not my phone it was the guy in the room next to me! He answered and it was his wife he had the phone on speaker and I could hear them both very clearly. The remodel of the room was very nice however there is no insulation between the very thin Sheetrock on the walls. I also agree on the beds being way soft and uncomfortable. They were remo... As a frequent traveler, I can honestly say this property ranks in the bottom of the Marriott brand. The property continues to undergo renovations however I caution the seasoned or long-term traveler that "renovation" is used loosely here. New carpet, paint and possibly new pictures on the wall seems to be the extent of the visual repairs. Within our room, the oven, fridge and microwave were old (see photos). Careless painters in a hurry left behind paint splatter on the doors, stove and TP holde... Read more

No complaints but nothing to crow about. Staff was friendly, place was reasonably clean, check in / out was efficient. Hotel was a bit dated but it worked for the night! Breakfast area was small and typical! There is a Mac Donald's across the parking lot so all went well.

I stay In a lot of hotels and someone else booked this one for me and I can tell they didn't read the reviews. I got in very late after a very busy day and all I wanted was a good bed to sleep on. I could care less about any other features just give me a good bed. As soon as I laid on it I sunk so low into it it's ridiculous. I had to flip and sleep on the opposite end of the bed and still had a horrible nights sleep. Kept waking up feeling like the bed is just swallowing me. It is very hard to ... Read more

We stayed here once before.. probably never again. The dog in the room was howling.. this went on for several days. I assume when the owners went out... we did complain to the front desk but no results, Kitchenette very basic, the can opener was rusty. Bed was adequate. Room service kept the room clean, so that was nice. Avoid a room near the stairwells, it can be noisy, even from people running up and down the stairs. Wifi was good.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was absolutely amazing! I left 2 hours later than planned just so that I could lay in it longer. The hotel is conveniently located to several restaurants and convenience stores. The front desk person wasnt very welcoming and people were out by the pool late being very noisy, but other than that, Id stay here again. I would suggest asking for a room away from the pool.

I booked this for 2 nights, then read reviews. I was skeptical. Turns out there was no cause for concern. It has been renovated and I found glue on the counter. Looks like the construction had clean up issues but didn't see anything major. The walls/ceiling were thin, as someone mentioned or the people above us were stomping. The door is not sealed well and you can see daylight all the way around it. Hotel was clean. I check corners and they were all clean. If your corners are clean, then no... Read more

Although difficult to find at first (now behind a church and accessed from a plaza next door), that was all we might complain about. The room was modern, clean and just fine, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet decent.

It would be nice if Marriott or the franchise who owns it would put a sign on the main road, so you gotta work to find it behind the Golden Corral. But once you are there, it's worth it. We stopped after 12 hours on the road from DEN, we used Marriott pts and at only 7,500 it was well worth it for the night. They even upgraded us to a two bdrm suite so my son got a break from the snooring. It was clean, all items working, just perfect for an overnight on the road after two weeks traveling. Next ... Nice spacious room, a ll employees are so nice. Breakfast not bad but missing a few key selections. Pool in the sun most of the day so water was nice. Our check-in time was stated as 3pm but we were told our room was not ready when we arrived at 3:15pm so we had to wait 15 minutes. In their defence, they were booked solid. We will stay here again.

We got a very nice upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite on the third floor. Our silver elite status was truly recognized. Front Desk was very helpful and always with a smile. Nice laundry facilities. Outdoor swimming pool, complimentary breakfast.

Stayed in unit #117: 2 bedroom 1 bath condo. The unit was spacious, very comfortable and extremely clean. We had a kitchenette complete with fridge, microwave and oven. We stayed just one night on our way from KCMO to KY on a road trip. Checking in/out was easy. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day! Keep up the good work and the friendly staff. Hotel management must be doing something right!

I hardly ever use two stars, but this hotel needs a lot of work. Staff is kind, that isn't the issue. First, good luck finding it. No signage...it is behind Golden Corral. The room was dirty. The light switch in the bathroom was so disgusting I couldn't cleaning it scrubbing at it. Then morning came and the dryer wouldn't work in any socket. Then I go down for breakfast an hour before it ends with no eggs or meat because delivery truck wouldn't arrive until after breakfast. So, I decide I'll jus... Read more

We stayed in a 2 bedroom place with my sister, our two young kids, and small terrier in room 302. The kitchenette and spaces were great. And I was pleasantly surprised to see Paul Mitchell products and some other nice brand shampoos and even make-up removing wipes. The staff was fantastic and the breakfast was a smorgasbord of yumminess. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was modern and clean. It may have been nice to have a fan in the bathroom for "smells" and moisture. The only real c... Read more

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is convenient for family guest to stay. The hotel is near a few eateries and grocery stores. The hotel is a bit older and does accept pets. The rooms are acceptable, but need dire need of update. There are maintenance issues that plaque this hotel...Air Conditioning not working, toilet that does not flush well. Decors are date and really need to be updated.

We recently stayed here for a week in a 2 bedroom suite. It was very comfortable and the best value in the area, with a reasonable breakfast included, and an outdoor pool. Sure, there's always room for improvement (eg. the pool is right beside the parking lot, and the bbq as well, so not the best ambiance for those) but overall it was an enjoyable stay. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. We really noticed this. Special mention to Nettie, who was wonderful and helped us out with a sp... Read more

I am a Marriott Gold member and I received an email prior to my stay with directions to the hotel! I was staying here overnight for a doctor's appointment in St. Louis. I was warmly welcomed as I walked in the door! The staff was super the whole time I was there. I asked for a USA Today and it was in my room waiting for me. The air was on and the room was spotless. It had a kitchen with a full size refrigerator, however, there were ice trays, so I just went to the ice machine and filled up the i... Read more

TIP turn between the McDonalds and Golden Corral to get here, there is a driveway between the two and the Suites are behind them. Grocery store next door. Clean pool. The front desk lady was welcoming and the rooms are clean and stocked with extra items. Reliable internet and cable too. Quick and easy to get to the interstates and go to the different sites around St Louis.

My family and I stayed here because we had a funeral to attend in the area, and it was the "cheapest" option using our hotel rewards points. After we got there, we soon wondered whether this was in a bad part of town. There were some interesting (read: questionable) characters hanging around the hotel and parking lot. We weren't bothered by them and our vehicles were left unharmed. My room and my parents room smelled like old cigarettes. If it weren't for the fact that I had just driven 10 hou... Read more
