Clean, friendly staff and near the strip without the traffic. But breakfast seriously needs an upgrade. Yogurt from a pump is never a good idea, and the pancake conveyor belt is a neat theory but not if they taste terrible. Only cut bananas as fruit, that appeared spoiled, and toast was stale.

This place was one of the best we have stayed in at Branson. There are 2 separate buildings at this hotel. We stayed in the one with the lobby and I believe it was the better of the 2. Checkin was very fast and the front desk staff are wonderful. The hotel has very recently been remodeled. The rooms had very pretty décor, beds comfortable and 2 separate sinks in bathroom. Never heard any noise at night, very quiet. They offer a outdoor and indoor pool, we used the indoor pool and they kee... Read more

This is our home away from home. We always stay in building one, because we are used to it. The hotel is quiet and well kept. The beds are good. I prefer something softer, but my husband likes them. We like the indoor pool, which goes to a perfect 5 ft depth. Love the hot tubs, also. Walmart is across the street. Ride The Ducks is up the hill. The only things that I would add is a full length mirror and more lighting by the door. We never get up early enough to get the free breakfast :( .

This is a nice hotel. Just off the main strip behind Ride the Ducks. Close to everything we wanted to do. Bed was comfortable, shower was a little small but not bad. Breakfast was good. Check in/out was quick and easy.

This property is actually two buildings, with an indoor pool at one, and an outdoor pool at the other. They aren't far apart by car, but if it rains, you're in Building 2, and want to use the pool in Building 1, it won't be easy by foot. We were given rooms in Building 2 because of 100 kids staying in Building 1, for which we were grateful. Our room was clean, the beds very soft, and had plenty of towels. Breakfast was average at best. Would have appreciated more fresh fruit choices, as ban... Read more

We have stayed in several branson motels and this one is definitely worth trying. There are pros and cons as wirth any motel, but we feel overall it is a nice place. Pros: Clean Non smoking through all hotel Indoor pool and hot tub Elevator Friendly staff Pretty comfy beds Fridge and microwave in room Cons: Rooms are on the smaller side There is like 1" between the toilet and the bathroom door, small bathroom Breakfast sorely lacks. It will get you out of a jam, but very few options Two b... Read more

We stayed with the family, walked into our room which had one bed and jacuzzi (not what we reserved online) at first they said that was the only room available but then changed it to a suite with 2 beds and 3 couches that pulled out to beds. Same price.

We have stayed at the Grand Oaks numerous times and really enjoy this place. The rooms are very nice and super clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great with a variety of hot items to choose from along with cereals and beverages. The pool area and hit tub area are indoors, clean and fun to use. They also have laundry facilities to wash nd dry your clothe for a reasonable price. Also offer a fitness center. You will not go wrong staying here. One of the best... Read more

Me and my fiancée stayed in the King jacuzzi suite for two nights. The jacuzzi was amazing! It was big enough for two and more. The bed had a really soft mattress and the pillows were great. The room was really clean. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was standard but it was free. Overall we would come back and stay.

Very nice place. Close to everything and the staff was awesome. Would definitely stay there again. Enjoyed their breakfast choices and having a coffee pot in the room. Their outdoor and indoor pool with hottub was perfect for the grandkids. Gayla Hoit Shawnee Ks.

We stayed at the Grand Oaks Hotel on 6/30-7/3. Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating with our travel plans. They even helped with advice about certain shows tickets and events! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! I'm very pleased with our experience! We will stay again!

Decided to stay in Branson one more night after checking out of our place by the lake. We are very glad we found this place! The hotel was very clean & modern. Beds were extremely comfortable and sheets were soft. Staff was friendly. We didn't get an opportunity to use the pool, but it looked nice. Complimentary breakfast is always good and the location is super. Close to the 76 strip but not directly on it. We would not hesitate to come back!

This was our second visit. Nice clean place, but nothing fancy. Room was smallish with a fridge that wouldn't chill. No exhaust fan in the small bath led to a steamy room. Toilet was broken and needed a repair. Breakfast was ok, but needed some TLC. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. We liked the location, close to outlet mall, Panera Bread, and the miniature golf.

This hotel is centrally located to "The Strip" just off of Hwy. 76. It is almost in walking distance to McDonalds and Subway. Right across the highway from the Cool Off Water Chute which is tradition for our family since the 1980s to go to. Seems to have been remodeled not too long ago. The shower/bath is great with plenty of shelf area for all of your family's bottles, etc. Lots of plugs for all your devices with a desk. I would say the only minor drawback is to expect lots of families here wit... Read more

We stayed here five nights in July. The rooms were nice and spacious. Indoor and outdoor pools are a nice option, but they are located at two different buildings. Plenty of parking and easy access. Located right near the strip, but far enough off that it is calmer. Friendly staff. Breakfast lacks, but is doable. If we came back to Branson, we would look at staying here again.

The front desk was a big help with any questions we asked of them. I traveled with a large group and we all had good accommodations. The beds were comfortable, the tubs were really nice. Everything seemed clean which I worry about, but I saw no problem areas. The breakfasts were generally pretty good, till they offered just biscuits and gravy, along with the homemade pancakes, which was pretty starchy for someone on a high protein diet. There was some yogurt to eat, so I was able to eat somethi... Read more

My husband and 2 year old son enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and close by the attractions. The mini fridge didn't seem to work well and the pool was chemically off. The hot tub was closed for cleaning and the pool area seemed messy and not well cared for. But the staff were nice and we enjoyed the hotel breakfast. The ice machine on the 1st floor worked nice and the ice didn't taste bad. The hotel was behind on housekeeping when we checked in Friday at 3, but our room was ready, clean... Read more

I stayed Fri. - Sun. for a basketball tournament. The hotel is in a great location. Its minutes from SDC, outlet mall, restaurants & alot of other cool attractions. Its right off of the Branson strip so the traffic kind of sucks in general but the hotel was quiet & surprisingly clean. I stayed in a Family room, it has two queen beds & a pull out couch. The rooms have been newly renovated & you can, everything looked pretty new, the beds were very comfortable & the bathroom/shower was spotless.... Read more

The Grand Oaks Hotel was very nice, clean, and had updated decor. Right off 76 it is easy to zip around Branson. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only things we didn't like were that you couldn't order movies in our room and the breakfast was very bad... Like really, really bad. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay.

Nothing specific to praise; nothing specific to complain about. A great place to spend a few nights. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The inside and out was quiet. Breakfast was adequate. It was nice to be within a very short walk to Panera Bread.

We like to stay at this hotel for many reasons. It's always clean, the rooms are nicely done, the breakfast is always good, the staff is always friendly, & I feel safe there! The room we stayed in this time was in building 2. This was our first time staying in building 2. Even though the room was very nice & clean, I really wish the room had a full length mirror. My parents have a time share in Branson, but when we go without them this is where we always stay. It's very clean, and comfy. There is a free hot breakfast, gym, indoor pool area with 2 hot tubs. The price is right, and the comfort is there too.

The hotel has been renovated. It is very nice. I didn't like the set up in two buildings though. It located close to everything. Breakfast ends at 9:30 am which seems a bit to early. The rooms and especially the bathrooms are VERY small. It's not worth the money charged to stay.

I was somewhat skeptical about booking here because it was not a well known hotel chain. However, when the chateau on the lake and the holiday inn express were filled because of Labor Day weekend we took a chance on this property. This property has been fully remodeled, new tubs, faucets much more than just a fresh coat of paint. It was VERY clean! The linens were WONDERFUL! The towels were big and fluffy and the bed linens had a luxurious feel to them. The bed was super comfy! T... Read more

This was my second stay at Grand Oaks Hotel. Last year we stayed in the main building and this time in building 2. Pro's - very quiet, and we liked that we had a room on the same level as you walk in so we didn't have to use the elevator. Cons - the bathroom was much smaller than the one we had in the main building. There is no sink & vanity in the bathroom, just the shower/tub and toilet. The single sink & vanity is outside the bathroom. For that reason alone, I much prefer the room we ha... Read more

Hotel was nice and clean. Small TV had mini fridge and microwave. Stayed in room with two queen beds. Breakfast had cereals, coffee, juice, tea, biscuits, gravy, breads, hot tea. They also have sausage that I don't recommend but its free so whatever. All in all in the middle of town, nice, clean.

Grand Oaks Hotel is located centrally in Branson. The hotel has quick access to 76 Country Blvd. and across the street from a local supermarket. Check-in was very quick. They have two buildings each having a pool. Arriving to the room we found it clean and well stocked. There is a mini refrigerator in the rooms (which made it nice). The only problem I had was the lack of phone service in the room. Breakfast is served in each of the two buildings. The morning we used breakfast the served eg... Read more

My friend asked for a flatter pillow because the ones we had were too full. Within 30 minutes of her request, a flatter pillow was delivered to our room. They accommodated our groups earlier than normal departure by having breakfast ready a half hour before their normal time. We were most appreciative of their having done this. Will I return? Abso...
