Rooms were dirty and didn't seem like housekeeping staff cared about the hotel. Pool was freezing. Even the hot tub. Wasn't very hot. Will definitely be going somewhere else next time. Management was good about moving rooms to find a cleaner room (one without hair all over bathroom).

About as bad as it gets. Dirty room dirty bed even the towels looked like they forgot to wash them. The room charge was $69.99 and they should have paid me for staying wow what an eye opener don't make the same mistake I did and stay at this dump.

Room was large, clean and had everything I needed. Internet signal strong. Room rate was very reasonable. On the down side was breakfast. Waffle machine was a mess and unusable. Coffee was too weak to drink. Pool was closed. There is a restaurant but I don't like Mexican.

They need new mattresses. Not a high quality room for the price, and the free breakfast was not worth the effort it took to prepare it myself. Do stay here if you want to have spasms in your back throughout the next day after sleeping on their mattresses.

Worth the value for the price. The inn was clean as well as the room. The bed was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Check-in/check-out was fast .The hotel staff were courteous and helpful.

If you don't mind sleeping in a bed with dog hair and filthy beds, this would be the place to stay, NOT! This used to be a good hotel, but now, it is as bad as the one across the street. The rates are outrages for the condition of the rooms and all the noise going on there.

First of all, the weekend my friends and I stayed there was a dance or cheer competition in town. We checked in around 8pm and was able to eat at the adjoining Mexican restaurant (which had pretty good food). We stay up late, so the loudness of the rambunctious children didn't bother us until we decided to go to bed around 2am. After several warnings to the disruptive children, they finally stopped stomping around out front of our room. Just in time for the fire alarm to go off at 3 am (and our ... Read more

Average place to stay, electric was turned off and the room was hot as heck. Waited in the dark for the electric to be switched on. Then a worker barged in my room at 9:30 AM, before checkout time and didnt' knock....not good.

We stayed at this location last minute. It is a very outdated facility. My husband had his prom there in the 70's when it was the Ramada Inn and I don't think anything has changed with the lobby or carpet since then. The lobby and the rooms were clean but lots of rusted bathroom hardware and the towels were cleaned but VERY stained. I did not use them. Walmart is right across the street if you need to purchase your own!! However; I refused to shower there. Housekeeping does well and cleans but s... Read more

Room was so hot it took hours to cool. Room was not very clean. TV wouldn't work properly. Towels were stained and not white. This place looks old and run down in real life. Young staff members tried to be helpful but manager intervened and was not even slightly helpful.

We were in town for the Midwest Stud Ram Sale and it was a last minute decision: nowhere else to stay. Well, the odor of bleach assailed my nose as I walked through the front door. Proof of cleaning, but next to Lysol, the most offensive odor I deal with on an almost daily basis in my real job. Hotel was probably built in the early-mid 70s based on decor. Woman at front desk very nice. The room was marginal, but the AC was cold. There is a small microwave, room fridge and wee coffee pot. The t... Read more

Bad service alot of outlets don't work. They don't like to give towels out. We had a double Queen with 3 people in room only 2 towels. Ask them for more towels. I can't believe this is still a choice hotel.

Poorly maintained. Got the suite, couch fabric was ripped! How can this be your "best room?" To top it off, was not awarded Choice Privilege points for the stay. After two additional denials by email, I finally called Choice Privileges and had to argue to get the points. Even though I used my account and I booked through their website. What a terrible program that is just perfect for a downtrodden hotel.

Very dirty Hotel, gross bathtubs, damaged walls awful repair work. Breakfast looked OK but afraid to try it since the room was so dirty, last guests socks left under the dinning table. We checked in early and could not move in because the room was dirty, so we had to leave our belongings in the hallway, very disappointed.

This is the second year we have stayed at this hotel. It is clean, close to the fair grounds and price isn't too bad considering the amount of people who visit the state fair. We were also surprised that we could cancel that same day without penalty. We live 4 hours away and with storms in our area, we weren't sure we would go so keep an eye on the weather channel and knowing we could cancel without penalty was a plus.

The staff were very nice and polite. They made sure that I was taken care of, by asking if I needed anything. I got a king size room, it had a very good size big screen TV in it and very clean. I would stay there again

The breakfast was terrible. Bad coffee, gravy was watered down, eggs were rubbery. Room was clean but the had a distinct eastern smell to it. Staff kept being in the way of guests trying to serve themselves.

I am a Choice employee and typically I do not give a hotel a bad review however! I booked through Choice and was given a discount, I noted on my reservation that we would be arriving after midnight (the drive was long) once we arrived at the hotel we found out our reservation had been cancelled!!!!! The guy that was working the desk spoke minimal English and was hard to understand, he however went ahead and honored the rate, then told us to speak to the manager the next day. We got settled woke ... Read more
