Excellent hotel, great front desk staff and the 360 bartenders were great!!! The views were spectacular made watching a game from your room very easy. The buffet breakfast had good selection and was very fresh, wait staff very attentive

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton St Louis at the ballpark. We travelled to St Louis to go to a baseball game and this was perfect. We were within walking distance to both the ballpark and the arch. Our room was clean but pretty small. The view was amazing! The only complaint I have is the elevator. There is a bar/club at the top of the building and once evening rolled around there were long lines to use the elevator. I feel the hotel should have at least one separate elevator for the peo... I have stayed at the Hilton Ball Park a number of times over the last few years and all visits have been great‚?¶. but this visit was less than desirable. We were in the west wing which I have stayed in multiple times. Although the room looked clean it was far from that. The bathroom was filthy. Black hair in the tub and on the floor. Toilet not clean. When we went to take a shower it sounded like a power tool was running the entire time. The drain was not working properly and the tub filled up ... Read more

This is the best hotel we've stayed in so far with amazing views! Nice city views. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern. We were in walking distance to everything, Busch stadium, ballpark village, the arch and a lot more! I would stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is nice. I reserved a room with a fridge and microwave, but was placed in a room without those. Would not have been a big deal, but I was traveling with an infant. Great location to Arch and St. Louis Cardinals baseball stadium. Staff was not the friendliest.

Great location overseeing the baseball stadium and a view of the Arch. Happy to see that this hotel has gone through renovation in the lobby and rooms. Check in pretty quick. Valet or self paid parking pretty easy. Ask for room overlooking the arch on high floor is worth the money. Room is quite large and amenities are good. Executive lounge has good selection of food and soft drinks plus great coffee selection.

So many places to walk to from this hotel. Good, sites, history and sports!! Uber cheap to nearby places. Staff was very friendly. But We were told on the phone we could check in early but then ended up waiting until normal check in time before our room was ready. Pool was crowded but there was a sports tourney in town. Bonus is the huge hot tub which made up for small pool. No Cards game that weekend but a Band did play until 10p. With little kids, that might be difficult. We S... Read more

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton St. Louis Ballpark for memorial day weekend and it was wonderful. The checkin process was easy and the staff was very helpful. Eddie was the bellman that assisted us with our bags to the west tower and he was a true delight! All of the bellstaff was on point and eager to greet guests which I love. We were upgraded to the 19th floor Arch view room with club access which was awesome! We took time to enjoy the rooftop 360 bar Sunday evening. I was bummed as we ... Read more

The staff was great but what was offered in the accommodations was not accurate. Upon checking we realized the ammentatiies were not as promised and they were all too casual about it. We had to move rooms because of partiers that were on an adjoining room to ours. Night one was not very relaxing for sure. We then were moved (again the staff was hospitable) however our second night was not much better since our air was not working properly. Was a trip that we were more than excited to go home to ... The Hilton Saint Louis at the Ballpark is in a great location. It is an easy walk to Busch Stadium and the Gateway Arch. Our room was nice, but be advised that iif you book a room with a stadium view, do not expect that you will be able to see the field (as the pictures on the Hilton website suggest), you may just be looking at the side of the stadium, which was quite disappointing. Also, the elevators in the main lobby can be very busy and require a wsit. Also, on busy nights valet parking may ... Read more

The hotel's location is great if you are taking in a baseball game. The staff seems very friendly. Not impressed with our room at all. Cracked tile in the bathroom, AC was so loud it was hard to sleep, the mattress was not comfortable at all. Would probably select another hotel and take a taxi to the game, if we come back.

We were treated like crap! We were told that the valet parking was full, ok that happens (though it turns out that several of the valet spaces were taken by bar guests, not hotel guests). I tried to take my bag in and check in but a bellman took my bag and told me to drive down the block and park in a public garage. He dropped my bag by a chair and told my wife to sit here, very rude and very unwelcoming. Our room was subpar and we had several issues that took way too long to fix. I've been to m... Read more

I have stayed at this hotel many times for baseball trips in the past (going back to when it was a Marriott property) as it is right across from Busch Stadium. I realize the property is old and is going to have some age issues that will be very difficult to fix. Also, I travel frequently, and stay mainly at Hilton Properties. Friendly Staff and enjoyed the atmosphere within this property. Closeness to ballpark and activities was excellent. Our room was updated and view of ballpark was worth the extra money to us. Overall, our room was spacious and very nicely maintained. A few things that were lacking, however: there were NO available or accessible power outlets on/near the night stands. We use CPAP machines and normally use our cell phones as our clocks, and had nowhere to plug anything in. Fortunately we had an extension cord with us so that we could plug the CPAP machines in, but only if we unplugged the clock OR both of the lamps on the night stands, which seemed to be connected. I am only rating the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark "very good" because of its fantastic location to all of downtown St. Louis' attractions. The public areas, bars and restaurants in this hotel are also outstanding. In addition, Chuck was very polite and professional at check-in. Not ideal for streamlined, business travel. The hotel is directly across from the ballpark, and can be very crowded with groups headed to games. Often there were long lines for check in, valet, and coffee at the lobby Starbucks. The hotel offers free wifi to Hilton honors members, but you must ask to have the charges waived before you check out. Overall, it's a decent hotel. If you stay, ask for a room in the West Tower. It looks newer and the rooms are nicer/fresher than the east.

I imagine this hotel gets the party crowd for Cardinal games and the wear and tear certainly shows. Can't beat the location, but the hotel needs serious TLC. Went to iron a shirt and the ironing board was all stained and quite gross. Then found the iron full of rust and spitting out all kinds of nasty stuff. Fortunate to catch that before I tried to iron. The hotel ittself is nice, but needs TLC. Our room which had an amazing view of the stadium, was dirty. There was an empty pizza box under one bed, empty plastic water bottle under the other, a dirty wash cloth slung over the shower head, bathroom vent..filthy (see pic), price was $265.00. It does a disservice to the St. Louis destination to call this Hilton a "premier" property in the city. Overall the property is in desperate need of a renovation outside of the hotel lobby. The room furniture is old and worn, including the TV. Here were some of the issues I found: 1. The Second phone in the room didn't work 2. The ironing board kept... Read more

The location is what brings this to 4 stars. You are right across the street from the stadium and ballpark village. It was cool being able to hear the crowd from your room during a game and kind of have an idea of what was going on while watching the game from your room. Though it was somewhat hard to follow coz of the distance. The room itself and the hotel was a little dated. But not bad enough to hurt the overall experience.

I had planned in advance of arrival and again while there a surprise anniversary room service however it was late and ruined. The manager at the desk quickly made up for it all with a dinner credit at their sky top 360. I would deter people needing sleep on a Saturday night from staying on a room overlooking the stadium. The Fox place was loud and could be hard with the TV on on the 21st floor. We wouldn't have minded except for the need to get to early for a running race the next morning.

My husband and I recently stayed here in early October as we both had conferences in St Louis. The room was very clean with comfortable beds and housekeeping did a nice job with keeping things restocked. We were located in the West tower and didn't find the walk from check in to be any problem. We actually liked it better as we used valet parking every day. The only con I have about the hotel was the restaurant on the ground floor. Very overpriced for mediocre bar food and slow service.

Stayed on a Saturday night and booked a premium corner king unit. The room was supposed to have a view. All we saw was a parking garage. Which was frustrating since the parking garage we had to use was a block away and not a private garage. Called and was moved to a different room that overlooked Busch stadium but was not the premium room I had paid for it was just a regular king room. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Decided to stay in that room because we were tired. The rooftop bar wa... Read more

I stayed at the Hilton while in St. Louis to run the St. Louis Rock n Roll Half Marathon. The hotel was conveniently located near the start and finish of the race. It is also conveniently located near the ball park (duh). Even though baseball season in St. Louis had ended, we went across the street to eat lunch - so many restaurants to choose from!! We also ate lunch in the Hotel Restaurant on Sunday morning. Excellent food. If I find myself returning to St. Louis. This would definitely ... Read more

Everything was set up very well. There's a parking garage nearby, several break-out rooms for smaller meetings other than the conference, and a good sized area for lunch and breakfast. There was also a common area used for people to get refreshments during the conference. Bathrooms were nearby, and the service was great.

Location right down the street from the Arch and right across the parking lot from the stadium...is a 10 out of 10. The room was a 5 out of 10...small for having 2 full beds, no fan in the bathroom, old and not updated. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and weight room were nice (although they were out of towels but no big deal). If your going to see the sites or catch a Cardinals game this is a great place. The room is sufficient to sleep and clean up in but not much more.

I spent the time digitally checking in and selecting my room but did not get the room I selected. I selected it because it did not have an adjoining room door. In the middle of the night whomever was in the adjoining room tried to get into our room through the door. NOT GOOD!!!!

This hotel is very nice, in a good location, has a Starbucks, a bar and a restaurant, but it was a little too busy for our tastes. Every time we entered the lobby it was packed. You could barely make it through the crowd. The rooms were excellent-- very clean and we had a nice view of the city. We ate breakfast one morning at the buffet and it was good but a little pricey-- which is what we expected. Overall a good hotel, but we did not like how crowded it seemed.

Easy to access all major City sights and nice walking to the Arch and river. Rooms somewhat dated but comfortable and bright as were the staff. Hilton to me is always at a nice standard and this hotel is no exception.

Two blocks from the Arch and one block from Busch Stadium. Clean, comfortable rooms although it is not a new hotel. Staff was very friendly. A few items lowered my rating: self parking was a block away and the valet parking was totally full one of the nights; the pillows were lumpy, and not just a little bit; there were no towel racks in our bathroom; and the hotel messed up our need to use different payment methods for different nights during our total stay of 5 nights (3 nights business and 2 ... This is a very good buisness hotel, which is located between the Cardinal's baseball staduim and the gateway arch. The hotel has two towers a North and South tower. I always stay in the North tower becasue it has an executive lounge at the top. I am a hilton diamond member so I always get 'free' access to the lounge. They several a full breakfast and full dinner in the lounge everyday. The food is really good and its nice not having to go out an search for dinner when I am in town for bus... Read more

The rooms seem very small and crammed. The price was more than it needed to be and the hotel was so busy that we had to wait over 30 minutes just to get on an elevator. We tried to take the stairs, but they don't open to the floors so your only choice is to wait and then squeeze into an overcrowded elevator. The pro's would be the bar in the lobby as well as Starbucks. There is a fro-yo place as well, but they were out of almost everything.

Was here for work and enjoyed the conference facilities. The room was decent but a long walk from the main lobby. Elevators are slow when a conference ends for the day. The restaurant downstairs was nice and the food was good. The bar on the top is nice but more of a place to be seen!

I love this hotel. It is a staple in downtown St Louis. It's great for business travelers, family and if you're there for fun. I have been there 3 times on business and I love it. The staff is professional and very friendly. They have a great gym, pool and hot tub. The views from most rooms is great and it allows you to see downtown in its total capacity. My favorite is the 360 rooftop bar. Rain our shine it's the best. Talk about an awesome view of downtown! This is the place you want to go to ... Read more

I arrived at this hotel late in the evening and the valet was somewhat friendly. I came into the hotel, it's a nice looking hotel and close to many things. The front desk agent was extremely helpful and that was refreshing, to say the least. He was kind and friendly and very accommodating. I believe his name was Jaron. Upon entering the room I was facing the stadium and was also on a high floor but then I went into the bathroom. The bathroom was not the cleanest bathroom I ever saw. I was chec... Read more

The stay was wonderful. My only and biggest problem was the double charging in Club 360. My $39 drink charges, should've been transferred to my fiancé card but instead i was charged double that amount anndddddd I had a second charge for same amount pending on my card. And I'm sure his card was also charged for the drinks. Staff was great, breakfast was great. Attended a conference here. It's a large hotel and a bit dated, but the staff is terrific. Everyone is very concerned with guest satisfaction. The restaurants in the hotel are quite good, and I'm pretty sure I ate in all of them, even 360 which provides brilliant views. My recommendation about that particular venue is, go in the middle if the week when it is not so noisy.

Lovely view from 16floor overlooking river, Arch and Courthouse. 360lounge on rooftop offers great food, though a bit limited in selection, drinks reasonably priced as well with nice presentation! Overlooks both the Arch and the Cardinal stadium, with 4 upscale fire pits and inside and outside seating. Marketplace Bistro downstairs offers wonderful food...plentiful, with tantalizing presentation and underpriced for what you get!

The location is perfect if you want to visit a variety of locations in and around downtown St. Louis. The Ballpark Village is just across the street, and Busch Stadium is just beyond that spot. Numerous pubs and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel itself is great to visit. The lobby area is well-designed and easy to navigate. We were booked into this hotel for our American Queen Steamboat cruise. It's basically a very nice hotel, and it is in a great location, but we found a number of relatively minor but annoying problems. For example: the security lock on the room door was broken; the room phone didn't work (when we called it to their attention they quickly repaired it); some of the wall sockets were too loose to power a plugged-in device; the bathroom door banged into the toilet seat when it was down (???). I stayed at this hotel for a conference. The staff was wonderful but the food options were terrible. I like to eat healthy food, but I also expect to have some affordable choices. I paid $20 for a spinach salad and it was not that good. Accessing food through a bar is also not a positive way to interact with your customers. Also, there were two people sleeping in the hotel lobby where I had to wait for the shuttle. Customers should not have to deal with drunk patrons in the lobby of a hote... Read more
