We always use this hotel for park and fly. The rooms are always very comfortable. The front desk staff is polite and friendly. The shuttles run on time and the drivers have always been very nice and helpful! It's so convenient to be able to leave your vehicle and know it is secure! I would recommend Hilton St. Louis Airport for travelers.

Nice Hilton very convenient to airport with free shuttle service to and from the airport. Room was great too. We used Global Parking so was able to park for $5 day right there at Hotel and then take shuttle the next day. Will stay there again for sure.

We stayed here for a couple of nights while we were in town for a graduation. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed meeting Gloria, Curtis and Shaq during our breakfast. They were very nice to visit with and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to everyone.

I stayed in this hotel overnight on a Thursday. The staff was very cordial and very professional. The room was very clean and the decor was modern and tasteful. A complimentary breakfast would have been nice but a lot of them are rather poorly executed so I wasn't overly disappointed.

Great hotel. I had a one night stay for a work trip. We got there late, but the front desk worker greeted our group quickly, got us our room keys and gave us the short and sweet version of what we needed to know (internet access, food in the morning, etc). Good food in the restaurant too. Thanks!

I attended a friend's family reunion in St. Louis and stayed here. From beginning to end, our stay was wonderful. Parking was included which was a great perk, the breakfast buffet was delicious, other meals in the restaurant were also good. All of the staff we encountered were helpful, friendly and many went the extra mile to provide outstanding service.

Had a number of rooms as we visited the property for a family member's graduation and another family member's wedding reception. Enjoyed our stay greatly and would certainly suggest it to others. Our rooms were all very well appointed and very clean. Our son enjoyed being able to watch the planes landing and taking off. He also enjoyed the pool with his cousin. This was the host hotel for my family reunion. MS. WASHINGTON was assigned to set up our meet and greet room as well as breakfast...she did a phenomenal job. The breakfast buffet was perfect...all of our needs were met.

Good Hilton property, moderately priced, very close to STL. All amenities were good and the staff, while very busy (lots of families and and flight crew) were attentive and professional. Room was typical Hilton room, which is good (stay at Hilton's because of the quality of the rooms).

We stayed here the night after our wedding before we flew out. It was a wonderful stay. Friendly staff went out of their way! Our key didn't work for the parking gate (no biggie, these things happen) and they sent us up two free breakfast vouchers with a nice card. Staff that goes above and beyond make a good hotel great. Hilton St. Louis Airport is 3 minutes by free airport shuttle that runs every 15 minutes from Arrivals door 13 and18. Meet JUSTIN at front desk, and he'll welcome you and offer the most efficient and professional check-in. You don't even to ask--he anticipates what you need, such as restaurant vouchers for HHonors guests and premium wifi--and complimentary late check-out if available. Hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. It was a nice cozy environment with everything you need from a business center to swimming pool to bar to restaurant to dining room etc. You truly get it all in one spot.

Overall I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel is close to the airport and the shuttle runs continuously during the day. I had a problem with room service but that was sorted out by the hotel manager to my satisfaction. Will stay again and would recommend to others

Wow... I am surprised at this hotel. Rooms are small. I got a queen bed. Meh... I am not sharing with others, so, whatever. The staff is friendly and well staffed (little waiting to check in). We were stranded in St. Louis & stayed here. Because the hotel was sold out, we got a much cheaper rate from Trip Advisor - we saved hundreds. The rooms were comfortable & quiet and the staff was friendly. Plus the shuttle to the airport was frequent & pretty fast.

I stayed at the Hilton for three nights. It was a very good experience. The only fuss is the lack of free parking. You can use your door key to access controlled parking at about $12.00 per night. The bar and restaurant are reasonable in product and service. The room was comfortable with cold AC and hot water. The staff make up for any shortcomings otherwise.

The front desk staff was great, no complaints there, however if you stay in tower #2, and stay in the upper floors, once you get off from the elevators, you are hit with a wall of heat, it was crazy hot.

Old Hilton, they spent a lot of money on common areas which are beautiful. Staff is really nice but rooms leave much to be desired. We had to stand in the bathtub to close the bathroom door. There was one Ice machine for 4 floors and it was broken.The bartender acted like I was inconveniencing her when I asked for ice. Near Airport, good location. Parking lot had scary people milling around.

We stayed at this hotel as our flight in and out of St Louis had very late arrivals and very early departures. Great staff, quick trip to/from airport. Avis car rental is located right next door. We walked over and got our car the next morning, saving us a shuttle ride. Rooms were VERY quiet, comfortable and the staff welcomes you with a smile and help if needed all hours of the day/night. Won't stay anywhere else when I travel to STL

We stayed in this hotel for one night in an executive suite. It's not a suite, but one big room with a 3/4 wall dividing the sitting area from the sleeping area. The bathroom was small, even for a regular sized room, much less a suite. We could hear the family next door drying their hair and talking. Stayed there for one night just last week. Have stayed at many hilton properties in the past. This Hilton is a little older but still in decent shape. PROS: close to airport, quiet rooms, friendly staff. CONS: hotel advertises pickup from the airport every 15 minutes (that's a lie.... on 2 separate occasions, I waited 35-45 minutes before the shuttle came by - not acceptable. Also the room service foods are super pricey so unless you have a car, you will be stuck with high bills).

I don't know if I just expect more or mediocre customer service and quality is the new norm. Checked in with my wife and daughter on a Friday for 1 night. I reserved a room for the executive floor. At check in, I was told that the hotel doesn't serve appetizers or breakfast in the executive room on the weekends. Hotel is nice but walls are thin. We spent the first night listening to the neighbors cell phone ringing (how they could sleep I don't know but they wouldn't answer it or put it on silent). Not many options for food, hotel food pricey and only 1 place in walking distance.

The only complaint would be the air wasn't working properly. The hotel is close to the airport. Breakfast buffet has a good selection and the wait staff was friendly. I've stayed here multiple times and the rooms always seem clean.

Room is beautiful, but ice bucket had not been cleaned and still had water in it, not ours. Wifi is crappy and comes and goes. Pool was filled with little kids and no supervision. My kids didn't stay long as as result. Complained, but front desk wasn't really understanding even with the rules posted on the wall of the pool. Even though the hotel if located right across from the St. Louis airport it was very quiet. We were dropping off our Son for a flight the next morning and were surprised and pleased that parking was only $10/night. (We has just spent $27 per night at a Hilton property in Nashville). This is the nicest airport hotel I have stayed at. It is clean, spacious and the staff is excellent. The room I was originally assigned to was too loud due to traffic and the phone was broken, so I asked to be relocated to a quieter room and they took care of it very promptly. The rooms in tower 2 are significantly quieter than tower 1, and extremely quiet for an airport hotel. This hotel was very accommodating and had a luxurious feel. The lobby and hallways are modern and felt comfortable. The pool was nice. The rooms were great with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. This hotel is located very close to the airport. It would be a privilege to stay again.

You get the service you would expect from the Hilton. Rooms are clean and nice. You need to leave bread crumbs to get around in the lobby level, it's a bit confusing but once you walk around two or three times you get it. Room was clean. I thought the restaurant closed a little early at 11 pm but maybe that is normal. The setting isn't glamorous but the inside is nice. You can get a a shuttle from the airport.

So most Hilton hotels you stay at can be rated as an excellent stay. Great rooms, comfortable beds and a go the extra mile staff but this stay was even better. I was traveling with my 78 year old mother. While I was away from the room, the cleaning staff entered the room around noon to tidy up. Mom was in bed, they asked if she was ok. The staff was incredible! They really made us feel welcome and gave some goodies to my two little kids. They also got us into a room that fit better for 2 kids and 1 adult. The shuttle to the airport was quick and the room was very nice. We did not get a chance to use the pool, bar or restaurant since we arrived, went to sleep and got up early to make a flight.

Enjoy this hotel for its consistency across the board. Some rooms are getting a bit tired and should be avoided (West Wing) and I would suggest that you check some of the older rooms HVAC systems before you unpack in case it is not working well. The St Louis Hilton staff was wonderful to work with for my daughters wedding. Pricing on reception packages was equivalent to other locations, but they will work with you to get in your budget. The food was really good and filled you up. The hotel is very clean and up to date. Can't say enough how great the staff was at this hotel! They have great customer service at this location.

We love Hiltons. Our power was out for several days and we needed a nice place to stay with our rather big dog. This hotel is pet friendly and our dog absolutely loved it. The room was comfortable; very reasonable prices at the bar and friendly service.

I was not informed of the $12/night parking charge. I was thoroughly disgusted with this. And there was hardly anywhere to park. Otherwise, everything else was excellent. The rooms are very clean and nice. The service was good.

My wife and I had an excellent stay with Airport Hilton and took advantage of their "Park and Stay" in May of 2015. This was especially helpful since we had an early departure the next morning. So we decided to take advantage of that same service in July of 2016, but with less than stellar results. Was not the first time I stood there first time I stood there it was not as nice I had dog issues on my first visit. The guest across from me brought a dog to there and dog kept me up at knight for 3 days. Even after reporting it to front desk. But this trip worked out better.

I stay at this hotel frequently and it is always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the beds are very comfortable, and the workout room if great! The close access to the airport makes it convenient and the van service is timely and kind. I highly recommend it!

My husband stayed here as his flight got in really late (or rather really early) and he didn't want his daughter to be picking him up at the airport at 1 or 2 am. On the positive side, can't say enough about the staff. They did a great job with all the interaction that I had with them. Check in was quick and friendly as was the checkout. There were hairs on the bathroom floors, tags from new clothes left from the previous tenant, and some sort of stain/ dirt both the bathtubs and dirty toilets (some sort of ick on the toilet seat). We had about 6 hours to wait in St. Louis and headed to the Hilton to grab some much needed food and coffee while also being able to get some work done. We were so impressed with the menu and the staff - especially Chris, who took such good care of us! It may sound weird, but the flatbread pizza with egg was delicious!

In town for business and chose the Hilton St. Louis Airport for its proximity to our work location and for a great corporate discount. The room i had the bath room needs alot of work plus water stain on the ceiling in the main section of the room ...This was not acceptable as well as a disable vet the staff never once offered to help me with my bags ever.... Got this room on a discount for a night before an early flight. Very nice rooms at a good price. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Pool was pretty open not crowded. Lobby and hallways were clean. Nice decor. Free shuttle to airport only takes about 8 minutes!

Everything was great but the room had an awful cigarette smell. Used a whole bottle of Febreze and part if a can. They offered us a change, but we didn't bother. The staff always was cheerful and smiling. The breakfast was great, too.

Everyone here takes care of the guests. Great place for pre-vacation stays. We stay here all the time. Very nice and staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean. The location is right across from airport with shuttle service all hours. The metra can take you about anywhere in city for cheap. Everyone in the hotel makes an effort to be accommodating. Thanks

This is the third time we have stayed here while flying out. You can leave your car in their parking lot purchasing the fly and stay package. They shuttle you to the airport and pick you up on return. The rooms are very clean and rooms are quiet for a wonderful night's sleep. We used the restaurant and the bar area for snacks and a glass of wine. Very friendly staff!!!!

This hotel is a poor choice for any family trip. We were in town for a three day soccer tournament. Breakfast was over $50 each day and when we tried to order breakfast through roomservice, it was delivered wrong and late. All of the staff except the young man delivering room service were exceptional. That is the only saving grace of this hotel.

We chose the Hilton St Louis Airport hotel for it proximity to the airport and Alamo car rental. We did a digital check-in and chose our room but it was not ready upon arrival. Very nice. Rooms nice. Staff friendly and helpful. I got in about 9pm which is 7pm my time. The Executive Lounge closes at 10pm. I just made it in time to grab a few snacks and coffee to take to my room. I left home with breakfast, flying during lunch and got in to late for dinner. The snacks were appreciated.

I was very impressed entering the Hilton, it appeared very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly, we stayed overnight and really the only time we were in our room was to sleep. Oscar is the best! I came into St Louis on a work trip without a rental car. I came to the lobby to catch a cab and get food. Oscar the shuttle driver/bellman was so helpful suggesting an amazing place to eat, he took me to eatery, waited until I had my food, and then brought me back to the hotel. He is a bellman who makes amazing recommendations for places to eat locally in town as well as suggesting great items at the hotels restaurant. This is a very clean and efficiently run hotel, right next to the St. Louis airport with free shuttle service and very friendly and courteous staff. It may be worth enrolling in the Hilton loyalty program (Hilton Honors) which provides the best rates and also allows for extremely reasonably priced upgrades which add a lot of value to the experience.

I have stayed here at least 6 times. This time I noticed our room wall paint and curtain r not well maintained. Other than that it's excellent location right across from St. Louis airport. Wonderful hotel extremely close to STL Airport, literally next door to Avis/Budget rental car. Every single thing was perfect. Check in was smooth, the room was great (king room in tower one has sofa & ottoman), room service was prompt, daily maid service was perfect. Transportation to airport that early is 1 free- additional people is $5 extra and only allowed 4 passengers per a group. When ever we fly we stay here. The hotel is very clean, food is good, and parking is safe, which is hard to find at airport hotels. The staff is very friendly and professional. We have stayed here several times using the stay, park and fly program. It is nice to be able to leave your vehicle while you are vacationing. We always have very early flights and this is the only hotel that offers a true 24 hour shuttle to the airport. This time there was more of a wait that usual to be picked up at the airport. I was here for work for 2 nights for work. The front desk staff was beyond wondeful! They were friendly and quick and were able to answer countless questions. The room was clean and beds were amazing. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the slow Internet on the 2nd night. I used the premium Internet the first night and it was fine the 2nd night I used the complimentary Internet and literally fell asleep waiting for my Netflix to load.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service and great food. The rooms are on the smallish side, especially the bathroom area. The primary reason for not giving it 4 or 5-stars is the type of heat/AC system. I was in the market for a Park & Fly room on a recent trip. At check-in I was told that parking was an additional $12 per day. The room was well-appointed but smelled like someone had spilled a bottle of air freshener...it was EXTREMELY potent!! The bed and bedding was very comfortable and despite being in the flight pattern, the room was quiet enough. The room service menu was quite expensive and there are very few nearby places to eat.

We parked our car at the hotel before we flew to Ireland for 10 days. We stayed at the hotel upon our return since our flight landed late (and we had a 3 hour drive). Check in was a breeze and we were given 2 drink tickets each to use in the lounge as well as 2 breakfast tickets. We appreciated a couple of cocktails after our long flight.
