We used the Stay and Fly program and it was a delight to stay at this property. The beds are personally adjustable and the airport shuttle runs 24 hours a day. We used it at 4:30 and were at the airport within minutes. Some other properties with Stay and Fly do not offer 24 hour shuttle service, but ask you to use a taxi. The receptionist/desk staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful and the shuttle drivers were also.

I liked the hotel and the location was great. The staff were friendly and took care of all our problems immediately. I even used the shuttle service which runs every 30 minutes as told by the frontdesk, that was a great help. I think this stay was worth it.. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend family getaway. After spending all day at the zoo we were exhausted and just wanted to check in & swim and order food from the hotel restaurant (2 reasons I picked this hotel for having an indoor pool and restaurant). The hotel was what you should expect from a Hilton product. Clean, nice amenities, the works. It is the closest hotel to Boeing and Express Scripts. Unfortunately, its a couple blocks away from Ferguson, MO and the crime and drugs are right there at the front door. If you're driving, it works. If you're on foot, pick another place.

I have over 50 hotel stays per year and am a Hilton Gold member. Over 15 years of traveling, this hotel has to be in the bottom 3 of my whole life. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and lumpy, basically a mattress on a wooden base - no box spring. They burnt my pancakes in the morning (forgot they were on the grill), plus I ate dinner there the night before and woke up to the runs. Stayed part of Memorial weekend during long road trip with kids. Good amenities in the room like microwave and refrigerator were much appreciated. Only negative I can say is that the pull out bed had used sheets on it when we pulled it out, yuck. Ice machine broken on 3rd floor for days as well. Ok stay overall.

Very nice stay except for the sheets. Our sheets were threadbare and the bed was poorly made. Not a typical Hilton experience. I did contact Hilton and received an apology before morning. I think they are working to correct this problem.

great place to stay with wonderful staff food. The bed was a little stiff, but not too bad. The friendliness of the staff from check-in to food service made the stay worthwhile. The workout facility was top notch as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We use this hotel every time we fly out of St. Louis. The rates are good, the hotel condition and staff is top notch. The shuttle service is always on-time and the service is outstanding! The only negative comment is that our bed was much like concrete!

A clean and nice hotel. The rooms have a microwave, mini fridge and single serve coffee maker. The staff was excellent. Very nice and I felt very safe and taken care of. I was told that it was close to Ferguson and that I should have stayed somewhere else. Frankly, that was nonsense. It was a great location, right off the interstate and I felt 100% safe. It was quiet and I had a nice stay. I'll stay here again if I fly into St. Louis.

Really nice hotel. The service was great. The breakfast was awesome. The only complaint I have was that the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. We were fighting over who got the pull out couch. Also, the pool was really small for that size of the hotel, but that's not something anyone there had any control over.

High for what you get...Drinks (small) were $9.00 and paid nearly $20.00 for a chicken dinner that included a couple of small potatoes and a couple stalks of asparagus.....and that was the "special"... We are staying here on a short notice trip. Our room, a King suite, is great and worth the extra few dollars for extra space and comfort. Hotel is ok, clean for the most part (stairs aren't that clean). My room was ok, large enough and comfortable. Breakfast was also ok, but tomato and avocado I've asked for, felt like the spent some time in the freezer. The equipment in the gym needs to be replaced, or at list get a good maintenance service. It's all noisy and plastics are peeling off. So all in all the hotel is ok, but for nearly $200 a night, it's not good value

I was a little suspect of staying here, because it is not the nicest area of town. However, I was wrong. The hotel sits in a rather removed area surrounded by foliage and aside a nice lake. There is a great running trail around the lake as well. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant as well. The only draw back is if you get a room that faces I-70, like I did. Great location with only minutes to the metro, along with a 24 hour shuttle. Hotel was very well maintained, always clean and staff was not only accommodating but was extremely friendly. This stay the only negative was that the lobby area wasn't as clean as normal on the initial checkin day! However the other 2 days the lobby was up to standards & clean as normal!!

The staff at this hotel was the warmest and most friendly I have ever met. The facility was updated and very clean. The only thing that I noticed was the size of the pool as it was the smallest I have ever seen at a motel as its capacity was very small. Even so it was clean and well kept.

This is a good place to stay when flying out of Lambert Airport. We have used the park/stay/fly option several times, and it works out well. The shuttle drivers have always been courteous and prompt. The hotel staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the guest rooms are clean and comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel the night before we flew out on vacation. The room was tastefully decorated and clean. The bathroom smelt a little musty. The bed was not comfortable at all. There was a dial for mattress comfort that did not change the mattress comfort level. We would most likely choose another hotel closer to the airport before we leave on vacation in the future.

My experience at this hotel was exactly what I expected from a Hilton Garden Inn. The consistency across the properties is one of the reasons I continue to stay with this chain. After having two flights cancelled in a few hours at the St Louis Airport, we ended up at this Hilton Garden Inn. What an incredibly pleasant experience, from the ladies at the reception desk to the staff in the restaurant. All were welcoming, friendly and efficient. And given the reasonableness of the prices, this convenient hotel with 24-hour airport shuttle should be on every St Louis traveler's go-to list.

The hotel is a bit dated. However, it's very comfortable,with a business centre and good gym. But the most amazing thing about the HGI is the staff. Watch out for this hotel, it seems like the rooms are not well taken care of. The carpet was soggy on one side of the bed, and the bathroom sink would not drain. The breakfast buffet had to close one morning, the chef did not come in for work, and no one knew how to cook the breakfast food! Stay somewhere else.

The room and staff were excellent and it's very good value for the price point. It's a convenient location close to the highways and airport. The only thing is the hallway and stairway conditions could be freshened up with a new coat of paint, just showing a lot of scuff marks and wear and tear. We chose this hotel largely for the shuttle to the airport, which operated without a hitch. When we arrived, the staff was very gracious and helpful. They truly are the gem in this establishment. My husband and I were in town for a wedding for 3 days. So room comfort was very important. The room and amenities were top notch. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was an added plus. We needed a place to stay near public transportation and UMSL for a software conference we were attending. It was an exceedingly hot and humid day, and by the time we arrived from the short walk from the train to the hotel, we were quite sweaty and my associate's sandal had broken. We were offered water bottles and round trip shuttle service to get new shoes. And overall, the staff was some of the friendliest staff I've experienced at a hotel.

Hilton Garden Inn is my preferred lodging brand and I have found them to provide a fairly consistent product no matter where I have stayed. I have stayed at this property twice but only stay here when the price difference with the downtown Hiltons is large enough not justify the stay downtown. Their weekend rates are usually better than almost of the other Hilton properties in the area especially since parking is free. Third floor where I stayed has an overpowering odor when you step off of the elevator that reminds you of a moist gym sock. Carpeting is soiled and buckling. Wallpaper is stained. Shower leaks water all over. Vanity falling off the wall. Furniture is soiled. A/C stopped working completely one night and no one was willing/able to contact engineering to get it fixed so they offered me a fan in a room where the windows do not open and it was near 80 degrees. The room rate was over $400/night.

I spent a night in this hotel and I wasn't impressed by the quality of the room, furniture could use a revamp, and the bed wasn't really comfortable. Staff was nice, the room was on the side of the hotel facing directly on the noisy highway. Overall OK experience but I will stay somewhere else next time I'm in St Louis.

Internet connection is limited to 3 devices per room, AC units a bit old, the in-room coffee machine has 1 pod of decaf coffee. The hotels lists 10 dollar per day parking, waived with registration, but it turned out that you don't need to register. Breakfast had a good selection of food items.

The Staff Helps us feel welcome and did their best to help us meet our scheduled activities. We are Hilton Honors Members and again we received complimentary breakfast and the shuttle service helped us get to certain venues and the rail for a Cardinal vs Cubs Ball Game. Spent three nights here while in St. Louis on business. Awesome place! Nicely maintained with well appointed comfortable rooms conducive to in-room productivity. Amazing staff throughout. Very good omelets and tasty fresh fruit on the morning buffet. Could do a better job communicating progress of shuttle and limited Internet Bandwidth were only complaints. Would be pricey without corporate rate.

We booked this hotel through When we showed up at the hotel at 11:00 p.m. Saturday night, it was supposedly the only room left. Entering our room we noticed it was very warm in the room, 77 to be exact. We could not get the A/C to turn on. I notified the front desk. She said she would send someone. Nobody came. I was a little skeptical when I saw where the hotel was. Not far from the hotel the area was not very nice. Our stay was very nice. No issues and still close to the downtown areaand St. Charles. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly. I like this hotel because it's has a fully equipped gym and the machines are actually functional. The hotel food is adequate however could use some improvement.

Front desk staff were all awesome and super helpful. We stayed two nights so got to interact with a handful of different people and they were all great. As were the staff in the restaurant. Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were too. Hotel seems fairly new and in good shape. The only downfall was there was no continental breakfast.. but there was a buffet for $11.99

I found the hotel a great place to work. Many times when I am working on my dissertation I need to find a place that is open and quite. The Garden Inn provides that needed environment. The food was great also

Beds were great! Rooms are nicely decorated and modern. Only downside was having to ask for toilet paper cause our room only had a half a roll. But we would definitely stay again. Wayne at the front desk was friendly and smiling when we got there and even allowed us to check in alittle early. Our conference at The Dome of the Americas was only a short drive away and the Hilton Garden Inn had everything we needed...breakfast lunch and a Keurig with both coffee and tea in our room. Nice

We had a group with us for the Cardinals game. We took a shuttle to the Metro and then took the Metro to the game and back. We ate at the restuarant for our meals which was good and convenient. Everything was absolutely perfect!

Very nice stay. Came straight from the airport around midnight and was greeted with a smile and check in very fast. Service up front was very helpful and the rooms were very clean. Would stay again if need be!

Check in was great, offered water. Room was fine however the beds are set up with a dial for firmness. I turned it to as firm as it can and was still soft. Don't think it worked. Room service was prompt however delivered used condiments.

Hotel was clean, staff was efficient and welcoming. Problem was the bed in our room, should've been replaced years ago. Serious sag in the middle of the bed which resulted in poor sleep. If you stay here request a room with a new bed!

The staff went out of their way making my family comfortable. Had a good experience witnessing housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast, and front desk treating all of the guests with high quality customer service. Had a conference on Saturday so made a weekend of it with a Blues Game Friday and Sight seeing on Sunday. Staff was wonderful. Our room was clean and the in room Kuerig was great to wake up to after the late night Friday and early conference time Saturday. Was worried staying so near the airport that would be noisy. The hotel was quiet and no problems sleeping. The bed was comfy too.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it's probably a good value if you don't mind waiting 45 minutes to be picked up from the airport after your trip. The hotel is 6 minutes away. Every other parking option has multiple vans driving by. Top this off with a pre-vacation room that had the absolute worst hotel bed that I've ever slept in. We did get a free bottled water though. NEver again!

the toilet was dirty, the food ( steak) was so so, the fitness center facilities were not functioning . I called the manager to clean the room, but after their cleaning, the toilet was still very dirty. I ordered a steak for dinner, it was burned. :(

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for business and decided to turn in my rental car early since they theoretically have shuttle transportation. Waited 45 minutes and two phone calls at the airport. The driver told me I could catch the 8 am back the next morning. But...there is no 8 am. Ended up taking an Uber ride. Very poor communication. Dated property, staff for check in and at the bar were great. Probably won't stay again.

We had a friendly quick check in at the Hilton Garden Inn. The food served in the restaurant was good and tasty. The server was a lovely lady who couldn't do enough for us. We also thought the beds were a bit lumpy. Not much around here so unless you plan to eat at the hotel o suggest you eat in St Louis or on route. Had a fantastic time here. Was in town for business. Hilton did not disappoint. Had great customer service, wifi, pool, etc etc etc. Parking is the only tricky part but that is it! Will definitely use again. Make sure you use sign up for their points system!

Very nice and clean. Restaurant was closed from 1:00 until 5:00 pm but dinner was excellent! Rooms were clean and well cared for. Lobby was neat and coffee was always available. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel that is close to the airport. There is also a shuttle service that runs to the airport twenty four hours a day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was great, but the ease of getting to the airport on the shuttle, as requested, was stressful and not enough information was provided on doing so without missing it. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes for a shuttle because of miscommunication with staff.

We had hoped to be downtown but with everything booked we stayed here. What a pleasant surprise. Close to the airport with a shuttle every 30 minutes, a short drive to the St Louis sights & attractions. The staff was very friendly & helpful with several of our odd requests. The internet was very slow but they were aware & waiting for tech help. We would stay again.

Service was great, food was a bit better than OK. But bed was hard and was comparable to sleeping on a futon. Was not impressed. Don't know if I will stay there again or recommend to co-workers. All co-workers that stayed this time had similar experiences.

This was not one of my best experiences at a Hilton Garden Inn property. This was my first experience with so many issues. Overall the staff tried to address the issues. The exercise room was very good. The chef did an excellent job preparing breakfast.

This was my first time choosing a Hilton in many years after a series of unsatisfactory experiences and they failed miserably. The room was almost exactly what i wanted. I was a little disappointed, the bed was hard and the comforter was scratchy. otherwise. it was a good stay. stayed here to get my son to the airport early for his flight. The hot tub nice and warm. loved having the lemon water and hot water for tea in the lobby.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good, delivered hot and tasty. The shuttle to the airport was prompt and very convenient. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep. Only problem, if it was a problem, no guide for the TV.

This is a large Garden Inn. The front desk staff were very helpful in advising me. The shuttle to the airport is prompt, and also is available to take guests to a number of local restaurants. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was nicely prepared. My only complaint was fake bacon at breakfast. It was well cooked and somewhat tasty, but it was clearly not real!

This hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and close to many stores and gas stations. My husband and I had the suite and our kids had the doubles. Great amount of space. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Where do I start. The mattresses and pillows should have been replace a few years back. The furniture was old and not in good repair. Our rooms were not cleaned very well. The walls were paper thin. There was dust on top of the coffee makes. Will never stay here again. One positive - our breakfast was very good as was the service.

Overall I would say the front desk service was excellent. They made sure that everything was smooth. Especially Wayne he was always there when we needed some help. I had to stay an extra night and the staff was accommodating and even cancelled my other hotel reservation. Breakfast was excellent.

The bathroom tub was chipped in numerous places and the toilet was in need of replacing. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was standard for this level of hotel. For the price I paid, I should have stayed at the other Hilton but it was sold out during my dates.

It was nice and clean. Very convenient to interstate and airport. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay again. I had to be close to my Aunt who lived in University City and it took ten minutes to get to her place.
