I really enjoyed this great hotel! I really loved the location, and it is close to just about anything. The Science Center, Forrest Park, Children's Hospital, and The Hill. The staff was so friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure the guests were enjoying their stay! I could not find a single issue with this hotel, and will use this location again in the future!

We stay here yearly as we come with our family to STL. The hotel is nothing less than amazing. They typically accommodate a SLU discount and provide great services. The rooms are comfortable & breakfast and wifi are included. When we came in February there was a lot of noise from other hotel members who were in town for Marti Gras. They were fairly loud and kept us up half the night, but the hotel accommodated and took our nights charge off for the inconvenience. We try to stay at Hampton Inns i... Read more

We changed our reservation from another hotel to the Hampton two days before our stay based on the great reviews. We were visiting the zoo with our toddler so wanted something close by. The hotel, rooms included, have a modern feel and were clean - definitely a plus! Our room was plenty big - with a pull out sofa, mini fridge, etc. The TV channels weren't lacking either. Upon check-in (just over an hour early), we were given an upgraded room - again, awesome! However, once we got to our room ... Read more

Super friendly and attentive staff. Clean rooms. Quiet even with the bussle of Memorial Day holiday. Breakfast was good even if making waffles did take a very long time. The only con during our 3 night stay was Pool (super strong chlorine smells, no ventilation). Your eyes would burn in minutes just from sitting/standing around the pool. Kids were coughing from the fumes. The front desk attendant was very helpful with any of our needs as was the maintenance attendant. I would definitely stay at ... Read more

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would likely stay again BUT a few things...no closets in the room. We were in a king studio suite. Might've just been our room but I doubt it. So there was no place to hang up clothes. Other disappointment was breakfast. I am usually so impressed with Hampton Inn's hot breakfast but this was sub par, not a lot of selection compared to others. But service was excellent!!

First time in STL and if we ever return this is where we will stay. Great staff at front desk. Large and very clean room: complete with microwave and fridge and couch. All time high temps in STL but room and hotel were cool. Full breakfast with waffles, etc. Mini store behind front desk has a lot of items reasonably priced, not hotel-pricey. And AGAIN, the front desk folks are the best. Highly recommend.

Great and friendly staff. My kids loved the pool although the hot tub was a little too cool for my taste. The free parking and free breakfast was worth it although my hubby thought there should have been bacon on Father's Day. But here's the downfall... the beds are as hard as rocks. As a side sleeper, I woke up with sore hips from their firmness. Invest in new mattresses and you will have a great stay!

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it. Selected the location based on its proximity to the Zoo and the Loop. They offer a good breakfast and good rooms. The only concern we had was around safety in the pool area. The tile around the pool was soaking wet (little to no drainage) and some places had standing water. We saw two people slip and fall very hard. This should be addressed before someone is seriously injured. So if you plan to swim, take caution, especially with little ones!!

This is the best hotel anywhere. It's reasonably priced, clean, comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast is wonderful. The staff couldn't be any nicer, either. Wonderful place! We've stayed at this hotel 25 times in the last year, and we love it more and more with each visit. It's location is very convenient, as well.

This hotel was attractive and a short drive to the city. Very convenient, good parking lot. Lobby was attractive and rooms were comfortable and new-looking even though the hotel is about 8 years old. Good typical HI breakfast While a typical Hampton Inn, this is the best one we have stayed at. Highly recommended.
