Stayed here for work mtg and the service was one of my best experiences ever...every staff member that I came into contact with greeted me and was very helpful and friendly. The location was great for my business but not sure what else is around this area. We usually try and stay at Hilton by the airport for travel reasons but I will stay here again.

Stayed here one night over Mothers Day weekend and were very pleased. This was our first stay at a DoubleTree and will be staying at others when traveling. Room was nice size and very clean. There was some sort of kids sport tournament going on in the area that weekend so there were many kids holding up the elevators but that is the only complaint. (Not the hotels fault they have 3 elevators)

The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. We travel with lots of pre-planned meals, I am happy they had a mini fridge however there wasn't a microwave. That was a little disappointing but not the end of the world. The kids loved the pool!

I was at this location for a Family Reunion over the Memorial Day Weekend, during which time I did not use the pool, nor the exercise room. Therefor, I have no comment on them. The carpet needed a major cleaning. I would not walk on it without shoes. This hotel is in a very good location. Staff was friendly and professional.

This room is in dire need of a renovation. Marks on the wall, dirty grout , visibly worn furniture and a loud ac unit that doesn't shut off in auto mode. Closet door knob falling off. Hotel was not up to doubletree standards.

This is by far the best hotel in the St Louis area. I have stayed here numerous times and they are always professional and courteous. The rooms are always clean and if you ever have questions, the staff is willing to help without hesitation. I also really like the gym here. The gym is always clean and they keep modern equipment that functions like equipment in high end gyms anywhere else.

Room didn't feel totally clean to me and it was a little small and cramped. Had to stand at the desk and wait for clerk several minutes. No vending machines for food and was grossly over charges by one employee for snacks bought at desk.

I look so forward when travel takes me to St. Louis. This hotel is comfortable, consistent and ALWAYS delivers customer service. This was a nice location right off of the highway, I was expecting the rooms to be a little bigger and the room that I stayed in had water stains all over the ceiling. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very nice. We have stayed multiple times. This time our room in the second floor had a very hard bed. My husband couldn't sleep either. The tub could have been cleaned/rinsed better. Aside from that it was a good!

Enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Sometimes it is nice to stay someplace that has a on site restaurant. This evening was a good example. I went to the restaurant for the managers hosted event. Light snacks. Ended up just staying and eating at the restaurant. They were featuring live music so I took my time.

We were here for a baseball tournament, the only negative would be is we were the only team member located on the 11th floor while the team was on the 3rd floor. This hotel needs to be updated, beyond the lobby. Restaurant is overpriced for food that is offered by other chains as a part of "free breakfast" Pools nasty. Outdoor patio is basically for smokers only. Rooms have musty/ moldy smell.

I stay here during the week ...every week. I would love to have a microwave. I do like the location and the ability to take the shuttle to close by places. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I do however, wish there was a way to earn additional points..perhaps off points to those who choose to not have their room cleaned.

I've been traveling to St Louis regularly over the past 10 years and based on a colleague's recommendation I tried the Double Tree Westport for the first time. The location was convenient to my West County business location and was over-all very satisfied with the hotel. Rooms are great with clean, updated bathrooms. Didn't use it, but the pool looks great. We were in town for a funeral and decided to stay at the double tree. The hotel was very nice and our room was clean and modern. We did not rate this hotel higher due to an unresolved issue we had with the air conditioning unit in our room. It was extremely loud. And although the hotel did send a maintenance person to repair it, the only thing this person did was changed the filter and left us a note explaining that it was a new unit and that he or she "hopes that changing the filter helps".... For the money a great experience. The air conditioning was great! The room was immaculate. Free coffee in the morning, but no free breakfast. Very nice bar located in lobby. Staff very helpful. Close to many restaurants and clubs.

very nice hotel in a quiet location, not far from creve coeur lake and airport. The room is a bit small, when I was there the pool has a lot of people, the gym should have been bigger. The breakfast is great and staff service there is good.

We had 3 rooms, one had some sort of "filth" smeared on ceiling above your head. Particles were dangling. Hotel staff was very accommodating! Staff is very friendly! Closet door was also broken in that room. Loud A/C units.

The overall experience was great. The "welcome cookie" is delicious. And I got another one each time I ordered room service -which was pretty good food too. The room was spacious and cozy. 3 night company sponsored business trip. My room was not clean on arrival; but, I did get new shampoo and bed made up. Never did pick up dirty towels, vacuum or dust. This is th second poor experience from a Hilton brand I've had this year.

Hotel exceeded expectations. I arrived at the hotel exhausted from traveling but still two hours before check-in time. The gracious person at the front desk allowed me to check in early. Schedule more staff when booking large or multiple events during the same time. Also, make minor repairs in rooms. It may not seem like nothing, but it is. Our maintenance man came to fix the dresser handle, said he needed to get a different kind of screw, but never returned to actually make the repair.

Recently stayed at this hotel before a flight out of St. Louis. We stayed a Thursday night for $145 and expected a name like Hilton/Double Tree to be nice clean and comfortable stay. The entry area is nice, but it stops once you get into the room. The beds were not comfortable and the room needed some cosmetic work.

I was able to check in very early on the day of my check-in. The staff was cordial and helpful. I had received an e-mail saying my smart phone could lock/unlock my door. I went to the front desk several times but no one seemed to be able to get it to work or how to fix it. I was a little disappointed in this. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. The delicious cookies helped me to drown my sorrow.

Second year at this hotel. Great service, only wish they offered some type of complimentary continental breakfast. We did have staff that was willing to think outside the bkx and make things happen for us. We were learni g the KC Two step and was too loud for the group working in the lobby. The staff came up with a solution that satisfied everyone in less than two minutes.

Great place to stay for business or pleasure. Shuttles help to get you where you need to be and very friendly, knowledgeable staff to help with any needs! Rooms clean and spacious with room to relax! Room was very clean with the exception of the shower curtain which at the bottom was a pale orange representing mold/mildew. Bed was perfect. Front desk friendly and helpful as well as the bar. First, they misspelled my name and I was required to provide ID to prove that my name was misspelled when they were the ones who misspelled it. I've been staying here for over a month (M-Th) on business. The only reason I stay is it is near my work. IT is also near the interstate (I-270); which is 10 feet from the hotel. So a quiet night's sleep is not an option if you're on the highway side of the hotel. They hotel is also showing its age and things are starting to get worn and shabby. We had friends staying here so we ended up with them. The rooms were great and everything was so clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Nice pool! Bar area was nice and the staff was great. The Hotel looks to be updated....carpet was nice. Cookies are an added bonus.

The location was really nice, and the room was a really good size that 7 of us fit comfortably. The A/C and the shower worked like a dream. The only problem that I had with the room was that it seemed as though the blankets and pillows were a bit moist, not sure if that was from the A/C going up and down or what since it didn't seem like there was a lot of humidity in the room. What can you write about a Double Tree? It is the usual Double Tree. A bit off the beaten road. Nice big parkinglot. Broken AC, requested towels 3 times and no one ever came, empty coffee in the morning in the lobby and staff just watched instead of refilling. Rooms are small but clean. It is a decent place but they need to work on service.

This hotel was excellent. The staff and room were fantastic. The pool and hot tub area was large and not overly crowded. The location was perfect. There is a full service bar down in the lobby. There are large rooms for meetings. The elevators don't make you wait a long time for them to get up to the upper floors. This was our daughter's favorite hotel of the trip.

Hard to review this hotel. Had a good stay, nothing really that stood out. Hotel needs an update, but it's still in decent shape. This is no reflection of the hotel staff though (it's not like they can start updating the hotel!!) Staff was great, management was great. Rooms were comfortable, but not over-the-top spectacular. Hotel in places shows it needs some care. Good location though and would come back. Best option in the Westport area by far!

This was very nice hotel. The decor is awesome and the staff was good. I wantd an early check so I was given a room facing I270...very noisy room. The mngr accomdated me with a new room facing the parking the next morning. The cookie was good also.

This hotel faces the interstate, but requires a bit of roundabout driving to get to it. Otherwise, it is a wonderful value for the price. The rooms and especially the beds are very good. The bathroom is large enough. The carpets is clean and the room temperature stays consistent. Parking is free and close and it is very easy to get to and from the room. In town for a soccer tournament with my daughter. Very nice hotel. Conveniently located. All the amenities you need and fantastic service. The staff was very accommodating! Breakfast was great and there are mini refrigerators in all rooms.

I found the hotel to be quite nice. It was clean, well maintained and had nice rooms. I was especially thankful for the in room refrigerator and coffee pot. The hotel is a little further out versus my usual go to Embassy Suites. I was provided a room on the 11th Hilton Honors floor with room # 1108. The room was clean and without any surprises. Had calamari and a caesar chicken salad in the hotel's Cooperfield restaurant and the food was great and the service provided by Joe was excellent. Enjoyed the Rams/49'er game and the great service provided by the bar staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for future visits.

Stayed for a soccer weekend. The hotel is slightly off the beaten path but easily located with smartphone gps. The external facade is dated; however, the lobby inviting, room medium to large and clean, bed comfortable, cable tv and internet good, bathroom small. The indoor pool area looked fair Good overall experience-- evening cookies nice touch. For the price I would probably choose a Drury Inn as the Drury is moe kid friendly and has a "free" breakfast.

My husband and I were so happy in August to book a 2-bedroom suite for a future trip in October. We spoke to a representative on the phone about the features and price. However, when our confirmation came shortly before our trip, it was for two 1-bedroom suites at a much higher rate. When we called to discuss the matter, we did not find the staff pleasant nor helpful. Needless to say, we cancelled our reservation.

This was a very nice clean relaxing room. We were here for a conference so there were about 300 of us and the hotel accommodated all of us by getting us into our rooms as soon as possible. We arrived at 10:30 and I was in my room by 11. The hotel was very clean; the rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel appeared to be newer. In our group the buzz was about the comfortable beds.

Staff was very kind and accommodating. Just seemed understaffed. Same experience in the bar. Very efficient staff just needed additional help.

Check in was fast and easy even though the lobby was filled with family. Front desk agents were patient and very helpful. Would have been helpful to see a bellmen or a valet to answer questions so we didn't have to take up the front desk agents time about restaurants or other things. This property is average. I expected more from a Hilton and for the price. Room a bit small, musty and humid. Breakfast was amazing and the front desk staff was friendly. The hotel had a little girl beauty pageant going on which overtook the lobby and bar area.

This is a typical DT hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you don't have a car a shuttle does run to several nearby areas which was nice since the restaurant was not open for late lunch

I've stayed here several times before. Clean, nice bar in the lobby, great staff. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to request a room that does not face the highway. It was a little noisy. But once I turned on my air conditioner, the noise was gone. I'll definitely be staying again!

Very nice, very busy so check in took a little longer than normal. Also could hear a bit if highway noise. Overall very clean & modern, would of been good to have breakfast included, restaurant very pricey, we ate out.

Staff were helpful and great all around. Room was clean and well stocked. Room service was quick and the portions were huge. Breakfast is a buffet and lots of choices. Shuttle was ok, but at least there is one available.

Please be careful when using this hotel. I am an HHonors member and that did not mean anything at this Hilton Hotel. Had to wait till 5pm to get into my room, even though it stated 3pm check-in. When I requested a 1 hour late checkout I was denied. Interesting how they can hold me up from entering my room for 2 hours, but I cannot get 1 hour extension to exit the room. Housekeeping never cleaned the room or made the beds. They did not leave extra towels in the room as well.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Hotel was very clean. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable. The staff was also eager to help in any way. I appreciated the fact that even the shuttle drivers were in clean, pressed uniforms.

Our room had beetles (stink bugs) coming in from the outside through our AC unit in the room all weekend. Granted they were harmless, but big, nasty looking gray bugs is not what you want crawling around while you sleep. The hotel couldn't do much for us, and even so, was not impressed with the room itself - base trim falling off the walls, fruit flies throughout the hotel, and to top it off my daughter found a bug in her breakfast as well. Will never return to this Hilton again.

This hotel needs a facelift. Front Desk absent frequently. Unequal treatment of guests. Not sure I would stay here again. The cookies were not offered unless room service ordered, and they have nuts in them.

We were in town for a wedding and this hotel was close and convenient to the reception venue. The location is a bit odd, but it's close to the highway and easy to get other places. We're hilton gold members and were upgraded to the executive suite. The suite was essentially 2 hotel rooms, with 1 room converted to a parlor. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Attending a fundraising event and the room was very attractive. Would try other Doubletree facilities and would recommend to my friends! The warm cookies on arrival were a welcome surprise.

We were in town to celebrate a friends birthday and attend a concert at Scottrade Center. The staff was very friendly and check-in was speedy. At the time of check-in there were no cookies available. I was told to come back down for hot cookies in 15 minutes. Once I got to my room I forgot all about the cookies. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom toilet seat needed to be replaced badly. This what the best experience I have had in a hotel and I have stayed at a few in my life. The rooms where outstanding and clean. The front desk staff was azaming!!!! They only thing I have to say is the breakfast was not very good the food was cold and there was not a lot of gluten fee options. On other note the pool towels where actual pool towels they were big and soft.

The staff was attentive and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. All Hilton's beds sleep wonderfully also appreciate the downs pillows and bedding. This particular property was a great location for our purpose and for shopping and eating great STL food.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay. The price per room was reasonable and the hotel staff was very helpful. We arrived at 1pm but did not realize check in time was 3 pm but they still worked with us and checked us in. I would recommend this hotel, trust me, you will not be disappointed.

The room was not clean- stains, dust, worn furniture. The wallpaper in the bathrooms was peeling, discolored and molding. Had to check out early. Completely unacceptable experience and will certainly not be coming back to this hotel.

Typically I have difficulty getting a good nights rest away from home, but I was pleased with the cleanliness and quality of both the hotel and room itself. It's a perfect hideaway without being too far from downtown STL.

I always enjoy staying at Doubletree and the cookies are my guilty pleasure. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to find me a charger for my phone. I would definitely stay here again.

The service was excellent. I would like to have more non meat items on the in room dinning. Staff is friendly and helpful. There seems to be issues with allowing all charges to be billed to the corporate card on file. My personal card has been charged.

This is our favorite park and fly hotel. Convenient location, airport shuttle with great selection of hotel amenities. On-site restaurant, lounge, indoor pool and business center have kept us retying for over a decade.
