I've been staying here every week for a year for my work. And this place has a very friendly and helpful staff. I have never had a problem here the rooms are clean and very nice. If I've ever needed anything they are happy to help me out. I will continue to stay here when ever I'm in town.

Well maintained, clean and a place you feel comfortable to walk on the carpet with your barefeet. We do a great deal of travelling and I have seen the worst....Concierge service was very pleasant and made one feel special. Thumbs up to the owners for they show pride in ownership, reflected in their facility. Didn't try the pool, but if like the other accommodations, it must to excellant.

We needed a hotel in Ozark for a family visit. We chose this one based on the Tripadvisor reviews. We weren't disappointed. The room was adequate, but a bit dated. However it was clean and had everything we needed. When I found that the hair dryer didn't work I was able to get a loaner from the front desk. We really appreciated the local discount of 20% at the nearby Village Inn.

The motel has been recently remodel. The room was clean and comfortable. The Owner was aware of my last review and apologize for the problem we had then. They even open the pool early so my son could swim before we had to leave. The stay was quiet this time with no one running down the halls. The breakfast could use more fruit. Will stay here again when in town.

I was quite disappointed when I was up charged because I had two children and one adult instead of two adults. The extra child did not require more space or beds. Other hotels would not do this. Hotel room is ok, little bit run down. The keys appear to be an issue, as other reviews have mentioned.

this was way better than expected. everything was immacuately clean and well maintained. philip and staff were curteous and professional.. my s.o. and i stayed in the king suite with jetted tub. it was a huge and well appointed room with 2 oversized rocker recliners, couch, desk, dining area, yes i am applauding everything about this place. and all at a reasonable price.. we may actually go out of our way to make this a destination. oh and it is easy to access. right off route 65 and 14 (jacks... We were on the 2nd floor which was just fine for us. When we arrived there was a little mix up with the room, but realized I had clicked the wrong room on trip advisor, but Philip was very helpful in getting it figured out. He helped us figure out locations of things we wanted to do and see. The room was spacious and clean, and the pool was also well taken care of and clean. The breakfast was pretty good and had decent choices. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great start to our va... Read more

We stopped in late at night to get some sleep. They were friendly at the front desk and got us in a room quickly. The room was pretty clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location of the hotel is right off I 40 and very convenient. I would stay again if in the area.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Very outdated. The air-conditioner did not work very well so we were not as comfortable sleeping or getting ready in the morning as we wanted to be. It didn't blow out cold air just slightly cool air. Breakfast was okay, not many choices.

this was our 3rd visit. again phillip and his staff were prompt, courteous and professional, (and discrete). this motel is always immaculate, both the public areas and the rooms. the walls are thick enough or well insulated, so we never hear any of noise from the adjoining rooms. we always get the king suite with Jacuzzi in the room. it is huge with small eating area, ouch, 2 very comfortable recliners, desk, dresser (flat screen tv sits on the dresser), comfortable king bed with lots of ... it is one of the more reasonably priced places options for the area so I wasn't expecting perfection. The room was clean but needed some tlc. The wallpaper was peeling in a few spots. The mattress a bit firm for my taste but I slept well. It was quiet. The gentleman who set us up, I didn't get his name, was very nice and personable. The biggest drawback was the TV. No HBO. Other than that, I have no complaints
