Hotel is getting a little old, not a lot of parking either. Next door to a bar so if you have a non parking lot facing room expect to hear the base till 2am. This hotel is right next to a dance club. On the weekend, the parking lot was full and I was lucky to find the last spot. This is due to everyone parking in the hotel lot and going to the club so if your not there early- good luck finding a parking spot. If you are on the side of the hotel that is next to the club, you will hear the music even with the TV up. The drunks leaving the club spill over into the parking lot and you can hear then yelling and arguing. I believe some even stayed in the ... Read more

Our room was clean and comfortable overall, but in the whole hotel picture, it was pretty mundane. We were led to believe there was a pool and hot tub, but in reality, the pool wasn't yet opened (in Mid May), and there was no hot tub at all. The staff was pleasant. Our guess is that the hotel is refurbished' from another chain or something, and it is showing it's age with the elevators, plumbing and around the edges. It is right next door to a major construction site, but wasn't that wasn't a no... Read more

Room layout better than average as wall work desk finally adjacent to, not next to the A/C. Bathroom too dark. Breakfast better than average with a nice selection of fresh fruit, hard-boiled eggs. Would like to see soy milk option though. Fitness room above average with cardio, weight machine and a fitness ball. Next door to Sybergs Sports Bar., and walking distance to two other restaurants.

Hotel was clean, bedding was quite comfortable, hotel staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Great place for cost of room, with complimentary breakfast and internet service. 2 queen beds were the perfect choice and staff were quick to answer questions and make minor fixes (like there was no TV remote in room).

Hampton Inn's have been one of our favorites. This one is not. Can't put my finger on it. Maybe it was when I opened up the 2 soap containers (the small cardboard boxes) in the bathroom I noticed that both soap bars were damp, like they had been washed and attempted to "dry". Both the cardboard containers were absolutely dry, but both soaps were not. This just left a bad feeling. If, in fact, housekeeping had "reused" these, what other shortcuts were taken. There is no other logical explanati... Read more

It was a really clean hotel. I like clean places. The lady at the front desk did not know the directions to a pizza place we were looking for. Besides that it was just fine. We really enjoyed the breakfast, ( one of our favorite parts.) I enjoyed the swimming pool. It was relaxing. Slept really well. Mostly because I was tired. Also, we aware that many of the rooms overlook a very popular bar/restaurant that has live music well into the night, and the city services the dumpster of the bar at 5am every morning. Motel was nice and updated but the elevator was loud and opened shook the floors. I was directly across from the elevator, but image that down the hall would have been better. Breakfast staff was amazing!

Great hotel and staff. We enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again on our next visit to Madison Height, MO. Clean rooms, free breakfast and 24 hours hot coffee. Stay area, close to the Interstates and about ten minutes from the airport.

Room was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Location was close to the counties West Port Plaza where you can find good restaurants. Not much more to say but they have me put in 200 words.
