I booked a room at this hotel for three nights as an online prepaid booking. The charge was on my credit card, which I had paid before I even arrived for my stay. My stay here was not good, but since I had prepaid and it was not refundable, I could not end my stay early, which I definitely would have. First, I was a solo female customer for this visit and the desk person tried to put me in a room on the first floor (which is advised against for solo female guests) that was very close to the bar/... All the staff were friendly and courteous. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The one issue we had was we thought there was a bar at the hotel. We were given complementary coffee because we had to have our refrigerator replaced.

I really like what the Courtyard has done with their lobby. Boarding pass kiosks, slick business center, and a cafe with barista. The best part though.... oh my.... ... the best part is the Marriott BEDS. As soon as I lay down on the bed I was ready to sleep and not get out of bed for a week. I stay in cheap-ish motels most of the time and this 2-night stay was an absolute treat. The furnishings are gorgeous, everything is immaculate, very modern and art deco. And now that I think about... Read more

The hotel has been renovated, but it is definitely an older hotel. It is in a quiet, safe area, and our stay was very good. The staff are friendly and courteous. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. There is a barista downstairs and lots of amenities. The downstairs hallway has a bit of a musty smell. Maybe the carpet had gotten wet at some time, but the rooms were very nice and had no odor. There is no continental breakfast, but there are several restaurants in the area. We ... Read more

We had to book our trip in a hurry because we won our Hawaii Regional to attend the World Championships in St. Louis. Nikai helped us secure our 10 rooms in a hurry and was also able to help us plan dinners for two nights using their conference room. Our kids were well fed and slept well. The rooms and hotel were clean and comfortable. The hotel was full with other robotics teams as well. Great price for location and safe area. We would definitely book there again! Trader Joes was just do... Read more

This was a nice hotel. It's in a business district in a nice part of town. It was clean. The bed was soft. The sofabed was a little small though. It's best for small kids probably. We only stayed one night but it was very enjoyable after a long, hot day at Six Flags. We will definitely stay here again on the next trip to Six Flags.

Room was clean and nice. The only complaint was a mild one. We were on the 2nd floor and could clearly hear the people on the third floor above us walking around. Luckily they went to sleep early. Get a room with a balcony overlooking the overlooking the courtyard if possible. It has a nice view and a couple of chairs with a table.

We have stayed for three nights and we have booked a suite...very pleasant hotel. The room was very clean, and the bed was wonderful....and very very comfortable.. Nice bistro and good lite meals. For sure, we will return to this hotel if eventually we are in this area again.

We stayed for just one night after coming in town for a show at the Fox. The hotel was easy to find and in a nice location. Front desk staff friendly. We checked in late (after 10 pm) and left around 9 am. Never saw another guest or heard anything. Our room was clean, the bed a bit too squishy, but otherwise very comfortable. We didn't eat there - breakfast is NOT included with the room.

This is a older original style Courtyard. The only update is the lobby. With that being sais, we had the king room, first floor facing parking lot. It was clean and comfortable. There is a noisy street but we didn't find the noise bothersome. It is ultra quiet at night as they insist on it so you get a good night's sleep. Location is convoluted so be aware it isn't right off interstate. The staff are gems, friendly and helpful. WiFi connected easily and stayed connected. Price was absolut... Read more

We were only here for one night, but the property was clean and very nice. The room was a King with a sofa sleeper (twin) and it was quite lovely. We also had a balcony which was nice because you could open the patio doors and have fresh air. The furnishings were quite nice. When we needed additional linens, they were provided promptly for us. The staff we interacted with were all very nice and friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again when we're in the area.
