Ants in room. Fan filters were disgusting. Turned on fan in room and noticed black soot all over the bed cover. Maintenance people need to be fired and management needs to take a closer look at their rooms.

David, at the Front Desk, made my stay a 5-star experience. I reserved 3 rooms for me and some family members, and he was VERY personable with everyone, and was the type of person I would want at ALL of my hotels. He is to be commended. Tasty breakfast, usual fare, but very good. Rooms were spacious with closet with door. Only 2 smaller drawers for clothes, which seemed a little odd. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, good water pressure and hot water for showers. Easy to get to from freewa... Read more

Needed a room north of KC near the airport, but not THAT near the airport. This worked out well. The room was large and clean. Everything worked fine. The fellow at check-in could not have been more helpful. He gave us a room with easy access to our car so we could unpack and repack with using elevators or stairs. There are a huge number of dining options in this area. And the price was OK.

Let me preface by saying my requirements for business trips are much less exacting than what I expect for leisure travel. Business travel (for me) requires a clean bed and a sanitary, working shower; anything more than those basics is like a bonus. The good: the front desk staff was very polite and helpful. I would rate them 5/5 The room size was great for me, traveling alone, but would have been have been cramped if sharing the room. There was a mini fridge and microwave, but only two dress... My family of four stayed here on a recent road trip. We booked through hotels.com, which was easy booking. The hotel, while not overly new, was still clean and well-outfitted. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, linens were soft, and the room was sufficient for our one night. There was a used hot pink ponytail holder in the middle of our floor, which is the reason for three stars vs four. How housekeeping missed this is a mystery, and things like that make me wonder what else may have been mi... Read more

I booked this via TripAdvisor for a road trip overnight stay. I normally stay in Comfort Inns (another Choice chain property) because they are almost uniformly pet-friendly. My bad that I booked Comfort Suite and not Inn because this location only grudgingly allows pets. They threaten you with a cleaning charge of $150 if "your dogs trash the room" as the clerk stated it. Everything went fine, after that but I felt like a criminal lurking around. The room was very nice, far nicer than mo... Read more

I am used to the quality of another chain and was reluctant to stay at an unfamiliar one. I chose this place because it was a better value for our purposes. My husband and I thought the king bed was quite comfortable. Everything about our room appeared clean and appealing. The lobby and breakfast area were nice enough though the nearby pool fragranced the lobby with chlorine :) We did not try the pool so cannot comment but I did look in and saw the hot tub spot appeared to be boarded up. Reserved rooms online...due to a worlds of fun trip. Its just a hop and a skip from worlds of fun, in a quiet safe area. The manager checked me in...made me feel like I was staying with family. My room was very clean and roomy for our family. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great, the girls attending that area were on top of keeping it stocked non-stop. Will Definitely stay here again.

Rooms are great, nice pool, best breakfast. staff is professional and vary helpful. Front desk staff is outstanding. Shopping is all close by. Airport is about 10-15 miles, so is downtown KC. Lots of choice of food is available in area.

This place was terrible and it started when we first walked in the room! We walk in to find a half bottle each of an energy drink and water bottle sitting on the night stand, a grease spot on the headboard where someone's head was, and worst of all a used bar of soap with an open bottle of shampoo in the shower. Eww seems like no one cleaned it before we checked in. The indoor pool room temperature was an uncomfortable cool and the pool water was COLD!! It is very sad when your room tap cold ... Read more

We arrived late and left the next morning. Our room was clean. We did ask for more towels for showers since there were 6 of us however the clerk couldn't get us any that night so he did get us pool towels. Breakfast was good.

This as my first time staying at a Comfort Suites and it was excellent! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. There was a desk and separate area with a coffee table and couch for extra space that was great for getting some work done and playing card games. The room also had a mini fridge, microwave and safe. The staff were very friendly and the entire facility seemed very clean. I would stay there again and I would highly recommend this place.

I believe the motel had been remodeled in the past few years because there was a white residue on the bathroom floor and on the door hinges. The floor tiles had a texture that looked like fine grooves in the tile. The problem with this type of tile is housekeeping can't clean the floor because "stuff" gets in these fine grooves. There was white dust in the grooves from, I assume, previous construction. Under the sink was a lot of other "stuff" that was in the grooves that resembled a liquid ... Read more

My boyfriend and I went on a little weekend trip down there and this hotel was perfect. You got a nice room and the staff were really nice. The breakfast was also a plus! Actually the best I've ever had at a hotel. For the price and the location you can't really beat it!

I selected this hotel for a one night stay as we were in town for two weekend baseball games. We arrived a bit early and we were able to check in at 2pm. This was great, as we wanted to get to the stadium as soon as possible. We were also given a room on first floor, 105. At check in we were told there was a problem with the pool, but we could use the Holiday Inn or Fairfield, both within walking distance. No time to swim Saturday afternoon, so we headed out Sunday morning 9am. Went to Hol... Read more

Breakfast is served until 9am. We went down at 8am and there was no coffee, no orange juice, no milk, no muffins or fruit, no waffle batter, no eggs, and no biscuits and gravy. About the only option was fruit loops and skim milk.

Stayed two nights. Front desk staff very helpful. Hotel is clean and pleasant although elevator is in need of modernisation Too bad pool was closed for maintenance but they had made arrangements to use pool next door. Nice breakfast buffet, kept full and fresh. Staff constantly cleaning up. Location was excellent, just off the highway and many places to eat and shop in walking distance.Would certainly recommend.

Went to Liberty for my niece's graduation and stayed here with other family members who had already booked rooms. After looking online, I felt o.k. about the choice (no pun intended) because I thought they would all be suites, hence the name Comfort Suites. I should've done more research. First issue was being given a room on the first floor, when I had specifically asked to be on the third floor. After seeing the room, which was accessible, I was disappointed and went back to try to get anot... Read more
