Overall, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and no issues reported outside the WiFi connection. The WiFi connection was not the best and could be improved. The kids enjoyed the pool area. Staff did a great job and cleaning crew the next day was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job in the room and went above and beyond to help.

Stayed one night. Had a check in problem that was handled on the spot, very efficiently. Room was very clean, usual Hilton standard. Breakfast area was clean, and all food looked fresh. Breakfast Area attended by a smiling friendly server

Not many Hilton to choose from on business trip and Hampton offered best price of them all. Still close enough to city for work and other things. Room was great and staff even better. My stay was for one month and staff made me feel at home every day. Other hotels in area, but I am loyal Hilton member and chose this for price, location and amenities.

I'm a big fan of the updates that Hampton has done at most of their hotels. This one has not been updated. Watch the second floor rooms, don't get one above the laundry. I wish that Hilton had a nicer property in Jefferson City. The Double Tree is only slightly nicer.

I was very impressed with the courteous staff as well as an exceptionally CLEAN room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds are great with amazing pillows (several of them) on each bed. It is also in the Hilton Honors Reward program which is just a big plus. So therefore, I received free Wi-Fi, which is also a very big plus.

this hotel is extremely clean, well taken care of and have an amazing hot breakfast! The people at the front desk seemed extremely tired, worn out and ready to leave, but efficient. The room was wonderful, except I was disappointed to find out I didn't have a refrigerator in my room was an inconvenience for me.the workout facility is small but again, efficient. I found this to be a typical Hampton Inn. Breakfast was comparable to other..very good, nice selection and eating room was nice. We were traveling on Hwy 54 to I44 so found it a little off the beaten track but still easily accessible. Only negative was the lighting in the bathroom. Bedroom lightning was adequate but the bathroom was extremely dark.

I reserved a room through Expedia for this Hampton Inn. When I checked in, the attendant, Darrel, asked for an additional card to keep in file for incidentals. I gave them my debit card. When I checked out, they manager told me I didn't owe anything (which I knew as I didn't use any additional services). When I got home, I noticed 2 debit charges totaling $175, which obviously were never approved. I called the hotel, and they told me a manager was not available. Stay away from this place, unless... The Hampton Inn is what it is and don't look for a 5 star and the big price. If you are on the road and you are staying in a town that does not have the really nice hotels you can't go wrong with the Hampton Inn. The best part of these chains is you just about get the same no matter where it is located. The staff is over-worked and the breakfast is the same set up just different locations.

Beds were was clean and big. Baths were nice large and clean. Pool area was nice but was disappointed to not see a hot tub. Breakfast was adequate. Hotel staff could of been a bit more friendly...morning staff was more pleasant.

Good hotel with the potential to be great. Wonderful complimentary hot breakfast, very comfortable bed and quiet room. Staff very nice. Housekeeping was not the best. I was at the end of the hallway on the 3rd floor so maybe they were tired by the time they got to me. Room not always cleaned or fully restocked. Also, a/c wasn't on when I arrived so I couldn't stay in the room initially. Had to cool it down first. Otherwise, really glad I stayed here and would do it again.

Great service and the room was very quiet. The scrambled eggs could have been better but overall the breakfast was great. We were there out of state for a wedding. It was close to everything. If we go again we would stay here.

Clean and comfortable with great staff. Breakfast was great with tasty hot food. Also enjoyed the hot chocolate and coffee served in the lobby. The room was very nice and very clean. All in all it was a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was clean, the staff was friendly and very welcoming, the hot breakfast was good and my little boy enjoyed the pool!! If we're ever in Jeff again this will be my pick!

I have stayed at this hotel monthly for about 20 years, and have never had a bad experience. Always clean, always friendly, and staff goes out of their way to make sure your needs and wants are taken care of.

While on business, support staff booked me at this hotel. I didn't want to be there. The only redeeming quality was the staff. The bed was painful to my back. There were paper thin walls. I was told that I had to give them my credit card even though this was a direct bill. No other hotels have done this while I have been on business. There was no hot tub. Elevator was not working at the time. I would not stay here again.

The location of this Hampton Inn leaves much to be desired. I thought it would be closer to the capitol building or at least restaurants. Restaurants were a couple of miles away. There were two desk staff at check in. The female was friendly and professional. The male was rude and really didn't seem to enjoy the job. The hotel is older. Nothing bad to say about this hotel but nothing great to say. The rooms were a bit dated and the breakfast buffet wasn't the best I've had but the location was convenient and the price was reasonable. Service was good. Everyone was very friendly.

The breakfast is very nice, lots of items to choose from, and the dining area is spacious. The rooms had nice bedding and were clean. The staff were all helpful, polite and friendly. They offered free shuttle service as we were with a wedding group that booked several rooms.

Excellent staff, great room, super comfie bed. Jacuzzi room was spacious and tge jacuzzi was a life saver. Only negative...pool was chilly and the chlorine over powering. Could use better ventilation.

Very nice spacious double bed room with great assortment of furniture. Could, therefore, truly relax! No frig or microwave but free breakfast and availability of fruit and coffee throughout the day compensated. Great room for the price.

It was good food and great sleep with a friendly smile. I will stay here again if I have the need to come back for more business. It is also very close too many restaurants for lunch and dinner. Only ten minutes down the road.

It seems odd to review a chain motel because people select them because they know what to expect. This hotel is clean, well maintained, conveniently located off Highway 50. The beds are comfortable, the room well equipped. Breakfast is hot and better than continental but not memorable.

This hotel is average. I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns and this one is just okay. The air conditioner makes a lot of noise when it turns on and off. The breakfast wasn't as good as most Hampton Inns I've stayed at. Double beds instead of Queen, and rooms don't have a fridge or microwave. Rooms are clean and the pool was clean.

I have stayed at many hotels and this one is the only one that does not have refrigerators in every room nor can you request one. So if staying here for an extended time period PLEASE verify you book a room that will have all the items you would like.

Room smelled like an old smoky bar. I asked for a new room on the second day and front desk said that room used to be smoking room. He said he'd check with management to see if another room was available but did mention he thought they were booked up. I heard from neither him or management so assume they would not or could not give me another room. Either way, if you are a non smoker and and do not enjoy the smell, best avoid this hotel.

The hotel was nice, and breakfast facility was clean but house keeping needs a total over haul , from top to bottom and start with a whole new group of people and a new program . If they change that department it would be a nicer visit.

Good over night spot for the cross country traveller, but just didn't seem to be up to the normal Hampton Inn standard? Rooms are a good size, but not well equipped. Shops and restaurants are 5 mins drive, so a pretty good location.

Room, service and employees were excellent. Internet and breakfast were very poor. Cameron and Jasmine were very helpful getting me checked in after a problem with the amount that was charged to my credit card. They worked everything out. All the employees were excellent.

My room was near the elevator and the ice/drink machine yet it was VERY quiet. Never was I disturbed by noise. Very friendly staff, easy check-in/check-out, and clean. I would most definitely stay here when I'm in the area again.

We had a family member admitted to ICU and it was touch and go if they would make it thru the night. He did thank goodness and we chose to stay another night. I called from the hospital and made arrangements for a room. I can't think of the mans name maybe Charles? Was very helpful, He gave us good instructions on what to do if we checked in after 11pm. He was kind and sincere. Breakfast the next morning covered our needs.
