Looking for a ‚??Stay, Park, Fly‚?? type of accommodation‚??s I chose this La Quinta. It was very easy to find, and the location made for easy access to chain restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies. Upon entering we were promptly and warmly greeted. When we first entered the hotel, we were greeted very nicely. As we turned the corner to get into the elevator the hotel looked old and rundown. The elevator was scratched up and the hallway was ripped apart. As I got to my room it to looked bad, but once I opened the door I was amazed at the interior. It is totally redone. We ended up at this hotel as an express deal from Priceline. It was categorized as a 2.5 star hotel. IT. IS. NOT! It should be a 1 star hotel. There were signs saying they were going thru a remodeling but I saw no improvements that had been made anywhere. The carpets are filthy! The paint and plaster was falling off of bathroom wall. The building is in need of a make over but the room was clean and the staff is great. The there was containers and equipment in back o building that could mean that they're going start working on updating soon.

The staff was nice. It's in a good location. The hotel itself is in need of the remodel that they are now getting. And it could be cleaner. I probably wouldn't stay here again. We can't comment on breakfast because we didn't try.

I've gotten stuck twice now because of using Priceline. Because of this hotel I've stopped using priceline. I left the 1st time it was booked. I tried to get out of the reservation the 2nd time but Priceline wouldn't let me cancel. I decided since they were :remodeling" before I'd give it a chance. AVOID AVOID AVOID. DIRTY. Sheets are not changed. Bathroom had "foreign hairs and needed flushing" !!!

Apparently, renovations are about to occur at this hotel and it can't come soon enough. My third visit here will be my last. The hall and room carpets were so filthy, I didn't want to walk barefoot. When I brought this up upon departure, I was told "we try hard, but we just can't get the stains out of the carpets". Really??! How do other hotels do it? Upon arriving for a park and fly, we received room keys. Drove the vehicle to the back lot and we couldn't get in the back door on the key pad. Luckily, a front desk clerk in training heard the door and let us in. Went back to the same senior clerk and she said" if they didn't work, how did you get in in a extremely rude manner". The staff is very nice the room was clean except for the floor , also the hall ways smelled like smoke!!! It was fine for an overnight stay but if your going to stay longer I would find someplace else.

We travel a lot and have stayed in many La Quintas and this was by far the WORST!!!! The carpet in the halls and in the room was so dirty it was disgusting!! The room smelled horrible like dogs and smoke! The chair in the room lookes like the found it sitting in front of a dumpster! We had 2 rooms and they were both horrible!
