A very nice and clean establishment. I would recommend Hilton Garden Inn for any stay that you would have. I was and have been very pleased with my stays. Also being a Hilton Honors member is well advised if you use Hilton Garden Inns anywhere in the USA.

This hotel is a little out of the way - but with-in 10 minutes to everything MIZZOU. Bed was some-what comfortable, the room clean. A Lone Star restaurant was within walking distance - and plenty of seating available without wait. Breakfast is an extra cost ($10 per person) and newspapers were not available. Parking lot is small and be careful as the curbs are high and you can get "hung-up" if your car is low & you park too far forward. (Yeah- about ripped the front bumper off)

Made these reservations one year in advance for my daughters graduation. Advance planning made no difference as to your room requests being met. Requested non smoking and we were given an awful smelling smoke saturated room. If this bugs you stay away from the 4th floor, room 418. Dispute mine and the hotels best efforts the smoke smell would not go away and I came home with smoke smelling clothes. It was really gross. Never again. The highlight was the restaurnt staff. Very welcoming entrance to hotel. The front desk was easy to work with and everything was very accessible. Pool area was very clean and the exercise room looked out to the pool area. There are several conference rooms and meeting areas. The lounge and restaurant are open area to the lobby which is not my favorite thing, but it was attractive and clean. Breakfast buffet was $10.49 and looked nice...did not partake so can not tell you the quality of the food.

We go to this chain because of their beds. this bed's adjuster thing wasn't working. One side was soft and the other hard but it wasn't soft enough for my wife and to hard for me. Only sugar free jams/syrup/yogurt out at breakfast. Really disappointing since we had to pay for it.

This hotel is conveniently located near I-70. Likewise there are decent dining options within walking distance. The hotel appearance is lovely and the rooms were comfortable and clean. There room was spacious allowing enough room for yoga. The pool and hot tub were nice to relax in after a long drive.

Very nice hotel, staff was friendly, check in was very fast, rooms were clean. The swimming pool was clean, restaurant was clean and they had free lemonade in the lobby. Even though they have a full service restaurant and bar there are a lot of food places in the area.

We checked in at 5 am on the way home from vacation in Colorado. There was excellent security, with the interior lobby doors locked so you needed to be buzzed in, our room was clean and attractive, comfortable bed and pillows, good amenities, reasonably priced. We recommend.

This hotel IS NOT a smoke-free facility. Without any communication at any point during my booking or check-in process did this hotel or staff mention anything about putting us up in a smoking room (4th floor, rm 408). About gagged from that nasty odor when we first walked in to our room. I was told that it was a busy night and that they MAY have something else available...which I'm pretty sure was an attempt to blow me off as once I made a scene about it I was accommodated immediately. First time using a H Garden Inn, usually stay at a regular Hilton or a Hampton. This was like in between. Staff was very friendly. We had breakfast two mornings and food was fine but the half buffet half table service was odd. Evening drinks at bar were good with a very accommodating bartender. Some issues to note: lobby area was inadequately air conditioned and that affected bar area too. Lobby and elevators were hot. The thermostat in the room kept increasing every morning which made for a hot stay. We were also told breakfast for kids was free but instead were charged $5.50 and no one at the hotel could remove it from our bill. a Great place to stay, the staff is friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area. I can't say enough good things about the hotel staff. I would not recommend the resturant, for breakfast. The overall experience at this was wonderful. Nice, open setting when you first walk in. Bedrooms are pretty nice, clean and comfortable beds, large enough TV to see what is on the screen. Bathrooms were my favorite part: this location offered Neutrogena shampoo/soap/conditioner/lotion as well as makeup remover (!!!). This Hilton Garden Inn was a very nice, clean hotel. We have had previous experiences with this brand and they always meet our expectations. This hotel is relatively new and still in great shape. The room was clean, had a nice TV, good bed, and was well maintained. My room was quiet. The staff was nice, and the breakfast buffet was good (but note that it is not free). There was ample free parking, and it is near a couple of restaurants, a Menards and a Bass Pro. It is on the northwest edge of Columbia, but it is only 15 minutes to campus and downtown, and it was about 30 minutes to Jefferson City.

Clean, pleasant decor, and upscale. Room was clean and neat but thought it would have more space for the price. The charge for breakfast was a surprise but I should have read the information before booking. My only complaint was there was no one available to check me out at the front desk when I departed at 5 AM on Sunday, August 07, 2016. Let me first start by saying that I worked the front desk at hotels for many years and am typically very understanding of what the job entails and the operation of hotels. I will also say that the hotel seems to be well maintained and was clean during my stay. That is about it for the positives. Negatively, they are lacking on many amenities.
