Really nice staff at this hotel, friendly and helpful. Apart from that it's a pretty unremarkable place. Average would be unkind but I'm not sure it deserves a 'very good either! The location is a little strange, tucked back in among business units, but its handy for the interstate and if your looking to avoid stopping in central St. Louis.

This hotel was clean and updated. Small pool, but plenty large for kids to play in. Breakfast at the hotel was very good, lots of items to choose from. Check in and check out process as quick and easy.

After realizing that I left something in my room, I called to ask about it. It was never logged as found and never returned to me. I am very disappointed and will not stay in this hotel again. I frequent St. Louis often and this is my last stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were king sized and too soft which caused my neck to hurt. I travel to the St Louis area monthly for business. I have stayed in different hotels over time but now this Hilton Garden Inn will be my first choice. I have stayed there the last 3 visits. The staff are friendly from guest check in to the bartender! They always welcome me back and provide any extra that I may need! Great easily accessible hotel, close to my family in Chesterfield Mo. My daughter and I came down for north of Chicago to attend my nephew's College Graduation Party. spent the weekend, it was easy to come and go as needed.

We wanted to stay out of downtown St. Louis to save money. Less than a 30 min to Gateway Arch. Nice location, clean room, comfortable beds and breakfast was good as well as inexpensive. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

It's the perfect location to our family and their business. Room was clean and special room amenities were daily resupplied. Had no problem adjusting the air conditioning to our liking. Employees were gracious and friendly. For an eight day visit, we did feel that the linens on the bed should have been changed out at least once during our stay.

My wife and I had a great stay. We love the area and have never stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn that we didn't love. The cleanliness of the room was just as you would expect. The friendliness of the staff was phenomenal as well.

As I said in my previous review of this hotel, this is perhaps the third time I have stayed there and will probably come back to it again if in the area. The hotel is located approximately 20 miles from St Louis. It was clean, had a Keurig in the room, as well as a small refrigerator. The lobby was clean, the staff was friendly, parking was plentiful. There was easy access to Interstate 64. Our only disappointment was the pool area was closed/out of order.

I stayed here while visiting friends in the western St. Louis suburbs. The hotel is in a good location, just off the highway and near a wide selection of restaurants and stores. Its about 30 minutes from the airport. Comfy beds, coffee maker, sitting area, free wifi, and free parking.

I wanted to like this property more since the staff was so friendly and helpful. They really made the difference at this property. They went that extra mile in assisting us with roll aways beds, restaurants recommendations, somewhere we could shop-very helpful. While on a business trip to Chesterfield Mo, my coworkers and I stayed at "Hilton Garden Inn." We loved the warm and polite atmosphere! I don't think I came across one staff member that wasn't smiling. The d├ęcor was very fitting for it almost being summer, and loved having the coffee always hot. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family, they are extremely family friendly. Will be staying next time!

Decent place. Clean, staff is great. Internet- marginal at best. Room 411 was terrible. I caught up on email using data on my phone. TV- must be linked to the internet. Trying to watch NBA finals games and the picture/sound kept blipping out. Terrible. Breakfast- Great if you want a huge meal. $9 for oatmeal and coffee is pretty much a ripoff. Happy with our stay at the Hilton Garden Chesterfield. When we arrived I asked if it was possible to upgrade to a room with a king and was told not a problem. She also put us on a floor away from baseball team that was staying in case of noise. Room was very comfortable. I had an opportunity to stay in this hotel while visiting St Louis Six Flags with the family. It is a very clean, modernly decorated hotel. They have free, cold water at the front desk and the staff was very nice - even when we checked in at 2 am. Booked this hotel at the last minute. Easy access to and from the freeway although it's a bit tucked away from the feeder road. Check in was a breeze. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed and sleeper sofa were comfortable. Wish breakfast was included in the rate. Overall, although short, it was a good stay.

As a approached the hotel, it took awhile to get to hotel from interstate. It's kinda stuck away from most things to do, just not as convenient as other hotels. Stayed for 2 days in late June. There was some confusion in regards to Hilton Honors and rate I was paying at first and the HH customer service was so frustrating I almost canceled my room. Great place to stay. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hilton Garden Inn the next time I am in Chesterfield, Mo. It was well over 100 of my family members that utilized this hotel and all were pleased with the staff. The breakfast was tasting and there was more than enough. The cleanliness of the lobby was phenomenal.

Very good stay. Check-in was quick. Room was all in working order and was just what we were looking for in a quick overnight stay. We were about 25 minutes from downtown as we were only there for one night to see a St. Louis Cardinals baseball game. The buffet/cook to order breakfast the next day was good and afterwords we walked a public trail on a flood berm that runs behind the hotel.

I stay in a lot of Hiltons, and this one is subpar. The lobby was nice, but the hallways were dirty, and the furniture was very worn in our room (125). The bed was very uncomfortable and worn out with a huge sag in the middle. The bed is one of those adjustable ones with a gauge on the side of the bed that controls each half, but it did not work well. Not a good value for the cost, rooms were average, breakfast too expensive for cost of room, room was not freshened during our stay. Location to highway was good though. Staff was pleasant, but again the cost did not equal the value received. AC did not seem to be working, first room was musty smelling.

We came to St Louis for a business function and a bit of fun when work was done. St Louis had just had a large storm and 100,000 people were without power for a couple of days so it was tough finding a place to stay. Normally we like Hampton Inns but they were all full. Stayed here one night when I was in town for a meeting. Arrived at the hotel at 9pm. Check in was friendly and easy. Room was on first floor and a little chilly when walking in but it was still 92 degrees outside so it made sense. It could have been better. so happen the quality didn't match up to the past. I know it was hot week with temp. being extremely hot but no excuse for some of the customer service in the lobby. The staff may have had some rowdy or excited kids staying there. Some of the residents could have been upset with the kids running down the halls too. With security around they stop a lot of the horse play in the halls.

I would actually rate below average. Our room smelled like urine, I feel getting into the slick tub. There weren't any non-stop things in the bottom. Hot tub not working, the pool needed cleaned or chemical checked. Think it needed a good shock and also very dangerous slip tiles around the pool. Breakfast was cold. They have a great set up and food selection but none of the food was hot/warm. Staff In all area were very kind.

As hotels go, this one is average. Nothing really bad, but nothing really great. The amenities are about what one would expect out of a motel. As with most chains in America, we have lost the real hotels and settle with motels. OK, for business travel. If I were to travel to Chesterfield for pleasure, I would look for a better hotel.

This hotel property is on pretty landscaped grounds and located near a lot of restaurant chains and retail places. I chose it because it was close to the highway, close to the outlet malls and a reasonable price. Reserved a king suite and when I arrived after check out time they said my suite wouldn't be ready until later that night so they had me switch to a regular king room. Room smelt a little like cigarettes but other than that stay was okay. Hotel staff was very friendly and pool was nice and clean.

Nice and clean hotel. Great place for softball teams to stay with a close location to Chesterfield Athletic Complex. Very easy to access and you don't have to get back on the highway to get to your games. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.

We were in town for a few days and got a decent rate on this property. It is clean and close to lots of outlets, a mall, and any restaurant you would like. Also, a sky zone for the kids in five minutes away. At ten bucks, breakfast is a little steep for a family, but not complaining because again, tons of nearby eateries. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are nice enough. Have microwave, fridge, and Keurig. Get the right rate at the right site and you will be pleased.

This was our second Hilton Garden Inn in two nights on the road. Overall, we prefer the Hampton Inns, which seem newer and fresher, but we've usually found the HGI experience good enough. Our double-bed room in this HGI was okay overall. Liked the very long counter, with room to get all our stuff off the floor. I stayed at this hotel as it was hosting a seminar I was attending. Ellen at the front desk, was great and very helpful. I got to my room and started to place a bag on a countertop when I noticed the decorative spots on the countertop were moving. Upon closer examination, I realized the "spots" were ants. We wouldn't say the hotel is bad but it is definitely not up to date. We didn't like the tempur pedic/ air hybrid mattress. It was too soft and would not get stiffer. Not a nice hotel for money. The only reason we stayed here was because we waited too long to get a room and most were sold out.

The breakfast was under 12 eat for free. So amazing. We may go out there just to enjoy breakfast at that price. I can't say enough about it. The beds were firmer than I like but I think they were memory foam cause of the dent left behind. It was ok, but for the money I think we should have gotten a little more.

Our son goes to Washington University in St. Louis. The school is about 15 miles away. There are tons of hotels closer to campus and we have stayed at some of them. We keep going back to the Hilton Garden Inn Chesterfield even though it is a bit of a drive. The hotel is wonderful and the people who work there even better. We will miss the place once our son graduates :((

Hotel was located in the perfect place for the 10k Pumpkin run and access to visit St. Louis attractions. There were many restaurants and shopping located nearby also. The location has so many positives.

The first thing in the room is the Hilton Satisfaction Promise but don't expect them to follow that! Front door doesn't shut automatically and bathroom door squeaks really loud. Don't bring a cell phone because there is no service and they give you I can't believe it when you mention it to them. I guess the GM thinks I am stupid. Don't stay here! There are much better places in Chesterfield for the money they charge.

We were in town for friends holiday party. Chose this location for convenience, comfort, and amenities. The staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable providing a great nights sleep. They had hot coffee, cold water, and great cookies. Recommended to those traveling to the area.

We returned to the St Louis area (my hometown) for a wedding, and chose the Hilton Garden Inn because it was convenient for not only the wedding venue, but my sister's home. I have only two complaints about the facility. First, the entrance doors need to be automatic! My husband dropped me off with our luggage to check in, and went to buy something at the nearby mall. I use this hotel frequently when staying in Chesterfield. It's in "the valley" and has lots of non-chain and chain restaurants nearby. Perfectly easy to access hwy 40. Clean and friendly. Exercise room is minimal. No weights unless you count medicine balls up to 8#. One bike and 3 treadmills. Only flaw. select a room in back as the front of the hotel will have road noise.
