My family stayed there when a family member passed away. When they learned we would not have a chance to eat on the day of the funeral because of schedule and travel, they packed lunches for our family to take with us. SO KIND!

We were able to get one of the last rooms for our visit to the Blue Angels Airshow, at the Hampton Inn Chesterfield off of Swingley Ridge Road. We were afforded an 8am check-in, which is almost unheard of, but we were fully accommodated. It allowed us to go to the Airshow when it opened at 9am. We stayed here for a high school graduation as the Hampton was close to our event. Every member of the staff was extremly friendly and courteous. The rooms are showing some wear but were very clean and beds are super comfy! The breakfast is ample and cheerfully maintained. The breakfast area seating is not as comfortable as some hotels. Did not use the pool or exercise room as this was a quick trip.

The staff here are very helpful. You will like the clean rooms and pool. The rooms could use better lighting in my opinion, but other than that it was a great stay. Looking forward to returning here next time.

originally booked the doubletree on swingley ridge only to arrive there and find out im at the swingley ridge hampton toilet didn't flush lousy water pressure the internet is terrible when called to the front desk was told "your the only one complaining" OK good to know there must be many complaints before action

The front desk personal were friendly and personable.My room was clean, the bed comfortable and the linens fresh, as I would expect with Hampton..Breakfast was tasty, fresh fruit,eggs and sliced ring sausage in addition to the standard..Would stay here again.

We were looking for a cat friendly hotel and realized there aren't too many, especially ones that are nice. This hotel not only allowed cats but didn't charge us extra. Rooms were really nice and breakfast was awesome!

My girls and I stayed here one night with our dog, and it was wonderful! They were very accommodating and the staff is super friendly. The breakfast is one of the many reasons we continue to stay at Hampton Inns. We love it! We enjoyed swimming in the quiet pool until it closed at midnight. This is our second stay and we will return! Thank you!

Stayed one night driving to and from New Orleans to Minnesota. Compared to Drury Hotels this hotel is comparable in appearance and accommodations. Convenient location off highway. Noisy A/C unit I had to turn it off to sleep. Price was a little high compared to the overall quality of the property. I left before 6 AM so no idea about the breakfast but I'm sure it was the standard "free breakfast" in that class of hotel.

Nice, clean, great quality hotel. We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely here again. The location was great and the bed was very comfortable! The only thing I wish could have been different would have been cleaner carpet. It felt a little sticky but I would certainly recommend it to anyone bc everything else was perfect.

I always stay at this Hampton Inn with or without my dogs. They are very friendly and welcoming to my dogs. Last time I didn't have my dogs with me and I stayed here as well. It is located close to anywhere we want to go. It's my home away from home when I'm in St. Louis.

Nice, clean hotel hidden off the beaten path but near everything. Traveling with my granddaughter (4) we went to the mall for dinner at the Cheesecake Factory and back for her to take a whirlpool bath. Ate complementary breakfast and took a swim in the indoor pool. Everything that we experienced in the hotel was excellent from the front desk to housekeeping. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely remember this Hampton Inn.

Someone pooped in the pool...seriously, they pooped in the pool. Also had a problem phoning the front desk when another guest decided to get drunk and yell for a half hour at 1 am. Breakfast was really good.

Thanks for a comfortable, quiet room. Shower could have better control, but all in all, a good rest and breakfast. Front desk man immediately contacted maintenance personnel to look into what I thought needed attention. Good service.

Strong sewer gas odor in room. We attempted to eliminate the odor by running water down the drain in the shower but that did not help. We were very tired so did not call hotel management to change rooms.

We visited the area because of a family reunion and chose this Hampton Inn because of the location and affordability. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly. I would stay here again when in the area.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of offer and was well stocked. A/C unit was a little noisy but it worked well. Easy access to the highway and to the local mall. Drawback was the noisy dog across the hall.

Bathroom was nice but looked old. Wood was scratched but could have easily been fixed with a good polish... Outside of shower could have been cleaned better. No towels at poolside and had to ask for the towels

Room was clean, the staff were some of the best hotel staff I've encountered, and the pool area was nice and clean. It was an excellent stay. I travel a lot and stayed in a lot of hotels and this hotel was one of my better experiences.

Great place to stay with a family. We stayed for 3 nights and the staff was very friendly. We stayed with an entire youth baseball team. They really went out of there way to make us feel at home. The breakfast was outstanding. I loved the waffles every morning. The kids spent a lot of the down time in the pool. I would recommend coming back again.

First impression of the property - Pepto-Bismol colored stucco building. I said "Wow i hope the inside of the building looks better than the outside".. Every employee at the Chesterfield Hampton Inn greeted me and asked me how my stay was going. Every one of them. I was so impressed. When I checked in the two employees at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. I do like this motel and have reservations to stay here when I return in August.

The breakfast was great. Clean rooms. Comfortable stay. We had a trailer and wasn't able to park very good at this particular location. Other Hampton Inns have better parking facilities. This location is quiet.

As always, I love Hampton Inn Hotels, as they are always clean, breakfast has a good variety and beds are wonderful. This Hampton Inn was all of those things. The only negative thing I can say is I was disappointed they did not have a hot tub to get in after my morning aquatic exercises. I have stayed at this particular hotel before and I do find it harder to get to than most. That is if you use google map.

This hotel is pet friendly at no cost. We had a first floor room that was perfect. Fridge, large bathroom all updated with a very comfortable king size bed. The staff was very friendly and welcome pets at no cost. We stayed with my little dog and felt very comfortable. The room smelled nice and was very clean, without stains on carpet or furniture. We booked the room based on positive reviews. We got to the hotel at 8:00 p.m. with 3 very tired little boys all under the age of 10. Only to find the combining suite and room bathroom had blood splatter on the bathroom wall and the sliding door mirror to the closest. Our two rooms for three nights were very satisfactory. As usual, the Hampton staff were pleasant and helpful. The two roll-away beds requested ahead of time were in the rooms and the rooms were close together. I have never been disappointed on having a quiet stay at Hampton and I was not disappointed. The breakfast selection could have used an upgrade on the hot items, but it was satisfactory, although the seating space is limited.

This is a no smoking hotel and there were no designated smoking areas that I saw but there was an ash tray built into the trash can. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. The room was clean and spacious. The only problem was the shower was next to impossible to get a good temperature that wasn't too hot or cold. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. The bathroom was extremely outdated. The pictures we saw online did not match up with the room we got in that regard. It was pretty disappointing. Also, the bed sheets seemed almost damp. I would say it had something to do with the airconditioning.

The entire staff was excellent, friendly and completely delighted the customers. One of the best experiences we have had with an extended stay. The staff was just great and we can't say enough great things about each staff member from the front desk, to the laundry/cleaning staff and the kitchen/breakfast -- was a fantastic experience!

Hamptons have always been for the most part good experiences, but in this case there was a large pothole entering the back of the complex that caused me to have a tire blowout. The General Manager was not very helpful, basically said it was the city's problem and not their problem. Did use the 100% Hampton guarantee to get out of the room charges. Overall, the hotel was fine, but the room smelled damp and internet service was poor. Will probably not stay at this hotel again.

Employees were very friendly & very helpful. Room was clean enough, but there was a horrible musty smell coming from the bathroom that I believe was from the vent. Internet connection was horrible... Kept disconnecting and when I was connected, barely had service. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection was blah.

The air conditioning does not remove the humidty. The bath tub soap dish had mold on it. The wifi was intermittent. I do not recommend staying here, especially if you have allergies or need to get Internet business done.

Stayed at this hotel many times while in Chesterfield. Always clean with good options for breakfast. The beds are very comfortable and quiet. Nice pool and fitness center. For my purposes the location is excellent

We came here because it was in a good location from everything we wanted to do while staying in St. Louis. The rooms were older but clean and the breakfast was very good even though they did not serve any sort of meat item. Only eggs and potato's for the hot portion. The pool was not very clean and it was cold.

Located just off I-64, outside St. Louis, Missouri. Clean, quiet, friendly. The hotel provides a warm breakfast with great coffee. Dog friendly, too. The entire staff was attentive. We have to do a special thank you to Courtney at the front desk. She greeted the tired travelers and helped us locate the restaurant that would deliver to the hotel. We have stayed in this hotel several times. The staff is great and the breakfast was delicious. Great coffee! we have found sometimes the Hampton inn beds aren't as comfortable as the Garden Hilton beds.

At this location the People were friendly and helpful. The hotel was located in a good area of town near stores, restaurants and outlets if you wanted to go shopping. The facilities were clean. they offer free breakfast and internet service. over all we were happy with our choice.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Checked in at 9 am. The room was spotless. Love the fact that it is pet friendly and that pets stay free. Comfortable bed and more than enough room for me, my husband and our little dog. Although close to the highway the noise doesn't affect sleep. Wifi is free although unsecured, and your stay includes a free breakfast.

Took short family vacation to St Louis for Fright Night and downtown visit. This hotel is off the beaten path and in a great location. The hotel itself is very well kept and clean. Staff is really friendly, the room was very clean, and YES they allow pets. The information for the digital check-in was my only problem, due to it not being correct we had to have a bed visitor. Wasnt happy about it but all other hotels were full due to Presidential debate.

We arrived after 7pm and the lady working st the desk was amazing and bent over backwards to help us. She gave us menus to look at and recommended places to eat and that would deliver. The only complaint that I could possibly have is that there was not enough room in the breakfast area.

Chesterfield Hampton Inn is conveniently located just off the freeway with good restaurants nearby. Room is good value and I used some Hilton points for this stay. I always like having breakfast in the morning but I think the quality could be better.

This is a very clean and friendly hotel. The free breakfast was great and you can save a lot of money in not having to go out and find a breakfast. The children will love playing in the pool. We found this to jbe very quiet and did not hear other rooms or people walking in the halls. The rooms are pretty sound proof.

The hotel offered a cold pool that was supposed to be heated. The room was dirty. The breakfast bar was mediocre. There was no white noise to cover the noise of the adjoining room. The staff were sorry we missed a night of sleep but moved us to one of the most inconvenient places in the hotel instead of making the noise makers leave. Was checked into a room clear on opposite side 2nd floor to get up there with my mother and luggage and neither key card would work, so went clear back to front desk to have her move us to a complete different room on end hall first floor so had to go back 2nd floor get luggage and mother and go different room all on a bad knee which us why I was staying there for surgery next am, little irritating
