Water pressure was horrible. It literally took 45 minutes to fill the bathtub. Internet service was slow the first night we were there and after that it was non-existent. No milk at breakfast.

It was horrible. I booked online. I live in Dayton, Oh. Drive to St. Louis, MO got to the hotel at 8pm. To be told they had no reservation for me. Had to ride around with my kids at night looking for some where to sleep. Also called the reservation line and was told NO RESERVATION for me.Got up the next morning to find a hold on my bank account for $144.72 that Super8 was holding. Call the reservation line again to be told I had to wait on a manager to release my money. On Monday 3-15 still no c... Read more

I travel for work and we have to use certain hotels. Given distance I had to stay at this location 3 times in the last few weeks. My first stay was so-so not a great hotel but it worked for a place to sleep. The second stay was a bit worse the TV didn't get loud enough to hear and the room had a fun smell. Then on check out the clerk was sleeping at the front desk, when I roused him he argued with me that a copy of my registration sheet was a receipt and refused to print out an actual folio ... First, the good. The staff at the hotel was great--very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that. The bad, though. I've had good luck overall with Super 8s, but this one was just kind of, well, skuzzy I guess--the carpets were dingy, the lobby was dingy, and overall it just seemed run-down.

I was stuck in St. Louis and my Wyndham Rewards found this hotel near the airport. I was one of the few who was lucky enough to find a room. The desk clerk changed my room to a larger nonsmoking one when I arrived and was very helpful when I asked for dining advice. The morning person called me a taxi. The room was clean, but a bit worn. I believe they were renovating. Breakfast was adequate.

Our room was pretty clean - everything is kind of old. Had a block of rooms for a family reunion. Some rooms had a fridge (nothing else), some a microwave (nothing else) - ours had neither. Overall, motel is older and kind of run down. We chose it because it was centrally located to activities and not very expensive. If you just need a bed, shower and air conditioning (it IS June in St Louis - hot and humid) and you don't want to pay a lot, then this is fine. I was not terribly unhappy with it f... Read more

The first room we were given had ants, the phone didn't work and no microwave. The second room had a microwave and a working phone, but the TV was an old tube type and had lines across the screen. They only give you two pillows per bed and the pillows are half the size of a standard pillow. The breakfast was terrible. They had bad store bought donuts. They had bread for toast but only one side of the 4 slice toaster worked and it only worked if you slammed down the handle. The only good thing was... Read more

Room was small, very old and worn out furniture, carpet badly stained and burnt full of holes, bed was stained and lop-sided, wi-fi did not work, no HBO although it advertises it, no elevator...overall it was a major dump and totally disgusting. Planned to stay 4 days but checked out after one night and went elsewhere. I wouldn't let my dog stay here.

The hotel was in poor maintenance condition. There were a lot of boxes of sheetrock in the hall so hopefully they are going to improve the quality of the hotel. Could not get access to internet, was such a long day and needed to sleep so just gave up but there was a lot of noisy people in then hallway all through the overnight so sleep was poor. Max at check-in was bright part of stay, very good customer service.

Never go here with a family, there is a 24 hour waffle house in front and people living in what appears to be an abandoned hotel just north of the property. People milling about 24 hours a day and alot of noise and not a good section of town. Hotel itself is OK and in process of being remodeled, but not in the best shape. Coffee cups are taken away yet the coffee thermoses are still around, got hollered at for having coffee past breakfast.

Flight canceled, closest place with an open room. Got there st 9 pm left at 4 am so can only review the room. Walked into 117 and the musty smell was overpowering. Had no choice but to stay. Room was c lean though and beds were clean and bedbug free. Maybe other rooms did not have the odor?. Front desk agent friendly enough.

We booked 1 room with 4 adults (all women). When we checked into our room we discovered there were only 3 little bath towels, and 4 tiny pillows on our bed. We requested more of each, as this was not going to work. We were given one more small bath towel and told Laundry was closed and they couldn't do anything more than that.

We have been using this hotel a few times a year for several years. Recently, we realized that the surrounding area is becoming more and more questionable in regard to appearance and safety. We have had no problems but just feel a little less safe. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are acceptable. Use the front or east entrance--the west entrance had smelly trash right by the door on two separate stays and felt down-right CREEPY!

The Room that were bug, comfortable and big. The television was very big and the bathroom was very clean. The only problem that I had was the condition of the stairway was dirty with trash bags and had a odor. We were not given the WiFi code was given to us, but we were very exhausted and did not ask for it. You had to walk upstairs 3 flights because of the lack of an elevator. I appreciated the staff that assisted us and we received prompt services upon arrival. Overall our stay was pleasing. W... Read more

Rooms were accessible only through the inside and the management offered no luggage cart. This made carrying numerous pieces of luggage a real pain in the tuchus. Doors were all very tough to open or hold open. Their springs were pretty strong. When trying to open with bags in hand, I got slammed more than once. Once in the room, things were fine. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was fine.

There was NO hot water and although we ask for a smoke free room, they were smoking in the lobby. The whole first floor was consumed with smoke. It's a low budget hotel and you get exactly what you pay for!! We stayed there because it was close to the activity we attended. Living in another state, of course we didn't know what kind of hotel it was. It's old but if you are on a budget, it will do in a pinch. The sheets were clean, furniture worn, bathroom clean but no hot water for a decen... Read more

The bed was comfortable, and the sheets and covers were clean. TV didn't work in the room. There was only one towel and that was it in the bathroom. Overall the hallways and stairwells looked rundown and dirty. There was a dried out bowl of cereal on the window ledge in the stairwell so it had been sitting there awhile, that housekeeping should have cleaned up.

First, the good: AM desk lady was helpful, kind, courteous. The bed was moderately comfortable. The TV screen was big. Now, The rest of the story: dingy, dirty, stale smoke smell--IN A NON-SMOKING room. Light switches, lamps, and chair were visibly dirty, so I was disgusted. The sheets were clean, but the coverlet was stale. This was our first stay at this Super 8 and we will never return here. We ignored the hallways being lined with what I assume to be mattress boxes on the way to our room, which was fairly close to the front desk. The mattress had an odor to it and was uncomfortable. What made our stay really bad was the occupants in the room across the hall from us were fighting what seemed to be all night long. Yelling at each other, cussing, slamming the door. It kept us awake. You could have heard them... Read more

It was totally worn out, smelled very badly, had stains everywhere on the carpet, walls, plumbing, etc. Ancient and poor quality plumbing fixtures. Had to be moved to a different room because wi-fi wasn't available in the first room. First room the entrance light didn't work. Breakfast was absolutely the worst. The room was cluttered. Too much furniture in the room for the size of the room. Internet was supposed to be secure and it wasn't or would not become secure. I've stayed at other hotels for just $10.00 more and got a lot more room and better quality of room and breakfast. Definitely not recommend this hotel.

We have never stayed in such a dirty, run down property. The carpets were literally black and our shoes stuck to them. There were three tiny tables for the "breakfast" and people had to stand in corners to eat. Items in the room were cracked and broken, and it was not well cleaned. I was relieved to see clean sheets and considered it a bonus. Keep driving!! Find someplace else.
