Used 30,000 points for a free night at what I expected to be a quality hotel. Very disappointed in the rundown condition of the majority of the property and especially the room. Our guest room was in very poor condition and unclean - holes in wall, sofa stained and worn out, and the bathroom toilet was disgusting.

Property is located outside the city, about a 15 minute drive. The evening reception had a nice variety of snacks, not your usual pretzels and chex mix. The staff was attentive. There is an onsite restaurant and a TGIF restaurant at the Crown Plaza next door.

I have stayed here twice. The first I had missing personal items (my very nice straightening iron disappeared). the second time the shower still had soap and hair in it from the last guest and the toilet was not clean. On top of that, I didn't have back up toilet paper and ran out. It took them over two hours to bring me up another roll. When bringing it up...the housekeeping staff had a sassy, sarcastic attitude. I will not give them a 3rd chance.

The hotel is pretty standard and served its purpose. The breakfast made to order cook is a delight. Staff are helpful. But this hotel is hard as hell to find and we had to loop back because of no signage directing us. More prominent signage would be an improvement.

Food was good, staff was friendly, building was clean and modern...but I had items stolen out of a bag I checked there over a weekend. As a business traveler, I often stay in a hotel Sun - Thur night, leave a bag with a few items at the hotel over the weekend, and then return to the hotel the next week on Sunday night. Everything was great for my first two weeks, but when I checked in Sunday night of week 3, the front desk agent was unable to find the bag that had been locked in a closet when I... Read more

This stay almost didn't happen. When my colleague and I arrived it was apparent that the hotel was overbooked. He was given an "upgrade" (he couldn't tell what that meant), and I spent 20 minutes hanging around at the front desk while the clerk tried to find me a room. I finally ended up with an accessible room on the first floor, next to the bar/lobby and across from the swimming pool. At that point I was thankful to have anything. Pros: The lobby and the rooms are very attractive, with ... Read more

It was clear the staff was not prepared for the number of guest over the Memorial Holiday weekend. A basic service, providing enough towels, was a difficult task for this hotel. One couldn't fine a place to park after 9:00pm, and there were no manger on duty after 7:00pm. This is an Embassy Suites! Management needs to improve the quality of service provided regardless if it's a holiday weekend.

I stayed for a1 night stay. Chose the hotel for its proximity to where i needed to be in town. Hotel was in close proximity to the airport also but no airplane noise. Used the digital checkin which was nice and efficient. My guest suite was large and modern. The bathroom was also spacious. Enjoyed the evening reception but had no time for the morning breakfast. The front desk seemed under staffed because the phone was always ringing while one person tried to do everything (storing lugga... Read more

Good: It was a reasonable distance from everywhere we wanted to go and right off the freeway. Most of the staff was very courteous; even the young men who brought extra blankets and toiletries were nice. The staff working the evening receptions were kind and patiently answered questions. The waterfall effect and the see-through elevator was cool. The bed was comfortable, though my husband thought it was too soft. I like the separate areas so we could have privacy at night, but also have shared s... Read more

Generally, this facility is falling short of the excellence of the past. - Over a four day stay, Housekeeping failed to replenish essential items like toilet tissue, shampoo, coffee & coffee cups. - Business center has only two PCs and one was consistently inoperative over a four day stay. - Some of the furnishings showing their wear.

My electronic receipt shows a billing for $11.71 for the lounge. I was never in the restaurant or lounge. I called Michelle the first day back to work, leaving a lengthy voice message. I have not had a reply yet. Will see the GM this afternoon as I have another stay there this week.

Although you have to pay attention turning into the hotel once we arrived everything was great. The front desk was very nice and accomodating when we wanted to change the type of room. The room was big and clean with a sleeper sofa. The food was excellent and the free drinks made it even better! Breakfast was crowded but the staff did a good job of cleaning the tables and keeping the buffet full. Love this hotel, we will come back everytime.

Very convenient to the airport, the Embassy Suites rooms are genuine suites with a separate living room and bedroom separated by a door, great for families with children or if one person wants to sleep while the other works. They're also spacious with a nice bathroom and mini sink and refrigerator in the living room, plus a Keurig machine. Breakfast is included and it goes far beyond typical hotel offerings with cooked to order omelettes and a generous buffet of hot breakfast selections. Free Wi... Read more

Worst Embassy experience ever. Hotel was not well maintained. The room had spots on the wall (dirt/fluids), bed was not comfortable, pillows were extremely small like cheap throw pillows, the blanket on the bed was cheap and incredibly thin. When housekeeping came the next day they did not restock any supplies. Breakfast had the bare minimum (continental style) and the grill station didn't have any items (pancakes/french toast/etc) and one day no one was manning it for omelets.

We scheduled to meet at this hotel our daughter and granddaughter for three days. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights beginning on Saturday. Published check-in is 3PM. My wife and I arrived at 2:50 pm and without apology was told it would be about a 45 minute wait. Since I had pre-booked our rooms from the website a few days earlier, I took this delay in stride since we wanted our two rooms in close proximity. We often stay at Embassy Suites because we have a family of 6 and can count on a clean and well maintained hotel for the price you pay. Well not this time. While the young man and lady at the front desk were very kind helpful that was far from there case for the man from hospitality. Before arriving I had called and asked for 6 towels and ample toiletries. When we got to our room we didn't have either. I called and ask for them to be sent up. I was in St Louis for the July 4 weekend and found this hotel online for a good price. I've stayed in plenty of Embassy suites locations around the country and this one by far was the worst. The only good thing that I can say was that the Staff here was very helpful and at least tried to make it a nice stay. The check in process was smooth and quick, and crew down stairs did a great job serving breakfast, however these were the best things about the stay. The room was small, very dark no matter ... We expected more for the amount we paid, but this was very disappointing. The pool was too cold to swim in and the water was very cloudy. The hot tub was too hot and had too much chlorine. The only snacks available were in the "gift shop" and there was a very small selection. No vending machines with food were available. The breakfast was buffet style or made to order. I had a quick overnight trip to St. Louis and stayed for the first time at the Embassy Suites property near the airport. This was a nice hotel in a good area near restaurants, a grocery store and other stores. The weekend we stayed there was a big family reunion happening. This did make it difficult to experience the amenities of this hotel. The common areas were packed all the time, and and it was loud well into the night. The hotel staff tried to keep up with the demands of such a large crowd and help other guests, but they struggled to keep up. it was a nice hotel, and I would consider staying here again.

Came for the weekend to take in a Cardinals game and this is definitely an older Embassy Suites as it only goes to 6 floors. Extremely warm in lobby and hallways; A/C apparently not working.
