Used 30,000 points for a free night at what I expected to be a quality hotel. Very disappointed in the rundown condition of the majority of the property and especially the room. Our guest room was in very poor condition and unclean - holes in wall, sofa stained and worn out, and the bathroom toilet was disgusting.

Property is located outside the city, about a 15 minute drive. The evening reception had a nice variety of snacks, not your usual pretzels and chex mix. The staff was attentive. There is an onsite restaurant and a TGIF restaurant at the Crown Plaza next door.

I have stayed here twice. The first I had missing personal items (my very nice straightening iron disappeared). the second time the shower still had soap and hair in it from the last guest and the toilet was not clean. On top of that, I didn't have back up toilet paper and ran out. It took them over two hours to bring me up another roll. When bringing it up...the housekeeping staff had a sassy, sarcastic attitude. I will not give them a 3rd chance.

The hotel is pretty standard and served its purpose. The breakfast made to order cook is a delight. Staff are helpful. But this hotel is hard as hell to find and we had to loop back because of no signage directing us. More prominent signage would be an improvement.

Food was good, staff was friendly, building was clean and modern...but I had items stolen out of a bag I checked there over a weekend. As a business traveler, I often stay in a hotel Sun - Thur night, leave a bag with a few items at the hotel over the weekend, and then return to the hotel the next week on Sunday night. Everything was great for my first two weeks, but when I checked in Sunday night of week 3, the front desk agent was unable to find the bag that had been locked in a closet when I... Read more

This stay almost didn't happen. When my colleague and I arrived it was apparent that the hotel was overbooked. He was given an "upgrade" (he couldn't tell what that meant), and I spent 20 minutes hanging around at the front desk while the clerk tried to find me a room. I finally ended up with an accessible room on the first floor, next to the bar/lobby and across from the swimming pool. At that point I was thankful to have anything. Pros: The lobby and the rooms are very attractive, with ... Read more

It was clear the staff was not prepared for the number of guest over the Memorial Holiday weekend. A basic service, providing enough towels, was a difficult task for this hotel. One couldn't fine a place to park after 9:00pm, and there were no manger on duty after 7:00pm. This is an Embassy Suites! Management needs to improve the quality of service provided regardless if it's a holiday weekend.

Used the digital checkin which was nice and efficient. My guest suite was large and modern. The bathroom was also spacious. Enjoyed the evening reception but had no time for the morning breakfast. Good: It was a reasonable distance from everywhere we wanted to go and right off the freeway. Most of the staff was very courteous; even the young men who brought extra blankets and toiletries were nice. The staff working the evening receptions were kind and patiently answered questions. The waterfall effect and the see-through elevator was cool. The bed was comfortable, though my husband thought it was too soft. Although you have to pay attention turning into the hotel once we arrived everything was great. The front desk was very nice and accomodating when we wanted to change the type of room. The room was big and clean with a sleeper sofa. The food was excellent and the free drinks made it even better! Breakfast was crowded but the staff did a good job of cleaning the tables and keeping the buffet full. Love this hotel, we will come back everytime.

Very convenient to the airport, the Embassy Suites rooms are genuine suites with a separate living room and bedroom separated by a door, great for families with children or if one person wants to sleep while the other works. They're also spacious with a nice bathroom and mini sink and refrigerator in the living room, plus a Keurig machine. Breakfast is included and it goes far beyond typical hotel offerings with cooked to order omelettes and a generous buffet of hot breakfast selections. Free Wi... Read more

Worst Embassy experience ever. Hotel was not well maintained. The room had spots on the wall (dirt/fluids), bed was not comfortable, pillows were extremely small like cheap throw pillows, the blanket on the bed was cheap and incredibly thin. When housekeeping came the next day they did not restock any supplies. Breakfast had the bare minimum (continental style) and the grill station didn't have any items (pancakes/french toast/etc) and one day no one was manning it for omelets.

Staff was rude, room was not ready until an hour after our arrival. We were offered nothing during the hour we waited. Did not even receive the room that we requested on digital check in. Staff did not apologize or give explanation for the wait. A family checked in after us and they were given their room within minutes. Two other families that we know of experienced the same delay and treatment we did.

The hotel was beautiful, but the current clientele wasn't. I watched a loud woman holler "where's the bathroom" as I walked out to get my bags, she followed me out the door, then went into the bushes beside the door, I glanced over as she dropped her dress baring her breasts and peed right there!
