We booked this for our family trip last summer and it was perfect for our family. We were traveling with my mother and 3 children 3, 8 and 11. We chose the 3 bedroom suite with complete kitchen. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax and we utilized the kitchen a lot. The pools were good for the kids to cool off in. We had quite a bit of rain while we were visiting Branson and so we did use the indoor pool and a employee was kind enough to give us a ride on a golf cart.

This place is great. We stayed 3 nights and plan to return. Loved the play area and rec center for the kids. Having a washer and dryer and dishwasher were great. We had a rock waterfall out our back door...was very relaxing. All of the staff was very helpful and always greeted us. Great location..close to everything and even close to a grocery store.

It was over 1 year since I visited this site and they have made new improvements since then. The improvements of their outside landscaping and furniture only enhance your stay. The onsite activities have increased in cost but then everything cost more to do each year. The staff as always strive to please and go out of their way to ensure you have a great visit. This is one site you will want to visit and if you have children or grand children they will be thrilled staying there.

The property was well kept on the outside and was in a great location. The dining room chairs needed upgraded. They were very narrow and were not comfortable to sit in while eating or playing games. The kitchen had ants everywhere. We had to go buy ant traps to lay out on the kitchen counter and cabinets. That did not slow them down they were everywhere. One of the TV's in the second bedroom would not work. Overall not a great place to stay for the money.

It was a nice little room... It was big enough for my family of five. It had a fridge, electric cook stove and washer/dryer combo. Everything you would need for a weekend getaway. It also had a pullout sofa bed which was not bad. That is where my son and I slept. Wyndham has these stocked with all utensils you would need for a weekend getaway.

Rented 4 units for a family reunion. 2 one bedroom units and 2 two bedroom condos. All were very nice. One of the 2 bedroom condos was where the entire family spent most of the time and it as well as the others was well equipped and was comfortable for 8 adults and 5 kids to hang out with out feeling crowded. We played a lot of family games and cooked a lot of meals while there and the adults as well as the kids loved it.

I was traveling with a group of 13 people and we arrived at the The Meadows before check-in time. The staff did it's utmost to provide us with the rooms as quickly as possible. Once in the room it exceeded our expectations. It was home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped, rooms were spacious and very clean. The place looks like new, very well maintained. The children enjoyed themselves at the pool and the recreation area. The surrounding of the area is very quite. The price you pay is ... Read more

We always stay here when we go to Branson. Only problem is AFVC now only offers a one bedroom instead of a one bedroom deluxe. No balcony, much smaller, big difference. Our room was dirty, especially the carpet in the bedroom. We still like the resort, but thinking of trying other places too.

This property is very beautiful, the staff I came in contact with was friendly except for the ones trying to sell you a timeshare. The room phone rang everyday trying to get us to sign up to listen to them. The people upstairs had very rowdy young kids that were always on go at all hours( not the properties fault ). I would stay there again.
