Once I finally found it, everything was fine. I booked with travelocity and they did not mention which property owned the place. I had a good idea of where it should be but nowhere did I find a sign that said the Townhouse. Google maps took me to an empty parking lot. It took 3 phone calls to get a person actually on the property to help me. Still never did see a sign with Townhouse on it. I reserved a studio. It is actually a back bedroom of a townhouse condo. I did have a private entrance with... Read more

If you reserve a room here, be sure to know where to go to check in. I thought I'd had that taken care of by calling a week early to get the exact check-in address, but that didn't do the trick (that place closed at 4 and we had to go to two other locations before we could get settled in). So talk to Owner Services first! Once in, we found the unit to be large, clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed for a week's activities in Branson. I'd definitely go back.

Stayed in a Queen room with a microwave and dorm size fridge. There was a high top table with 2 chairs, no other chairs for comfort. The room was clean and nicely decorated with nice furniture. The shower/tub combo was a deep Jacuzzi type tub with no safety rails, and was slippery. This could be a problem for seniors. The towels are large and fluffy. This unit is part of a larger condo that is separated by a double door. Since the walls are paper thin, you can hear every word coming from the... Read more

Loved the location. Layout of the townhouse was very accommodating. Have stayed at these 3 times. Very disappointed in how long the check in took. Had to change our room 3 times before we finally settled in. Very disappointed in how dirty the carpet was. Our feet were black!! Also in need of some updating. The deck on the back is peeling and has loose boards. Overall disappointed and won't be back :(
