We have stayed at this hotel before. This hotel is a little older and dated, but it is clean and has modern amenities. The front desk staff is very nice and cordial. I love Front Desk Clerk's thick European accent. Would stay again. We did not partake the free breakfast this trip or swim in the pool. The breakfast area and pool were both clean and tidy. This is a non smoking hotel (as most are nowadays), but I could detect a slight odor of cigarettes (which I am sure from days gone by and absorb... Read more

This hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very nice. Very clean, okay breakfast, nice pool and easy to get to. Rooms were very dated, but if you're going to Branson, you aren't going to just sit in the room!!

Staff was very friendly. Very clean rooms. Not much noise was very quiet. It has been one of the cleanest rooms that we have been in in a long time. Will highly recommend this place. Yes it asks you to reuse your towls but that's your option. Doors are inside so I felt super safe.

I booked this hotel ahead of time for two days the overall total was $150. However, once we got there and checked they said it was zero balance. They said that the price got kicked out due to they was booked up from my understanding. So they lady said she give a call on the total. She said the new room price was $218. We was upset, but never rude. She said we can pay it or just leave. So we called around to and everybody was booked. So we was going to leave to go to Springfield. Furthermore, we ... Read more

Unfortunately, we waited too long to book a Friday night, so our options were limited. This hotel is definitely not a place we would usually stay. It is older (think actual room keys), and the room needed updating. The window had a huge crack and there were holes in the blankets. The TV seemed new, but that was it. The continental breakfast had odd choices to me. They had styrofoam cups to microwave with gravy and kiwi strawberry juice to drink rather than the typical apple. Still, the cinnamon ... Read more

The is a no frills hotel which will fit your needs if you are looking for a place to sleep and shower. The picture on the website looks a lot better than in real life. Looks nothing like their image on Facebook. The staff was very nice. The highlight was the cinnamon rolls each morning!

The staff was above and beyond, sadly, that was the best part of staying there. Our room smelled really musty, as if it had been wet and not dried out good. The beds were ok, my pillow was the worst while my husband and daughter said theirs was great. They were different when we compared them. The parking is a bit of a mess and while it was clean, it was not spotless. Would I stay again, yes, if there were no other rooms but, they would not be my first choice.

I got a great rate on this hotel through hotwire and was very well pleased! The bed was comfortable. The A/C and TV worked great! The shower was average. Great breakfast! Friendly staff! Great location! Good hotel for a good price!

Room was really nice and clean. Had plenty of room to move around in the King size room. Shower was a little tight. Shower curtain was really long so it was hard to keep from stepping on it while showering. Would have been better if shower had a curved rod on it. Would have given more room. Friendly staff at the front desk. Would recommends staying if you are looking for a place to stay.

We stayed her for 3 days and 2 nights. Room was okay but bathroom was very small and no safety bars to hold onto when getting into tub. Not the complimentary breakfast we expected for the price we paid for the room. The staff was very nice.

Website said they have a full breakfast. I would call it a continental breakfast. You can find you something to eat but if you are looking for eggs, bacon, sausage and hash browns they are not on this free breakfast menu. There were eggs but they were boiled. Room temperature biscuits. Cups of gravy that you can heat up along with your biscuit. They do have cereal, cinnamon rolls, etc. eating area was small and very crowded.

We had a king bed room, and it was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had make-your-own waffles, hard-boiled eggs, lite yogurt, and an assortment of breads, including french toast for the toaster. Iced cinnamon buns were served daily. Juice and canned fruit were available. Coffee and decaf were served, with powdered creamer. Food service area was tight, esp. w/two bus groups jockeying for food and tables, when both had similar departure schedules. The breakfast room was kept clean, wi... Read more

The rate was too much for this older (clean) hotel. The breakfast area is clean, now nice tables & chairs, a good variety of items (boiled eggs, biscuits & gravy, fruit, cereal, etc). Steps to go from the lobby to the elevator was a problem. The alternative was to get off elevator, go out side door, around to front and into lobby & breakfast area. At no time was a handicap parking space available. The parking is on a hill. One night we got back to the hotel after a show and had to park on the s... Read more

We read plenty of reviews on here and knew before booking that the hotel was dated. With that in mind, it was still very comfortable and welcoming! The lobby and breakfast areas were very clean and the staff was great! Very friendly! We had a double queen room, dated a bit but we didn't mind. The beds were very comfortable, ac/heater worked great (yes with this crazy November weather, we had to use both haha), and the water pressure was great. The shower head was a bit low for my hubby who i... Read more

We stay here every year in the late fall early winter. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. They have a gorgeous Christmas tree great for pictures. It is right off the main drag, so it's easily to get any where quickly! They offer a free breakfast, staff is very friendly!
