We stayed for 3 nights and everything was well. Room was clean and they actually upgraded us to new beds! The beds were big and comfy, But they really need flat screens, My husband and I giggled when we saw the old gigantic box tvs. The breakfast In the mornings was great, but sadly no healthy choices like yogurt and fresh fruit. Plus was that it was quiet and so we were able to enjoy our week off

The rooms where absolutely disgusting, look like dog hair all over the bed and carpet, there was a hole in the wall, pillow case had stains and dirt on them as well as the comforter. The final straw for us was when I started getting bit by something only after being in the room for an hour. So we just decided to leave. We took pictures of everything that was wrong and showed the clerk at the desk he had me email them to him, tried calling the hotel the next day and they answer the phone then imm... Read more

Came down to Branson for business. Got a great rate for the Room and was more than expected. Had all the amenities with a fridge, microwave, and a safe. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good in the mornings and the staff was exceptional. Internet worked well too.

I called about a room after seeing the price on hotels.com. I got just what I wanted for our family of 4 and the online price of $55/night. Clean and quiet. Just off the main strip but the quiet of more seclusion. One of the first times that a hotel room already had 4 towels in it and we didn't have to go get one from the front desk. Breakfast was exceptional--eggs, fruit, etc. We stayed for 2 nights and will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Branson.

The room was good, the beds great, nice & quiet. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, cable, nice clean pool, wi-fi, free breakfast and very friendly staff. The place is very well kept and an excellent value. If it had a hot tub I'd give it a rating of 5.

The rooms were very clean. Very quiet, couldn't even tell others were staying. Pool was also very nice, my kids loved it. Wifi was sketchy, but we stayed on the far end of the hotel. Pretty easy to go places from this location. Definitely take advantage of the colored or side streets. Overall it was really nice, especially for the price.

The Lodge at the Falls in conveniently located near the middle of the famous 76 strip. It has a wonderful hot breakfast, a large pool and is most reasonably priced. It's ideal for a family or couple on a budget.

Book this hotel based on previous reviews of other patrons. When we arrived the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful about where to eat and what attractions to visit. however when I walked in I notice the lobby had a cheap motel feel; however I hope the room would be better. The room was a double queen room; and there were white comforters and brown bed blanket thing drape across; both had unknown stains (white comforter had a dried red stains or something on the top and underneath, the brow... Our room was nothing like the pictures. It was very outdated and dark. The beds were clean and comfy but our room was not cleaned very well because we found a sausage link on the floor under the table. They need to update the downstairs handicapped accessible room.

For a budget hotel, this place was clean and comfortable with great amenities. In the center of the complex there was a nice outdoor pool. Each morning there was a complimentary breakfast and the hotel was in a quiet location with views of the Ozark hills.

I would recommend this hotel to my family friends and others. The rooms are clean fully equipped and the pillows are awesome!!! The smell of the fresh baked warm cookies pull you into the lobby to sit in the evening and visit with other guests and friendly staff. Oh did I mention the FRESH Hot Biscuits and Gravy and much more. They also have a beautiful pool, I have not tried yet but will. Close to any attractions you are headed for any direction around town. I travel here for my own business... Read more

We reserved a room here on Expedia, reviews were questionable but photos they list are of a room they remodeled. The room were given was a joke, mold, wood rot, ceiling was flaking and falling in bathtub. Microwave was on counter next to sink. The pillows had safety pins holding stuffing inside. The staff has an excuse for everything. We had to file an a letter with Chamber of Commence to get refund for accommodations. The hotel was sold and in need of renovations.

Where do I start? The best thing about our room was the fluffy pillows and air conditioner and it was either arctic cold or you didn't run it at all. High or low ... it froze you out at night. The shower curtain was falling down. The tub had screw holes in it and the shower head was so low that even at 5' 4", I had to stoop to wash my hair. The window curtains were broke, so no matter what you did some light came through. The mattress was thin, stained, and ancient. So was the sheets, mattress c... Read more

This is a mixed review. The view out the 2nd story window was very pretty. The view inside not as pretty. We walked into the room to see a dark orange wall. Paint was in good condition though. The pictures were different shapes cut out of patterned wall paper, put on a backing and framed. No worry about anyone stealing them. We were at the very end of building 2 and we never did get the WiFi to work in our room. The desk did nothing about it. So, if you want WiFi, don't stay here. The b... Read more

This was actually a very nice place to stay with an amazing price! The beds were super comfortable, roomy area and we had a joining rooms with the family so we could leave the door open like we were in one room. The breakfast was very good and plenty. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean We will definitely stay here again when visting Branson in the future.

Even on a Friday night in summer, they were able to find us a room to celebrate our anniversary with a night away. The room was clean and the towels luxuriously soft. The rate was great. Housekeeping had made a bird out of our wash cloth. Food was good for breakfast and we saw LOTS of families. And I liked that it was off the strip our of sight from Branson's busyness.

This is a nice place away from the hustle and bustle of Hwy 76. It's easy to get to anywhere you want to go in the Branson area. The beds were comfortable and A/C was great! Just an older property but met our family needs. Morning breakfast is average. Very quiet stay.

You get what you pay for. Our room looked nothing like the pictures. It is an old hotel trying to be new. You could see on the walls that they just painted over the wallpaper that had been there before. The carpet was old and dingy, our feet turned black walking on the carpet if we wore no shoes. The front doors didn't seal very well and we had several flies in our room. Although the a/c did work great, it was very, very loud, and made a rattling sound. On our 2nd night someone's car alar... Spent the night 7-9-16 in Branson didn't have any reservation. Drove up to the lodge walked in the clerk Was very nice and polite she found us a room and was very helpful about everything. She explained that the owner was an ex marine and worked along with his staff. Went to my room to find it very clean and comfortable. The room was a little small but I was just going to sleep there. We will visit here again. They have a nice pool that is next to a beautiful creek. Very quiet and relaxing. Thank... Read more

Upon arrival the only person available to check us in (other person behind the desk said he could not) was on the phone while also dealing with a screaming infant in a high chair behind the counter. When she finally turned to me after screaming at someone to "get that kid" she could not find our reservation. While looking for it she continued to take phone calls. After 15 minutes we finally managed to complete what could only be described as a terrible check in process. We had never stayed at ... Read more

Stayed 7 days ago. For a motel it was more than we expected. The mattresses are nice pillow tops and comfortable. The room was clean & spacious. The staff was nice & friendly. There was a continental breakfast that my son enjoyed. My rating would have been a 4 star had I been excellent had I been able to keep the AC unit running to drown out the 7AM noises of the other guests. I had it on auto run then turned it to high to keep it running at a certain temp but it kept turning itself on & off ev... Read more

Pretty much in this price range your getting what you pay for. The lower part is a bit older but not nasty and they are clean. They are friendly there and have an awesome breakfast. Most hotels in bransons stop serving breakfast at 9 or 930, at least this one stops at 10 which makes it so nice for us peeps who want to sleep in.

If you get the remodeled rooms they are some of the nicest for the value in town. I never once heard the neighbors and the hotel was full. A few things keep it from being higher. The showerheads are hilariously low. I'm 5'6 and it was lower than my forehead, so for my 6'4 husband this was almost comically uncomfortable. The air conditioner was also very loud. They breakfast is very good...real eggs, not powdered and biscuits and gravy. They also have cold breakfast as well. We would stay... Read more

So convenient: off the drag, but easy on and off due to stop signals. Large, refurbished rooms with large flat screen, safe, coffee maker, microfridge. Very comfy beds and pillows. Very quiet, calm, peaceful, friendly atmosphere. Full hot breakfast, afternoon cookies, popcorn, coffee, tea, etc. icemaker, vending machines. The desk staff are beyond helpful in planning entertainment and dining. Housekeeping hustling, overworked probably, yet very sweet and friendly. My rooms have always been clean... Read more
