I have been to Branson about 25 times and this hotel was the best hotel experience I have had thus far. Good value in pricing, great location where the tourist attractions and shows are easy to get to with this central locations, the hotel is clean and up to date, the breakfast is good, but the front desk staff makes you feel like you are staying at a B & B and there are just a few guests. They make you feel as if you are coming home and there are interested in you and your experiences in Bran... Read more

This Holiday Inn Express is very similar to any other HIE, that you ever stayed in with one exception, the employees. This is the friendliest group of people we've ever encountered at any Motel. From the front desk, to the janitor, kitchen help and housekeepers, these people went out of their way to make us feel like we were at home. The hotel itself is a little "tired" but clean. It is in the middle of the main strip which makes it very easy to get to the various shows.

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of Branson. Typical breakfast that was constantly refilled. Great choices. The front desk, Debbie, Marcia, and Bob were exceptionally helpful, friendly and accomodating. There was an issue with the furniture in our original room and we were upgraded to a suite, no additional cost. This is definitely the place to stay in Branson.

We booked at Holiday Inn Express through Reserve Direct and got a great rate. The hotel was clean (very important), the rooms were comfortable and the continental breakfast was delicious! Our room had a balcony, making the room feel bigger. The hotel's location was perfect as well. I would recommend anyone stay at this hotel. We even had our two kids with us and it worked out great!

I didn't feel that way. it had plenty of lighting and I never felt uncomfortable. one night we were sitting on the balcony and noticed a car with it's inside lights on. called the front desk to see if there was anything they could do. thought maybe they'd just blow it off and not check on it, but they actually c... The walls are thin. You can hear neighbors all night. The bathroom is small. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice.. Beds are comfortable also. My biggest complaint is they are adding upgrades but I was lied too they said construction was only 12-4 .. Nope they were beating and banging at 7:30 am. I wish they would have told me this when I booked the room. I get one week vacation a year .. Thanks Holiday Inn. I will never stay here again

Our family of 3 stayed here 4th of July weekend. The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was typical hotel hot breakfast. I liked how they had hard boiled eggs and Chobani yogurt. Hotel is centrally located on the strip but has access via Walmart parking lot to the yellow route if 76 is packed (which it was). Would/will stay again.

I struggled with a proper rating. I'd say 3.5 was more true but didn't want to rate it lower unfairly. We had a problem when we checked in, I had booked over the phone so I could confirm the number of beds in the suite. The lady on the phone assured me there were 2 king beds no pull out sofa. Ok great. We have large teenage boys, that would work for us and be cheaper than 2 rooms. Lies. This does not exist on this property. This was a very nice hotel. The check-in went smoothly and hotel staff were very friendly. Our room was clean, but did have a bit of a musty smell. It was also a bit noisy as we could hear others fairly loudly, perhaps because we were on the main floor. The breakfast was good, but small eat-in area. I was excited to arrive at this property having read all the (mostly positive) reviews and visiting Branson for the first time. From the outside it appeared average, far less spectacular than in photos, but that's a fact with most hotel photos.
