My wife and I had a 6 night stay. We would not even come to Branson if it were not for this luxurious Hilton. Everything was so clean and the staff is awesome. This is not your typical Branson experience. I really don't suggest this for families due cost of food was expensive but I expected that Yes it's close to The Landing ( walking distance) and Main Street Downtown. As a veteran traveler I will for sure recommend this Hotel. Now if I was a young family man on a budget then I'd stay on the s... Read more

When you stay in hotels every single night of the week, you become super critical of each hotel as you compare it to the last. I have to say that this hotel will hold a special place in my heart not only because I got to spend some quality time with the front desk staff at 2am during a Tornado Warning/Extreme Weather Alert period, but because the decor, staff, quality of rooms, and location were all incredibly memorable and what becomes the Hilton Brand. Rooms were large and comfortable, hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautiful, great location within walking distance to shopping and scenic railroad. Starbucks across the street. Coffee maker in room, but coffee terrible. Ala carte breakfast was not offered. Would definitely stay here again. There is a sister Hilton Hotel across the street that is not a convention center so one could stay there. Overall great experience.

This was my second stay at the Hilton for a company meeting. The facilities are top-notch for large conventions, and the hotel and staff are also highly rated in my opinion. My room this visit was a corner room, many of which have a balcony. Mine overlooked downtown Branson and the river. The room was very clean and updated. Only downside to my room was the adjoining door which allowed me to hear TV and cell phone conversations on the other side. This room (along with the adjoining) would b... Read more

This was my 2nd trip to Branson MO. Very nice place to visit and hope to go back. However, will probably pick a different hotel to stay in. Why? 1. This hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very efficient in their duties. What I did NOT like was there was absolutely NO CHARACTER or CHARM. I really wanted "vintage" and down home Branson character. There was none. 2. It could use a few amenities such as little snacks (free of course) placed in the main dining area... Read more

We stay here quite often and tend to enjoy the one bedroom condos and it has a great location. The rooms are usually very nice and comfortable. We have rated this hotel higher previously but note that some of the maintenance and housekeeping is beginning to slip. It was not the high quality that we have come to expect. It is also near the historic downtown Branson where there are fun shops to browse through. Would suggest this hotel whether you are on business or leisure. Spending 1000$ on a hotel room and still paying for parking and paying more than a non guest who is attending an event is super annoying!! I have decided I will never stay at another hotel that does not include parking!! Even if I have to pay double for the stay!! They know you have to get to the location via vehicle it's just another way to stick it to the guests!! Why give my hard earned money to a company that doesn't even appreciate us enough to provide us a parking space!!

Well appointed hotel near old town Branson. Convention Center/Hotel that was extremely quiet even though the hotel was sold out. Recommend rooms away from elevator and ice machines for added privacy but not critical. Even with many famlies with small children it was still quiet. Self parking is a hick from the parking garage, so if you have disabilities I would recommend valet parking for three dollars more (plus tip). Steakhouse is one of few fine dining locations in town. Very nice, modern convention hotel. Check in was simple, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Let me start with the positive! This is one of the best Hilton properties I've stayed at due to location, room, and amenities. The staff is great, BUT they are severely understaffed. I called 3 times before we arrived to inquire about room and never got an answer. They charged the wrong card for incidentals and valet was impossible! If you plan a stay, don't expect much in the way of assistance.

We stayed on the 10th of 12 floors. The view was of downtown Branson traffic, it was a ok view but not worth $300. there are no washer or dryers at the hotel to wash your clothing, no breakfast at all, we called for room service no one answered the phone, the hotel has lots of pets and down pillows and blankets,so if you have asthma learn from our experience. This was our second stay at the Hilton Convention Center and, although we had initial challenges this visit, they were quickly and efficiently addressed. They definitely lived up to the "make it right" credo.

My wife and I stayed at the motel for 3 days. While I attended to business, she shopped at the nearby shopping areas. The motel staff was very friendly and helpful. The motel was conveniently located near shopping areas for my wife. Our room was clean and orderly with no negative issues encountered. We will certainly stay at this motel during our next visit to the area.

Arrived at 1 , told it would be 1 hour wait , though had requested early check in . No complimentary anything at this Hilton. Outside pool crowded at 10:30 pm with kids jumping in and out of pool & on landscaping while groups of oblivious parents drank on their chaise loungers. We won't be back . If not for the location this hotel doesn't do a thing . Would book The Best Western . Trolley takes you there and your 4 blocks west of convention center.

I have stayed at this hotel at least ten times over the years but this visit is a disappointment. I booked a room with a balcony for four nights. The room is fairly large (Room 1224) and the balcony has a small table with two chaurs. There is not tub - just a shower, which is a consideration for families who may want to bathe children. There were a couple of epic fails with this stay. First, room service. I arrived tired and hungry at dinnertime on the first night & wanted to order room service... Read more

I had a burned out light bulb in the bathroom. Unless you're a girl who loves makeup, I wouldn't expect you to understand ;) The friendliness of every staff member was exceptional. I didn't have to wait forever for the elevator- nice! Enjoyed the convention center amenities and food. I loved talking with the valet staff, they were fun! Thank you for a great stay!

I stayed 5 nights to attend a conference at the Convention Center. The room was very comfortable, and the convention center was very nice. A train runs immediately behind the hotel at least twice a night, and it can be quite noisy on the North side of the hotel.

Friendly staff. Great suite with balcony overlooking Branson Landing. Room was modern and comfortable. Branson is a great little town, hope to get back there again some day. I used the valet parking service, which was handy. When I picked up the car, I tipped the guy $5, and was surprised he didn't help me with my bag, as he must have seen I was struggling (I had a sprained wrist).

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Branson Convention. Our room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. There is a lady in the lobby who can offer you discount tickets on things to do in Branson, but beware there is an $8 service charge on each event you select; she didn't tell me that. The breakfast was incredible! And the Level2 steakhouse is AMAZING! We will be back!

Excellent property. Very nice and clean. Staff is very helpful. I preferred the a Hilton on the Promenade due to the close distance but this ended up being a very short walk to the Promenade, so it was great. We had 4 adults in our room and it was very spacious. I enjoyed the easy access to the Landing restaurants and shopping. The only thing I will change the next time I stay is the side of the hotel I stay in. I was in a room facing the railroad tracks and unfortunately I was awaken a few time when a train went by during the night.

Rockstar Cheer Competition held here so part of this review will be on Rockstar and part on the convention center. Rockstar needs to do a better job of placing the stage and or the VIP viewing area. Competition stage should be elevated. The concessions at the convention center were great.
