Great hotel. Clean and quiet... never have any issues staying here. The staff is friendly and you can get great rates in off season. During the tourist season it's a bit pricey, but with the traffic in this town that is understandable.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The room for a King bed on the main floor was a bit small for a king bed. The room was clean, but needed a rug and furniture shampoo. The shower doors needed a good scrubbing to get the mineral deposits off. I understand they get a huge amount of traffic in their busy season, but it is a fairly new hotel and in need of some extra spit and polish before it looks really worn.

Front Desk Bill, along with all other front desk staff, were very friendly and helpful. Lobby & Guest room were very clean and attractive. Hot breakfast was adequate, with eggs, biscuits and gravy, ham, cereals, yogurts, juices and fresh fruit. Hotel is located "off the beaten path" so it was quiet and easily accessable. My only issue was with the bathroom; Circulation fans are needed, as there was wood damage and peeling wallpaper due to heat & steam from shower.

WE had a nice time while staying here. Bill and staff were friendly and very helpful . Our family liked the breakfast and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We had stayed here seven years ago and like that it is off the main drag. We would stay here again .

My family arrived tired and ready to get out of the car at check-in time, 4pm. Our room was not ready for another hour so we had to find something to do, which was not easy because this hotel is in an inconvenient location. This was an issue because we were road weary and wanted to rest for a while. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was average. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were absolutely terrible! Do yourself a big favor and bring yo... Read more

I have stayed lots of places in Branson, including some of the bigger places like Big Cedar. For the price, it was really great! The staff was super friendly, the place is clean and modern. There were seven of us on a family trip and nobody found anything to complain about.

We prefer and like the quiet location of this hotel and the ease of access to dining and shows, as well as shopping. Two major attractions, Shoji Tabuchi Theater, and Sights and Sounds Theater are within a few miles of this hotel; we were able to travel to both within 15 minutes of leaving the hotel. The hotel is quiet, clean, and the staff and manager are very friendly and accommodating. They were able to accommodate the needs of an elderly family member, even though the Expedia booking age... This is a excellent well run hotel. It was clean. Has a excellent morning serve yourself breakfast. I have stayed here before and will stay here again. If you are going to the Branson Shows, it is a little out of the way but it only takes a few minutes longer to get to anything in Branson. We did not find the location to be a problem.

The location can't be beat, it's just down the road from shopping and restaurants. It's in a quiet area with easy access to everything. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room had thin walls and we could hear our neighbors most of the night. Also the shower was horribly cold and never got warm.
