The room was very clean, very quiet and a friendly staff. We spent a lot of time in the room due to rain and cold. If I had one complaint, it would be the breakfast. We stayed 4 days and the food okay, but never changed. They had the same thing every day, so the last day we went to the restaurant on the corner and had a delicious, inexpensive buffet. We will stay again...the price was very reasonable.

We have stayed here on three occasions over the last 18 months. It is not a fancy place but it is clean and well situated. My wife really like the showers here. We do recommend it to our friends. We will stay here the next time we come to Branson.

The room and hotel were very clean, updated, and upkept. Which is always a gamble in the Ozarks!. The beds were very comfortable and the location is almost dead center on the strip. The price feels like a red roof inn but the hotel feels comparable to a Hilton, without the upcharge.

This hotel was clean, quite and beds were comfortable. Bathroom is extremely small. I reported that the air conditioner was not cooling and the girl offered to move us; however, the other room was just as bad. It was cooler in the hallway. Breakfast was not that great. However, I didn't understand why they were only serving Trix yogurt. I would consider other hotels when I go back.

We stayed on the 2nd floor and our room was nice. The hotel was full because we were told that our room was a handicap room due to a cheer competition going on. I'm not sure how many cheer groups were staying in the hotel but every night about 10:30 or 11 it seems like they started their practice right above our room. It got to the point we had to complain the the front desk but other than that we have no complaints about the hotel or the staff. The hotel was very clean and the staff was not... Read more

We stayed here mostly because the price was reasonable for what you got and it had good reviews. It was centrally located, right off the main Hwy. 76 and right up the hill from the Tanger Outlet. The breakfast was not the most deluxe we've ever had but certainly better than just a continental breakfast. Sausage and eggs every morning delicious. I must admit some people would be turned off by the musty smell on the first floor and the carpets that were in bad need of replacing (I recommend ti... Read more

I made the mistake of booking a single room (me and my teenager daughter) online not through the hotel and the hotel was full. Front desk was friendly and helpful but unable to help me. Hotel room was clean but got stuck with a handicapped room and didn't like the bathroom. Not a bad hotel but don't believe I'd stay here again.

Hotel was average. I did like the fact that it was an indoor corridor hotel. The room was roomy and clean for an older hotel. The only thing g I didn't like was the fact that the sink wasn't in the bathroom but in the room itself. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean. The only negatives that really stood out was the condition of the carpets and the breakfast was not good. The carpets could use a good cleaning and the breakfast could use a good upgrade. All items seemed to be off brand, ... Read more

There were several things that were not satisfactory. However, the thing that bothered me the most was seeing the pregnant hotel lobby clerk smoke cigarettes every morning, afternoon, and evening. That really disgusted me! The breakfast was nasty, the bathroom is very small, the towels were cheap/scratchy/dingy, the soap was small, the shampoo made my hair burn, the flies were unbearable, the hallway smelled like mildew, and the housekeeper looked like she was on meth. The location is good a... Read more

I read some other reviews about the first floor carpet being musty and mildew smell well the second floor was just as bad. The bathrooms are very small without a sink in bathroom and it had a mildew smell along with urine smell in bathroom Thank God I brought my Lysol to mask the smell. I only slept under the sheet afraid to place the other covers next to me. Breakfast was awful. We walked up the hill to Denny's. I would never stay here again. Very helpful lady at the front desk, gave good advice about local take-out eateries with gluten-free and other dietary restrictions for our large group! Free brochures available for all area attractions. Would definitely book with this hotel again. Directly across the street from the excellent Tanger shopping district.

My husband booked this hotel (Hey, that's my job!) because he got a good rate and it was centrally located in Branson. This is an older hotel, and it has had some updating, but the updating is about to need some updating. The staff was very courteous and worked hard to accommodate guests when there was a check-in delay. We did have to wait well past check-in time because housekeepers were still cleaning rooms, which wasn't really a problem for us. However, the manager still offered a discount... Read more

This hotel is older but has been updated. Check in was easy and came with cookies for each guest. The grounds were clean and in good repair. Pool was spotless and sparkling. The breakfast offered was ample with the usual hotel fare. The dining room is small with too little seating and becomes crowded fast. Our room was decorated nicely but had a musty smell. Carpets in general need a professional cleaning. I did have a soiled duvet which the staff took care of promptly. Otherwise the beds were c... Read more

The room was good with the exception of a slight soured smell in the bathroom--probably a bad mop or something. We mentioned it to the front desk within 30 minutes of checking in, and though they said it would be addressed, it wasn't. We just lit a votive candle to cover it. I was not impressed with the cleaning staff. Very slow and one person (not the maid) actually opened our room--by mistake she said. I had the safety latch in place so she couldn't get in--and she did apologize saying she wen... Read more

Nice hotel, very clean, good breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean. Each has a fridge and microwave which we used. We had a small problem at check in that caused us to not give a perfect score. The staff overall was excellent, the breakfast was good and lots of variety. There is a mall right there as well as a family dining restaurant. The pool is only 3 feet deep so if you want wanting a good swim you won't find it here. The location was close to everything. I liked the staff they were friendly and upbeat, but as far as the location this is awful, you can not pull in an out of lot due to traffic going to the mall.. The hotel was only average and much of it was worn and older. Example carpet.

We drove for 2 days to reach the Grand View Inn & Suites for our 3 days visit to Branson, Missouri. We were greeted by a cheerful and very helpful receptionist upon our arrival. Our rooms were immaculate clean and the hotel is located conveniently to all of the places that we wanted to visit during our stay. The receptionist helped us to make our show arrangements and we even got tickets to see the "Legend Show" on our first evening there. It truly makes it a relaxing trip when the hotel rece... Last minute trip. Was very happy with our stay and will book there again. Comfortable and clean. Great location for shows, shopping and restaurant. Staff very helpful. Enjoyed the exercise room. Only 3 pieces of equipment, but I never had to wait. Only complaint would be trying to get a table for breakfast, we made do with the lobby.

We stayed here over Labor day weekend. We were on the 4th floor. Found the place to be in good condition. Rooms had refrigerator which worked well, nice tv, cold air. Beds were comfy, bathroom was fine, water pressure could have been better. Everything was clean and it was within walking distance of the main drag. Breakfast was about as good as any of the other places we have stayed in Branson. We would stay again.

This motel was rated between 8.5 -9. Don't believe it. Don't know what pictures were posted online but not what I saw. Motel lobby ceilings were so low they couldn't have been very high. I am 5ft6 and almost hit my head. Hallway carpet looked dirty and had a basketball sizedclorox stain in the middle of the hallway. Holes around shower stall where new shower rod was installed. We booked a room at Grandview, thinking it was another hotel, but we were not disappointed. It is not fancy, but it is clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast was good and the location was very handy. It is priced very well for the quality and if you are looking for a place to spend the night and have a free breakfast place in the morning this is the place for you. My wife and I recently spent 2 nights at the Grand View Inn in Branson. We stayed here a year ago and were so pleased. The first night here, my wife slept little suffering from back and leg pains. Within minutes, we were in a different room (handicap) with a deluxe recliner that so helped relieve my wife's pains. Both room were super clean. This is truly the ideal "home away fro... Read more

I stayed at the GrandView Inn for five nights from the end of October to the beginning of November with two other couples. We found the rooms neat and clean and the beds comfortable. The manager was so helpful and accommodating.
