Our family group of 10 reserved 2 three bedroom lock off units. Each unit provided each family the privacy and space they desired. When we gathered to eat meals, play games or watch movies together, the larger of the 3 lockout units, provided plenty of space. We could leave the adjoining doors between units open when doing family things together. When some wanted to sleep or rest, we simply close the door! Everyone enjoyed their own kitchen, bathroom (s) and laundry. Perfect way to vacation wit... Read more

We had a 3 bdrm which is 3 separate adjoining rooms. They were well stocked with everything we needed for a weeks stay. There were 4 HS boys in our group so the pool, game room, and hoops rim served them quite well. This place also has a fitness center which we used twice. All in all this is a nice place to enjoy your Branson vacation.

Enjoy a vacation thru Expedia, Priceline, Orbitz, Hotwire or whom you deal with but just DO NOT get caught up in their TRAP with a beautiful TIME SHARE that you'll love for LIFE. Believe me the promises you get are just that, EMPTY PROMISES! NO ONE WILL EVER RETURN YOUR CALL - I have lists to prove it. The money we have paid out already would have financed many, many vacations. STUCK WITH A MONEY PIT!

This part of the capital resorts group property and 1 of the 4 in the area. We found that this was a very nice place. We had a 1 bedroom unit that was 900 sq ft, with everything you need to stay. Nice large bedroom with a shower and another bathroom and shower off the kitchen. The complex was nice, clean, well groomed, and some units over looking the golf course. We will go back to stay here. Over all a nice place to call home while on your getaway.

This was a perfect location in Branson! It was practically in the middle of all the entertainment choices offered in this area. I stayed in building 7 of Grand Crowne with my boyfriend and we had a great time. Our room had more than enough to offer from the Jacuzzi tub in our room to the kitchenette in the entrance, plus plenty of towels (which is always a plus). I thought the room was very clean and my only complaint would be the outdated TV, however, the channels were in HD. I would definitely... Read more

Arrived early and had to wait for check-in. They did allow us to check in 30m early. Had called a few months in advance to request an upper floor unit. Person I spoke to on the phone sounded confident my request would be granted. At check-in was informed I had a first floor room. Win some, lose some! Some people probably wouldn't like the ground floor unit, as it is on a hill and one level lower than the parking lot. They had elevators - for ease of checking in/out. We didn't find the ... First, the address was wrong. We went to the stated address and the registration office was closed, but a sign on the door directed us to another location about a mile away. The room we ended up in was very small and dark. We requested an upgrade, but were told nothing else was available. The room was clean, but we expected a balcony and there was none.

We were traveling with 7 people and had a room with 2 lockouts and couldn't believe how much room we had. Loved it. The kitchen was well stocked although we only did breakfast and it's always nice to find all appliances(especially refrigerator) in good working order. I was a little disappointed in the quality of towels we were given, they were older and not real soft, but would stay here again for the close location of of all the venues went to. Loved looking out our balcony at night and seeing ... Read more

The Good - the rooms we had were very large. The gym was small but adequate. The Bad- We have stayed in many timeshares all over the country and internationally. Hands down this was the worst location of all the places we have stayed. We had a full suite with a lock-off for our family of six people. The rooms were large but the floor plan was very poor. Our immediate reaction upon entering our non-smoking room was that someone obviously had smoked in the room and they had tried to cover... Read more

Grand Crowne Resort - June 2016 We were here for a family reunion. We occupied 9 3-room suites. My suite, 202-b, was the largest, and connected to a & c. The rooms in all 3 suites were large. The decor was adequate, not fancy, and some thought old. I will use the term dated! The sofa was fine, dated, but the 2 sitting chairs were old, uncomfortable and the recliner operated poorly. The dining room table was functional, but the chairs, the seats were cloth and dirty. Oh, the carpets! After 2 da... Read more

The room was spacious and clean. The ground were nice. My kids appreciate the park and pool. Overall or stay was nice and we will stay again. Now for the negative: There was some wallpaper was peeling in our room. We stayed on the 5th floor which had huge vaulted ceilings, unfortunatly this made the acoustics terrible it seemed there was a echo when we talked and it was difficult to hear people talk. One chair in our room was ripped and the other was dirty. We borrowed a pack and play that s... Read more

This was our first time staying at Grand Crowne after buying our time share. We were really happy with the condo and what the resort has to offer. Staff was always pleasant and very helpful. Loved having the kitchenette for meals which saved us both time and money. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub during our stay. No kiddos traveling with us this time, but there are activities for them during your stay. We were in and out going to shows and seeing the sites of the community. Great place to relax ... Read more

We stayed at Grande Crowne Resort two nights in July, 2016. We booked the stay through hotels.com and paid in full in advance. Our confirmation email advised us to check in at an offsite location... but when we arrived a sign on the door of the building told us to go to ANOTHER off site location. Arriving at location #2... yet another sign directed us back to the property itself. At this point we'd been driving 5 hours.. and there was a small caravan of cars popping up at each site in the same p... Read more

Our first time here, and it was OK. The pool was closed for almost an entire day unfortunately. The management was not very nice to us about this issue. We constantly dealt with luggage carts being left directly at our condo's front door for some reason. Also the photographs online are not quite what our room was actually like. Our room was supposed to have a balcony and a jacuzzi, but it did not. Our room was supposed to have a queen size sleeper sofa, but it was just a double size sleeper sofa... Read more

We checked into our first "penthouse" in Building 1. One of the units didn't have a deadbolt. That wasn't going to work. I got stuck out on the balcony of the one units. Luckily, after panicking and help from one of my kids...I got back in the unit. The other two units were so dirty, I wouldn't ask my house guests to stay in that. Cobwebs, could write my name in the baseboards, yuck on the walls, food stuck on the floor, food in the microwave. Just plain gross. So, after going back they tell me ... Read more

This was my first time stay in Branson, we (party of 8) stayed in building 1 room 306 units AB and C. The room was very clean, microwave and refridge were very clean as well. Room was very spacious. With the exception of the sofa beds all the beds were comfortable. Flat screens in the rooms could have been bigger but they were ok. It was very easy to get to all the events and shows from the resort, but it located far enough away to be in a quiet area. Checking in the staff could have been more f... Read more

I stayed for 3 days and was pleased for the most part. I was a little disappointed in the room as compared to the pictures online. There was no jacuzzi in my room nor did we have a balcony. The bed was also very uncomfortable. Not all negative I did like the playground area for my granddaughter. I also loved that the room was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I loved the location as well and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay again.

My mother n law had a time share she took over from a friend, and we were all excited for our trip. We ended up with five of us in an A unit and it was just too small! Definitely try to get a B or C unit they are larger with a balcony and jacuzzi tub... if you have more than two people. We thought we were getting a B unit with the time share, but they put us in an A unit! It is the smallest one they have. No balcony. The reviews are so right about the carpet!
