We were greeted at the entrance, had a quick check in, and a follow-up phone call to make sure we were happy with the room. The room had modern décor and was very clean. Bed linen and towels had no wear and appeared to be fairly new. We were very comfortable in our room. I choose the hotel because it was close to a show venue and we could walk. I wasn't expecting the room to be as nice because the rate was lower than many other hotels. Pictures on their website are accurate in their represen... Read more

My husband and I decided to take a spontaneous trip to Branson. We wanted to get a cheap hotel so we could spend more on entertainment. Most of the hotels we looked at were outdated but this one is brand new with friendly staff and it was only $50 a night. You can't beat that. Would definitely stay here again

My boyfriend and I came for a trip in Branson for the weekend and were just quickly looking for somewhere to stay. I was very impressed with the state of our room and the facilities for how cheap it was to stay there. Everything was very clean, we've had bad experiences with hotels before so we're always skeptic, and the beds were actually really comfortable. We'll be staying again when we come back.

We were in Branson for the Elvis contest and we booked this sight unseen. The room was the best, was so clean, everything looked like it had just been done the day before! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was superior. The office people were so friendly, they had similes all around. We would stay again. Had microwave and refrigerator in the room, no breakfast but that wasn't that bad, had coffee in the room.

I got this place through Priceline Express. I had never heard of it, so of course, I was a little skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was comfortable and very affordable.. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel. The rooms were very nice with VERY comfortable beds and tasteful decor. The pool was great as was the location. It is located at an intersection with a traffic release route which makes getting around very easy. The staff was top notch and extremely helpful. We were traveling with 2 toddlers who desperately needed naps and the staff graciously allowed us to check into one of our rooms a bit early. My single complaint was with the breakfast. The "... There wasn't a breakfast and Hotwire messed up my reservation (actually they didn't send it to the hotel and the hotel was fully booked). MISSY (staff member) greeted me at 1am with a smile and helped us get a room and get situated. She was amazing to deal with, as was the rest of the Exploria staff I encountered, but she went above and beyond to help fit us in and answer my questions. The room was cozy, very clean, newly renovated, and stayed very cool (which is how I set it). The room was spac... Read more

HIKERS AND FAMILY ALERT. Read what the others say about the cleanliness and motel style/disappointing exterior..then stay here so you can walk 1 minute to a nice TRAIL HEAD with trails that go down to the river and a cave used during the civil war. There are about 5 or 6 nice clearly marked trails on the upper ridge and then down. A welcome escape from the commercial overload that we all love Branson for ===but often need a break from. A delightful alternative for the mornings to get your exerc... Read more

The room was clean and the hotel staff was nice. However, the continental breakfast was a disappointment. We have been in other hotels and they have had more of a selection to choose from such as fruit, different teas, etc. Needless to say, we went elsewhere for breakfast the next morning. The hotel is located on the main thoroughfare in Branson, which is convenient.

The room was very clean!!! I am huge on room cleanliness. The carpet seemed new, the bathrooms were immaculate, and the bed was sooooooooooo comfy. The staff was prompt and polite! I will definitely stay at the Crown Club Inn again! :-) I enjoyed my stay. I wish I could have stayed longer. We received a free breakfast.

After a terrible start at another hotel in Branson, they saved our trip. Rooms were clean and no stairs to climb. The staff were all delightful. They have a nice trail that you can run, walk, or just explore. Many families were there as well. Loved the location too. Across from Dolly's Dixie Stampede. We will be returning.

Hotel room was very clean and neat. Everything worked well and as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hot water did not work at the sink on the first night of arrival. We contacted front office and they had repairman out the next morning to get it going. Breakfast was good, nothing to brag about. Overall experience was very good. Easy access to all shows, easy to get out and back in again. I would definitely stay here again.

It was an older but remolded Hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable, best bed that we ever had at a hotel. The room did smell like mildew and the water didn't work all the time. called the front desk and the maintenance man said if we wait 1/2 hour the washers would be done and the water would work. He said there were 6 washers below us and when they run it take all water pressure. Maid service did not come to clean the room so we never received clean towels. Other then that rooms was clean ... We spent 4 nights (Jul 26 - 29, 2016) at this resort. I really liked the staff there; very cordial, made us feel welcome. The room was NICE & CLEAN rooms (huge+ for me). Only two "hiccups": hot water didnt work at bathroom sink; i reported the day we got there. They set up appt for maintenance to come and repair but they never showed. I called back & they sent somebody that even- finally repaired next p.m. Housekeeping skipped cleaning our room; had to report that! Then when they did come, th... Read more

WARNING BE CAREFUL STAYING HERE. Family srated here recently. First we had a maintenance worker come in 2 days after got there demanding to see the toilet that he said had been leaking for months (we had not noticed) and then pressed for details about when we would be gone so he could come in. All this while the toddler was sleeping. At 11:30 at night one of our rooms got a call telling us that there was a package at the front desk for my brother as we were all asleep, and he was in a different r... Read more

I will definitely be back. What a great room for the price! Staff were friendly, the room was VERY clean, beds were extremely comfortable, the a/c will freeze you out of your room if you let it (Which I love). Can't wait to be back next year!

Pretty much everything I read in the reviews were spot on. It isn't the nicest place to stay but with that into consideration we knew we wouldn't be spending a lot of time there. The breakfast lacked in a major way. We didnt go back after the first morning. Also the carpets desperately needed to be cleaned. Our socks were black just from walking around the room. However, the staff was friendly, the pool was well kept and the room served its purpose during our stay.

I have no clue how this place got the reviews and ratings it received. It is NOT a 3-star hotel and Priceline needs to correct that as I will no longer believe Priceline's ratings! Here's what happened: Daughter and I arrived and were skeptical based on the lobby. It was bare bones decor and pretty utilitarian (think Super 8). The employees were a little scary looking (so sorry to say that but it's the truth). We went to our room and the smell of mold and mildew was super strong. She sat on the ... Read more

We stayed at the Crown Club Inn in Branson from Sept. 21-23, 2016. The room was clean and probably would give it a three star rating except for the bedding was very felt like it was damp but it wasn't, so we had to sleep on the blankets. I could never slept in those sheets the way they felt. I have never experienced anything like it anywhere. And when I asked for additional blankets be brought to the room, no one showed up, so we had to go get it and it was a bedspread; they said they... Read more

Came to Branson for the shows. Booked this hotel online. It is truly a bargain. Lovely, comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms. It is located on the main drag close to the Dixie Stampede and Dick Clark's theater. Free breakfast in bistro and coffee in 24 hour lobby, as well as in room. One person with us was a little dissapointed that the pool and Jacuzzi are closed for winter, but the whole experience is excellent. Will be back.

This motel was a bit scary looking as we walked to our rooms. We were pleasantly satisfied by the updated room when we opened the door. It isn't the biggest room, but worked for our stay. I'm not sure there is an elevator, so you would need to stay on the first floor if stairs are hard for you. We did find mold on our shower curtain from it not being left open to dry. Breakfast is free and had the typical choices. The room was a bit small for the amount of people, so it was a bit chaotic when tr... Read more

My daughter found and booked a room for our weekend stay. At the front desk we were greeted with smiles and information about what was a big attraction/event for the weekend. From the road this looks like an old motel, unassuming, a maybe very small. At the price point of $65 a night for a two queen room I was willing to look. We had to walk up stairs as all doors are on an outside landing (did not see an elevator but did not walk the full facility). When we opened the door it was a pleasant... Read more
