My family and I recently did a park n fly at this hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful. Pool was great for the kids as well. We did fall asleep but were awoken by our loud neighbors...walls are pretty thin is my only complaint. We will likely return again in hopes our neighbors are not so loud next time!!

We had MINUTES (20) to go from the Airport to the Renaissance Hotel, to pick up our luggage and then back to the Airport and make our flight! Thank you, Darrold (the Shuttle Driver) for calling Kevin so our luggage would be waiting at the door (Thank you, Kevin!) and thank you Darrold for getting us back to United--we made our Flight!!! Moral of the story--don't go to the Zoo on Mother's Day Saturday and expect to get a Forest Park Trolley when you need one! Also, a shout out to Ellen (evening s... Read more

I travel a lot for work and pleasure, and when I need an overnight near the St Louis Airport, I always elect the Renaissance St Louis Hotel. The folks there are wonderful, and easy to work with, and they definitely appear to care how things are going with the clients. There is a very nice bar where you can have a nightcap before retiring, and the reality is that the entire property is Comfortable and Inviting.

My husband and I decided to do a one night getaway at the Renaissance St. Louis. I wanted to make it special and request an airport view room. We were not disappointed at all! This hotel sits right by the runway practically. Great view of all the planes coming in and going. If you have an airplane fan in the family this is the place for you, especially kids. Most rooms that face the airport are 2 (bed) queen size rooms. We were on the 9th floor room 944. If you do not mind the noise from the pla... Read more

I really liked the room. It was decorated nicely, everything inside worked properly, bed was comfortable. Good job. With that being said the rest was OK. I drove here and there was not enough parking. The pool was small. A small group of people filled the pool to capacity. The restaurant's service was slow for dinner. We had a 12 minute wait for water. During meeting breaks the public restrooms were dirty. Too bad. Would I stay here again, yes. But they have room for improvement... Read more

The décor and design are done well, made me comfortable. A busy place with lots of people coming and going. What really impressed me was the manager who was filling in for his assistant during 'punch hour' he was very professional, helpful and informative. The rest of the bar and restaurant staff were doing their jobs well and my experience was improved accordingly. Comfortable room and bed. the conference room overlooked the runway which I enjoyed greatly. A bit cold but I'd rather that than... Read more

I needed a place to sleep the night before a business meeting. This hotel was clean and comfortable. It is easy to see from many roads and highways, but a challenge for which to drive. The bar was classy and the breakfast in the lounge was pretty good. Parking was not so easy later at night. It was raining and the lot was full, so I parked more than 100 yards from the entrance. I plan to return to this hotel for my next visit to this area.

Very nice hotel with everything you need. We had a room with 2 queen beds and the room was nice with plenty of space. The bathroom was on the small end but had a nice walk in shower. The only thing missing is a small frog. We were on the 10th floor and faced the airport but we found the room to be quiet. I will stay again when in the area.

One night stay on business, clean, comfortable, close to airport, good shuttle service, but. Over priced, poorly sound insulated and noisy. The onsite restaurant was above average but service was slow and inattentive. There are other options close to the airport that are a better value.

The Renaissance St. Louis Airport is exactly what you want it to be: a nice airport hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The property is clean and appears to have been recently renovated. The TV cable package is lacking. (No Nickleodeon? No access to local Cardinals broadcasts?) But other than that, everything checked out. The gym is not great, but it's adequate. It's an airport hotel. Not a bad one. Nothing special. A good place to sleep at night.

This is a great hotel if you are flying out the next day or so. The staff is personable and helpful. You can usually get a great online price for this hotel. It is clean and beds are comfortable. No microwaves or fridges in the regular rooms but microwave in the laundry room. yes there is a self service laundry room.

Then we have a winner. Unfortunately you have to go to your room. I checked in and had to change rooms twice immediately due to significant issues and could have changed a third time but gave up. Never have I had to do that in my years of staying in Marriott properties. Convenient location near airport with paid in and out self parking that is also a complete hassle and confusing, exasperating and a profit center. Did I mention they have a nice lobby?

Room was clean and quiet. Lots of elevators so no long waits. Hotel shuttle leaves hotel on hour, 20 minutes past hour and 40 minutes past hour (not airport). Most of staff was pleasant (except shuttle drivers).

We stayed for the weekend for an Anniversary and Birthday Party we had to attend. The Lobbies were not well kept, ranging from used tissues to food wrappers in the hallways. It was extremely noisy from 10PM-1AM. The curtains and drapes were dirty. The staff was friendly. The sheets appeared clean. The Bathroom was extremely small. Honestly, my Husband and I are Marriott reward members and this one left us not so thrilled.

This hotel is extremely impressive as you pull up and enter the lobby area. Beautiful fountain outside. Nicely decorated, warm ambience in the lobby with lots of comfortable seating just beyond the bar area. Staff was very helpful when asked for restaurant recommendation. Pools were enjoyed by our 10-year-old, and they were very clean. Impressive decor throughout hotel, including carpeting in hallway to rooms. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with a view of planes taking off and landing, but a... Read more

No surprises here - it's a good quality airport hotel. Clean throughout - was there for a couple of days to attend a training session - from rooms to common areas, to conference suites and restrooms. Modern with tasteful and restrained aviation-themed decor. Rooms are fairly spacious with generous outlets and USB ports. As a business hotel, don't expect to have a fridge and microwave, but do expect to pay for internet. Not much going for it in the immediate neighborhood - it's on the access... Read more

Stayed 3 nights &4 days, rooms are clean, nice furniture, comfortable beds. No complaints. Had a two queen bed room, Comes with coffee maker but no fridge or microwave. There is room service, a full restaurant and bar downstairs. The staff is SO nice! I mean the bell men, bartenders, front desk. All went out of their way even though I couldn't tip them. I had lost my ATM card and told them....sorry I can't tip you and that didn't stop them. For example, I asked the bartender if the muffins disp... Read more

Stayed here for one night and wanted to stay close to the airport. Very close to the rental car locations. The rooms are modern and updated. Free parking. The two pools are nice as well. My biggest problem with this hotel is that I forgot a pair of shorts and asked that they "mail" them to me. Instead they Next Day Fed Ex'd them to me and I discover a $65 charge on my credit card bill. I could have bought a couple pairs of shorts for that amount! They should have provided me a choice. Good hotel, clean throughout, close to airport. Indoor and outdoor pools both clean. Our room only had a shower, friends of ours had a bathtub. Not sure why we only had a shower. The hotel did get noisy at night, there is a very large gap between the bottom of the doors and the floor. We had a view of the airport but did not hear any planes at night. Food service at the bar is very slow.

First impression was the area was a bit sketchy and check in chaotic. Both turned out to be ok. Located at the airport, the hotel didn't have any outside noise. I never saw a bellman when we checked in. Front desk was lined up, but it was at check in time, so that's to be expected. Rooms were nicely appointed. Super shower!! Smaller bath but it served our needs. The lighting could be improved or a lighted makeup/shaving mirror provided would help. I'm all for going green, but we were just pr... Read more

We stayed one night here before a flight out of STL. We live about two hours away. I feel like we would have been better off driving crazy early in the morning. The hotel was noisy, and we were even at the end of the hall. Some noise was to be expected, since it is right next to the airport, but it seemed like there were people coming and going all night. The beds were uncomfortable. None of us got any decent sleep. The only plus side was the shuttle to the airport and the stand up shower that h... Read more

What a great place to be for a weeklong conference. I enjoyed my stay here very very much. I found the staff to be extraordinary. On the Night I arrived, I had a terrible experience with my cabdriver. When I walked into the hotel, the Bellman, Kevin, looked at me and asked, "Are you OK?" He took great care of me. He held my bag while I checked in, and then helped me up to my room. He waived away the tip, and said that he just wanted to be sure I was OK. I had great experiences with Lori and Ali... Read more

The service was bad and their attitudes were horrible The rooms are fine just don't eat at the bar I'm going back to the Marriott

Whenever we travel by plane we stay the night here. We are able to park our vehicle as long as needed for small fee. The hotel is very nicely upgraded and modern. It has a nice area for a bar and seating arrangements for a little night fun! A great hotel to stay at.

A quick stay here was enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I always worry about the noise level at airport hotels but I could not even hear the door opening and closing in the nearby rooms. Wifi was extra which is a bit silly for these types of hotels. A SUB port right next to bed was a bonus.

I stay here often (3 weeks out of the month) mostly due to the proximity to my office and the airport and also because there are no other good Marriott properties in the area.
