We were here just for one night, and for one purpose only - to visit the birthplace of Elvis! The hotel is well situated and right next door to the Welcome Centre which in itself is a good place to start your visit as they have a very good Elvis video. Our hotel room was roomy, clean and comfortable, no complaints at all. And of course, the welcome cookie in the afternoon, great! We had a lovely stay in Tupelo and would recommend a visit if you are visiting Gracelands.

We were in town for a golf tourney and I wanted to stay somewhere central/downtown the Bancorpsouth arena is right behind the hotel. Perfect location the hotel is VERY friendly has good breakfast with a lot of options. The rooms have a mini fridge with coffee maker. However downstairs starting at 6am anything you would need is there. The bath area is nice and roomy, however the tub/shower is worn and the bottom was slippery.

Stayed 1 night for Elvis Festival and found the friendliest hotel employees ever. The location was just steps from the events at BancorpSouth Arena. It is also just a block from easy walk. Breakfast is not included in your rate at most Hilton Garden Inns but it's convenient and offers made to order omelettes in addition to scrambled eggs etc.

My family and I were driving through Tupelo on a large road trip vacation and happened to stay at the Hilton Garden in on the way down and the way back from Florida. It was great. The restaurant inside is not worth even walking into, but the hotel itself was great. Service was friendly and attentive, and we had lost something so they attempted to help us locate it. I was very impressed with the staff. If you desire a restaurant, visit the Fairpark Grill across the parking lot. Breakfast, Lunch, ... Read more

Nice hotel with a friendly staff. We had a family of 5 in a room with 2 queen beds and an air mattress we brought. Plenty of space in the room, and it had a microwave and a small refrigerator. We had the misfortune of an air-conditioner that leaked water on the floor all weekend; but that was definitely not the norm as we had friends in other rooms with no problems. Overall it was nice clean room, and I would stay here again. Good location with nice restaurants in easy walking distance.

Hilton Garden Inns vary very little from location to location but this one was just not up to par. The common areas were not kept quite as clean and the property just did not seem like it as was well maintained as other HGIs that we have stayed.

Great service, but too much racial tension during visit. Did not like seeing Confederate flag hanging in front of hotel. To me it stands for hatred of others. Located in the downtown area it is center to all attractions. Just walking nearby is a treat. The beds were not comfortable and the breakfast was just ok. We alway stay at HGIs and we always get bed and breakfast - the hotel was understaffed for the weekend rush of people. The cooks/ servers could not keep up with the orders and halted all orders for several minutes. The fruit water was frequently empty as well as the coffee. Very nice staff just not enough of them. The swimming pool and hot tub were teensy tiny and indoor. No outdoor pool.

We stayed here because the weather had taken a turn for the worse with a severe thunderstorm that lasted on and on. The hotel is nice and the room was large.
