Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Room was clean and the beds were great, room was quiet even though it was next to the highway. Staff was very helpful and gracious when you needed them. Breakfast was good and had plenty to eat.

Checked in for one night. Debeaked was great, couldn't do enough. Room was spacious, towards the back. Families in the pool were a bit noisy but Deneka was on top of the situation. Free wifi available in all areas. Small breakfast room in addition to a small lounge. The hotel booked us a cab and Deneka recommended a couple of paces to eat. Breakfast was included and offered a wide choice. Food was very good. Check out was easy. Good location near to all attractions and easy to find.

Exceptional choice for a visit to Tupelo. Quiet, immaculate. Very friendly and welcoming management. There's very little on the downside I can think of, this hotel maintains a high standard of service and I'd definitely stay here if I pass through Tupelo again. Come to think of it I will. My wife and I are traveling to Mammoth Caves in July and I've suggested we stay here before continuing on to Kentucky. Thoroughly recommended.

From the front desk to the room and final check-out everything was Excellent. The front desk personnel were great and personable. That counts a lot for a traveler's comfort. I have a tendency to go talk to the front desk folks. Just conversation. I spent over 20 years in the travel industry and can tell if someone just has a job or if they really like what they are doing. They like what they are doing here! Can't say enough about the room: clean, spacious, bathroom, etc. All great. The brea... Read more

I must say the most impressive part of my stay was the ladies at the front desk!!! Demeka, Hanna, and Victoria are awesome!!! I made reservations through a company who shall remain nameless, only because their usually reliable, and the registration never showed up in the system. These young ladies took care of the minor hiccup, gave me an awesome rate, and a great room, all before I could even get the third party company on the phone. The room was spacious, clean and relatively quiet, there's so... Read more

When we arrived we were greater by a very helpful check-in lady. She was so cheerful. The ice cold beer was a treat too. Breakfast was what you expect at a complimentary breakfast bar. Great location off the highway.

The Comfort Inn Tupelo was easy to find and get to from the Natchez Trace Parkway. Check in was very easy with the ladies behind the desk being very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. While in Tupelo I visited the Tupelo Automobile Museum which has a great collection of vehicles. It was just a few minutes from the Comfort Inn. Elvis's birthplace was also very close. A fine selection of restaurants were also with in 2-3 miles. We will stay here again.

We stayed on this same property when it was a Microtel. Back then, we couldn't get out of there fast enough the next morning. The rooms were disgusting and smelled and the bathroom...ew. I apologize to my family. Spur of the moment decision that my children still remind me of whenever we pass a Microtel. "Mom! Remember that time we stayed in that icky hotel in Tupelo?" GOOD NEWS! This is a completely revamped, remodeled, renewed hotel under a different name! It's safe to stay here, kids... Read more

My family and I have stayed here on multiple occasions and we've definitely had nice stays. I felt extremely safe, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the hot breakfast was adequate. The front desk and breakfast area associates were very friendly and attentive.

front desk girl was very friendly and efficient. they have free BEER and cookies at 5pm. our room was a king room and was very well appointed and clean. the breakfast had eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, cereal, etc. all the staff were very friendly and helpful even to the point of recommending an excellent restaurant, Harvey's, a short distance away. the only minus for this hotel was no mini fridge in the room.

Staff was polite and courteous; however, the first room we were given had not been cleaned--beds not made and towels on the floor. The front staff apologized and said they had been having housekeeping problems and gave us a different room. What we did not notice until we pulled down the covers to go to sleep was a noticeable stain on the sheets that appeared not to have been cleaned. based upon the appearance and location of the stain, it appeared to have resulted from some intimate activity. ... Easy on and off from the Parkway. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. The breakfast room was a nice size, and hot food was replenished regularly. Very nice staff. Definitely would stay again if we were in the area.

We stopped for the night on our way to Gulf Shores, Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Breakfast room was nice size and breakfast was very good nothing fancy the usual, waffle, cereal, eggs, sausage or biscuit and gravy. You also had fresh fruit and yogurt. The breakfast room was well stocked. Would stay again.

Nice and clean rooms, although a little small it was still a great choice for us! The breakfast was good and staff was friendly. It's located away from the busy highway traffic and in a safe and convenient location.

Stayed only one night, but the room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, and the AC a perfect escape from the Mississippi heat. Breakfast was available the next morning and fruit, cereals, scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage, bacon, muffins and donuts were offered. The vending and ice machines were located near the front desk and the staff were excellent!

A large group of us die hard GA fans traveled to see the Ole' Miss-Ga game. The game was a disaster, but the hotel stay was great! You could not ask for a more friendlier staff. They went out of their way to accommodate the 20 of us! Ms Amanda and Ms Cindy were fantastic! I travel a lot and this is one of the nicest Comfort Inns I have ever stayed at.

I stayed here on business because I was able to get a nice rate. I was very surprised at how nice the place was. The front desk staff was awesome. They have a happy hour every night with free beer. Jazzmica, Amanda and the others were so nice. I recommend this hotel.

What an amazing hotel the staff are so friendly & the hotel is so clean. We stayed at 4 hotels on our trip & this was by far the best & the cheapest, just don't know what they are doing but if they could bottle it they would make a fortune! We especially liked the "happy hour" free beer.10/10

Excellent value and location. Quiet clean and comfortable with limited but ok breakfast. Free parking and wifi and numerous restaurants within short drive. Close to Natchez Parkway. Free cookies and beer on arrival, although seems the housekeeping had few issues with soap as we were not alone in having to request some from front desk!

What the hotel had going for it is that it didn‚??t cost a lot of money. And the guest laundry was a useful facility, after several days travelling. And the bed was comfy. Decoration and furnishings are showing their age. They advertise that coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby. It isn‚??t But these are minor criticisms. There are nor significant issues. First, the walls are thin. You hear the conversations of people next door. You hear them snoring. You hear the people walking around on the ... Read more

This motel is slightly off the beaten path as compared to the ones in the busy shopping area but we like that. It's only 2 stories tall and has an elevator. The hall decor is pretty dismal and the rooms are abit dark though the bathroom vanity area is newer and the wifi and TV are good. And a simple breakfast is included.
