I will definitely choose this hotel again. Great location, nice rooms and great guest services. I cannot think of anything negative about my stay at this hotel. Will be going back in another week and I made sure I booked at this location.

If you want to experience good service & hospitality this is not the place to go at all. I called down to the front desk 5 times asking for an additional blanket & never received it. Filed a complaint with the hotels corporate office and the General Manager NEVER responded to them. Thankfully their customer service department took care of the issue. I would highly suggest you avoid this Hampton Inn if at all possible.

I had my credit card hacked that morning of check-in and I had to go find cash on an out of state bank and get a pre-paid gift card because they would not accept a check for the room charge and the required a cc swipe for "incidentals". I've been a HHonors since 1990 and I was treated like a common thug off the street. This membership has NO rewards in this case.

We had an early flight out of Memphis, so we decided to stay here for the night. On arrival, the hotel was nice and the staff was friendly but there are 4 reasons I would chose another hotel; 1. We found a used bar of soap in the shower 2. The A/C cycled on and off about every 3 minutes 3. When the A/C was on it blasted out a strong perfume smell 4. The walls at this hotel must be paper thin. We could hear people at the pool as if we had the window open (we were on the 3rd floor), we could hear ... Read more

Very poorly managed hotel. Overbooked (given wrong rooms) unprofessional (clerk refused to explain problem and resolve issue), didn't clean room, overheard maid refuse to make beds. Embarrassment to Hilton brand.

This is a nice clean place to stay. The Hampton chain has always been a good value. The rooms are always clean and adequately stocked. Many have a refrigerator and microwave oven. The pool area was clean. the lobby and breakfast area were clean. The food was the same poor quality offerings served at motels everywhere.

The hotel is located conveniently off I55 and easy to access. Plenty of restaurants in the area. There was an occasional jet that came right over the hotel on approach to Memphis Airport. Other than that the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Basic hot breakfast. Nothing special. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Except for the manager, desk staff very much not interested in customer service. Manager did a great job ion the recovery for a room clock that did not work and actually went out and purchased a replacement. Front desk personnel at check in and check out were very much concerned about anything but their job and customer assistance. Others in the lobby agreed with my "on site review" in the morning at check out.

Nice enough place and friendly front desk. Only disappointment was free breakfast of cold eggs and sausage. Food was in a covered tray but must not have been heated properly to stay warm. That is kind of important for a decent breakfast. Poor training and food monitoring I guess.

The room was comfortable temperature wise. But it could use an update. The beds were very springy and the comforters really need to be washable. The breakfast has pastries which was a nice change and the breakfast was good. In the evening they serve free hot chocolate chip cookies which is nice, except when the hotel is full and there's a baseball team of growing 13 year old boys. One dozen doesn't last, also the fact there's no cookies on Saturday night, boo.

The property is located just off of I-55 in an area with several restaurants and shops nearby. During check in and check out the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and not too worn out yet, although the curtains did show some wear. There was an outdoor pool just outside our room and it was a little loud until about 10pm. The breakfast area was clean and the food was fresh and hot. One warning is that if you are using Google to find the hotel it will not tell you will need to turn... Read more

The first room I was assigned, on the 2nd floor, smelled of smoke. The desk agent was quick to change rooms (across the hall). The next room was fine, but I smelled smoke on the second day of my stay. Someone was smoking in the stairwell, down the hall. There were five, fresh cigarette butts smashed on a pile in the stairs. I informed the front desk agent and they said they would check it out. That continued all night; the next morning I informed the desk agent, and they seem non-concerne... Read more

The Hampton Inn was great! The front desk clerk was very energetic and polite. The room was clean and nice. My downfall was the location of my room. It was on the first floor and being a Hampton the hotel is small so the breakfast area was less than 6 feet from my room. There was so much noise and chaos starting at 6a, that caused me not to enjoy those last good hours of sleep.

The property is a bit dated and they do not even have the minimal of a pantry. Compared to the other properties very close for just a few more dollars I would stay at either Home 2 or HGI in walking distance. However, if they are booked, the rooms are clean, although don't plan on the continental breakfast. Eat elsewhere. I am a diamond member and stay at a minimum 35 Hilton family hotels annually. I hope they update.

Hotel is close to everything-shopping, restaurants. It is located in a busy part of town but the property is shady and quiet. The staff was very friendly and they all seemed like they enjoyed working there. Graceland is just about 6 miles away and easy to get to since the hotel is near I-55. Value is OK. Seems like you need to spend at least $130 a night to avoid creepy clientele in this area.

The hotel has hampton by Hilton name on it and that's it. Its a glorified motel 6. The freeway noise is everywhere in the hotel. Most hotels by airport you don't here the planes but hear you do.
