We had a horrible experience at the Hampton downtown Jackson-coliseum and transferred to this hotel. It was like going from Motel 6 to the Ritz. Nice staff, great rooms, quiet., I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This Hampton Inn is located close to the Bass Pro / Outlet Mall and many restaurants. Its close to Interstate 20 with easy on and off. I found this Hampton Inn as clean and nice as I expected. Beds were comfortable and Bathroom stocked. Now let's talk about the breakfast. It needs some help. The waffles stuck to the waffle iron. The orange juice was strong. I was disappointed there was no Bacon or Sausage. The fresh fruit was nice and chilled. Over all the stay was pleasant and the staff was ver... Read more

This hotel is a super value relative to other local Hamptons or chains. Close to I-20 but not so close that you hear road noise. Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. A bit dated in decor and furnishings, but that is reflected in the price. I would certainly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

We have been staying at this hotel while in Pearl, MS for a number of years now. The hotel has undergone remodeling several times during this period - always remaining clean and up to date. The staff is efficient and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

This hotel is a good value and a clean, quit place to spend the night. Hotel staff and complementary breakfast is good but lacks fresh fruit. Rooms are clean but very comfortable & roomy. Rooms could use a little updating.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and nice. The location is great. Mall is about one mile away. Cracker Barrel, McDonald's. Apple bees, Ruby Tuesday, movie theater, variety of service station, and other stores. A great place with a reasonable price to stay.

The rooms were great and the staff was wonderful but the bed in room 210 along with the air conditioner were awful. The room did not cool off until 5 AM and was set as low at would go. The bed was hard and worn out. Other than that is was a great little vacation.

For a King Suite w/whirlpool tub, some major maintenance issues need addressing. We are aware of housekeeping using a cleaning spray nowadays to clean tubs, which makes them slippery until rinsed off by a client's shower. But our whirlpool tub/shower was so slippery and stayed that way that we clung to the "grab bar" at all times, even when trying to get out of the tub. The shower rod was about to come unglued from its silicone adhesive (???) and fall off. The closet door was completely mis... Read more

The hotel was fine. The staff was definitely the issue. The person checking us in was friendly but put us in the wrong room then rented out the room we wanted to the person behind me. The person checking out the was extremely rude.

Overall stay at this Hampton was good. Safety is a factor as the back door was not locked the entire week we were there. The complimentary breakfast and comfort of lobby was terrific. The ease of checking in and out was great. I locked myself out the first day and clerk gave me new keys that had to be re-keyed each time I came back to my room. A little annoying but at least that was a safety factor. This hotel will benefit by taking greater measures to ensure customer safety. The gym was in grea... Read more

This hotel is not close to typical Hampton standards. The breakfast was barely edible with biscuits as hard a hockey pucks and the gravy like glue. The rooms could use an upgrade as it is dated. I came in quite late from my flight and found the hotel a little tricky to get too. I could see it but actually finding the entrance is not so easy. I could not connect on WIFI. This one stay will be my last stay. Jackson has better choices.

This is a hotel that is tough to find from the street. It's tucked behind two other hotels as you come off the highway. Plenty of rooms available. However the rooms are dated, carpet is torn and frayed, a tripping hazard. We had an ant infestation all over the in room desk. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Walked to a close by Ruby Tuesday for take out. Breakfast was typical, stayed with just eating the fruit. Close by large outlet mall, Bass Pro and MS Braves baseball stadium. Place need... Read more

We stop in Pearl due to the half way point on our road trip. This is a convenient location just off of I-20 East of Jackson MS. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was very good. There are plenty of eating establishments in the area for night time eats and there are gas stations near by for refueling when you are just stopping for the night like we did. We will definitely stay here again on our next road trip!

Second time staying at this hotel when going to/from Atlanta - Dallas. It's perfect for a halfway point in the road trip. The rooms are clean, breakfast is great, and there isn't a shortage of seating in the morning. Signage just needs to be a bit clearer. First time I stayed at this hotel, I missed the entrance completely, and the second time I did it again! It's tucked away behind an abandoned Shoney's, which in itself makes the hotel area look a bit sketchy, and the hotel has the "old" Hampt... Read more

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. However, the drain in the bath tub was backed up. I put in a service request but was told that no one could fix it since it was after 5pm. Furthermore, when I asked for a plunger, one was not delivered to me in a timely manner (i.e. I waited over an hour for the plunger)! I will not be back for my next visit. Hopefully they will remedy this situation for future guests ???

Asked housekeeping for towels since they did not give me but 2. Told them I was working nights and all I wanted was extra towel for a shower. After asking 2 times and the front desk 1 time in 3 days. I decided to go stay at a different hotel. Yes it is something simple but the housekeeping said that she always runs out of towel by the time that she gets to my room.... Well go get some more since that is the only thing that I need.

The hotel is behind 2 other hotels using the same access roads. So when you are entering the property use Phillips lane when exiting use the Econo lodge parking lot to access Riverwind E dr for the traffic light. Facilities are being renovated on the outside, however the rooms also need to be overhauled. They were not bad but do need TLC. Facility was clean, with good fitness room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I utilized the app for an on-line checkin. That is handy. My room rate was within the government per diem. The room was comfortable and functional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too. The property is currently going through renovations, but it doesn't interfere with the daily operations. Lots of dining options nearby.

Parking limited. Had to park in the econo lodge parking lot next door because of the construction equipment and supplies taking up a large portion of the parking lot. I love Hampton Inns. They're my go to favorite for business (great lighting, good wifi, great room configuration) and personal travel (great free hot breakfast, good gym, guest laundry facilities). Unfortunately, this property is not in a good location, tucked behind a Comfort Inn and a boarded up Shoneys. The building is currently surrounded by scaffolding and half of the parking lot overtaken by construction equipment and materials, so hopefully much needed repairs are underway. While the fu... The back door was open all night. The one that lets you in without passing the desk. Scary! Hotel is under renovations and the parking situation is horrible. The internet kept going out. The cable TV went out and never came back on. They ran out of food on the breakfast at 7:30 on Saturday morning. There was no desk clerk around when I went to check out and complain. After a long day of driving across country, I just wanted to relax and watch a bit of television. But the tv reception was so bad we couldn't watch tv. When I complained to the staff, excepting a discount or some compensation, they said it is a problem. I would say this hotel is not up to the general standards of a Hampton Inn.

It's located behind another hotel and an abandoned restaurant. Not prime location at all and a little bit creepy. Plus, the entire fourth floor is under construction and there is scaffolding everywhere. Rooms were dated, which I assume is the reason for the construction. Hallways were dirty and the floorboard rubber stuff was peeling off the walls. I would definitely not stay here again.
