Rooms were clean and roomy. Staff was hospitable. Coffee was available and hot all day. Breakfast and Lobby were very nice. Couldn't ask for better location to stores and short drive to the UM campus and Oxford Square.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly! The internet connection was poor. I would definitely stay here again because of the hotel's proximity to Ole Miss. The town is charming and the people are welcoming.

Friendly staff, great location next to restaurants and shopping. Very close to campus. Room was Clean. Breakfast was adequate. Cookies and coffee in the Lobby. Smooth check-in. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

One reason we chose to stay here was because we had stayed there 6 years ago and it was the most comfortable hotel bed we'd ever been in. I'm not sure if they're using the same mattresses as they did then, but it didn't feel the same. The bed was not uncomfortable, but it was no where near the comfort they had then. Also, before they had a king bed filled with pillows. Now, we had 4 tiny pillows that weren't even the length of standard size pillows (the pillowcase was too big for it) and they we... Read more

This hotel is located central to the Ole Miss campus and a wide range of establishments on Jackson Street. The hotel has a shuttle which will take you to the Square and other areas in Oxford. The staff go over and beyond to make sure each person's stay is nothing short of wonderful. They are right there to assist should you need it.

Second stay at this hotel. Very nice accommodations and great customer service. Allison at the front desk was especially helpful and personable. Was impressed that on New Years Eve they offered shuttle service to local restaurants etc., Breakfast was very good. Real eggs and hash towns were well seasoned and delicious. Not what you normally get with free breakfast. Definitely will return.

From the time we checked in, Allison our front desk host was exceptional! Advised us of all the amenities at the hotel, as well as the surrounding area. Room was clean and had all we required. Great location to Ole Miss and restaurants and stores. Quiet and well maintained. Will definitely be staying here again!

From check-in till check-out, this hotel and staff was tip-top. Very professional staff, clean rooms and not too far from the Square. Darryl, the shuttle driver, dropped us off and picked us up from the square as well as after the game. The manager himself even took us to the Oxford airport on Sunday, as we flew in private for the game. We stay here every Egg Bowl with around 15 family members and it's always been a good experience. Great job.

The Egg Bowl was a disaster, but the staff at the Hampton Inn West - Oxford made the trip worthwhile. We think this place is great! The room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was delicious and ready early that morning. The front desk staff was very helpful and made us feel welcomed. Housekeeping took care of us, just like were at home. We plan to stay with these folks again whenever we come to Oxford.

I hesitate to write this, as it is already difficult to get a room at this Hampton Inn. It is simply the best. I have stayed at a variety of higher priced and similarly priced hotels in Oxford and no one runs a cleaner, friendlier, more efficient hotel. As is the case in SEC college towns, you will pay top dollar (close to 400 a night) during football weekends and see the rates cut in half during week. However, you will find southern hospitality at it finest here. At one of the best locations in... Read more
