We booked our stay through Sams Club Travel. Excellent choice! The room was spacious and clean. (Our bathroom floor was also sticky - but from having tile, it's from using the wrong cleaning product on it - the floor actually was quite clean). The hotel uses Neutrogena products in the bathroom - soaps, lotions, shampoo, conditioner - what a pleasant choice! The hotel was very busy with teen sports teams, a large band, etc. and we were not expecting a quiet night for sleeping...and much to our ... Read more

The hotel is nice, clean an convenient location to the Memphis area. I experienced numerous problems during check in including being assigned the wrong type of room from the reservation, being bill at check in for a room that was prepaid. While these issues were resolved they impact my review as they shouldn't happen. The worst part pf my stay were the pillows in the room. All six were the same soft type that provide zero support for you head or neck. The free breakfast was good with a large sel... Read more

Nice Hotel, was shocked to see condition of carpet on way to elevator and to room after checking in. It is not up the standard that I am used to at a Hampton Inn. Service was great, very friendly. Room was very clean, bathroom was especially clean. Beds were very comfortable...very easy to get from highway.

Stopped along the way for a one night stay. Staff friendly, room clean and hotel close to places to have a quick bite to eat. There is some wear and tear to the room and the hotel in general. Stains on the furniture, curtains, carpet on first floor frayed/torn. That's why 3/5 stars. As long as my room is clean and the bed is great I can live with a few blemishes. Would recommend unless your picky!

Great service, facilities and access to restaurants at this Hampton! I have used this Hampton since November 2015 and I have not been disappointed. I try to book two to three weeks in advance because this Hampton fills up quickly. The service this facility provides is a reflection on their room capacity. Tried other facilities only when the Hampton was booked.

Always enjoy a stay at Hampton Inn. Breakfast selections are always tasty and things I would eat at home. Thank you for the variety of foods as well. The fruit and yogurt are nice to take back to the room for a snack. Coffee at all times and the ice water were very welcome.

Our family stayed one night here (two rooms). The rooms were nice and comfortable. Quiet place and comfortable beds. It is just outside of Memphis and there was not a lot of traffic to get there or leaving in the morning. Breakfast was average for hotels that serve a hot breakfast (waffle maker; selections of bread for toast; bagels). Indoor pool and hot tub (though hot tub wasn't working when we went).

I regularly stay at Hampton Inns, and this one seemed to fit the bill. We stayed at this property 2 years ago and it was very nice - clean, quiet, with attention having been paid to detail. The check in process was the most unprofessional check in ever. The lady was telling me how they were booked full. I told her it does not show that on their app and she told me that a lot of the rooms are out of order and the only reason I got a room (even though I had a reservation) was someone refused their room. I frequent the Hilton brand of hotels and thought I would use my points to stay here. Wrong choice! This hotel is awful! I walked in and my room was filthy. My closet was broken. Do yourself a favor & look at another hotel. They have the floors open during renovation - if you want to step on screws, smell paint/chemicals, deal with wet paint, see half done walls, step over carpet running up walls to get into your room - this is your place. The furniture should have been replaced two years ago, the hot tub is out of order. Need I say more? Because there is more.

We stopped here on our way to Savannah because we always have good experiences with Hamptons, until this one. It should not be a Hampton! It was horrible! They are remodeling, with red tape holding down the carpets and wet paint signs everywhere. It smells like wet plaster in the bedroom and the sheets are itchy. The breakfast was mediocre with turkey sausage. The cost was high for a rundown hotel. Can't trust the Hampton name anymore.

I wound up getting credited for the cost of the room because it was so dirty. There was construction going on in the hallway, but it still shouldn't have been so gross and smelly.
