We have stayed here on 2 different occasions, I have to say they are awesome from the clean rooms to the breakfast! A special thanks to Calvin S. and Alexis T. for making our stay exceptional. Definitely will be back!!!!!

The hotel appeared fairly new and the rooms were relatively clean. The counter that the coffee maker was on needed to be dusted but the bedding all looked clean. The bed was very comfortable and our room was quiet. The towels were a little thin. Had a great night's sleep and a wonderful breakfast. Over all very happy with our choice.

We made an overnight stop here on the way to FL and were very please with the property. It's clean and has to have some of the most comfortable beds in a hotel of this price range. Our one issue: Down pillows and the front desk staff could not find a fiber-fill replacement. Not good for those allergic to down. Fortunately we had pillows from home in the car. Otherwise, a great stop.

I was here several days on business, and much looking forward to seeing the area. Overall, the hotel was adequate. However, there were some issues. My first issue was with the room lighting. The architect, in order to make the building attractive to passerby, installed a series of about 30 high-wattage lights to illuminate the building. I'll admit, most any building looks better illuminated. However, the effect to the guests was that a bright spotlight shined in the window all night. For ... Read more

I stayed at this Fairfield Inn on the night of 5/3/16. It was a well kept property and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. This is a good alternative to staying in Memphis where the properties are generally much more expensive. Not many places to eat in the immediate vicinity, but just a few miles to the west on 302 at SR78

My son and I were on our way to MO and stopped here as the half-way point. It was late at night when we arrived. I was greeted by a very friendly front desk employee, Shirley B., who was so sweet and so chipper! The lobby and eating area of the hotel was very large and very nice. Since it was so late and I was so tired, I don't recall exact details of the room except that it was nicely decorated and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the room was relatively quiet - some hallway noises coul... Read more

Our check in by Alexis was friendly and efficient. We were in a room on the far end of 2nd floor, so it was very quiet with no people traffic at this end of the building. We did have concerns that the Carpark is actually quite open to the street, no fence or barriers. Anyhow, this part of Olive Branch seemed very quiet and there were no issues. Our room was very clean, the queen bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was quite OK with just pineapple slices for fresh cut fruit, with o... Read more

Fantastic Hotel, the room was clan and appeared to be newer, Fantastic bed with huge pillows and probably the best continental Breakfast I have seen. I don't think I could have found a better hotel. They made staying with them a joy.

We stopped in for one night; mid-roadtrip. The front desk staff were super and the room was comfortable. The tiny pool was nice after being on the road all day. There are many places to eat near by. The place was clean and breakfast was good.

Great hotel for the price. Plenty of parking. Not as modern or renovated as the many other Fairfield Inn & Suites we have recently stayed at -- but we did note the sign in the lobby mentioning that the propriety would soon be renovated. Well air-conditioned property - from the lobby to the hotel room. Comfy bed and clean room. Would stay here again.

This property is located in the southeastern suburbs of Memphis and is a suitable choice for people who are traveling further south or east. It's located in a quiet suburban area which has a handful of other hotels and some fast-food restaurants. There is a Walgreens drugstore directly across the street. The hotel lobby is nice and tidy, and the check-in by the front desk staff was easy and efficient. The hotel is undergoing some renovation at the time this review is being written (August 2015... This hotel is clean, comfortable, and quiet. Although the entire staff was warm and welcoming, I want to give a special shout to Sheila who did an amazing job with a very standard breakfast. This was the first time that the classic oatmeal was perfectly prepared. As an aside, the bananas were perfectly ripe, not the typical hotel green. We made great use of the two handy bottled water dispensers. The location is great. It's close to the highway and within walking distance of several restauran... Read more

A clean, convenient, newer facility in a nice southwest suburb of Memphis. Near shopping and restaurants, both casual and fast food. Staff does a good job of making you feel welcome and providing a quality breakfast.

While it's not the most convenient Inn to reach in the Memphis area, or from an interstate, it is a quiet, clean property. The sleeping rooms are updated decor and they offer comfortable furnishings. The tv was HD with a good selection of channels. The only issue that I experienced was that the internet was not working the night that I stayed. I know this is not the fault of the management, but it did cause some inconvenience.

Arrived late, left early before offered free breakfast started. Conveniently located to restaurants. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Very comfortable bed, fast WiFi. Offered welcome bonus due to elite status.

Two couples checking in seem to overwhelm front desk staff. Recommendation of Corky's to eat was a bummer. They need to have people eat at places and have a typewritten list to give customers.. Very good executive room and quiet. Free wifi. Breakfast was good with plenty of food. Recently renovated.

I've stayed here many times on business because it's quiet, comfortable, has a good complimentary breakfast, and reliable transportation to and from the airport. The staff tries hard to make each experience pleasurable. I wouldn't keep going back if it wasn't up to par.

Great rate clean and quiet. Have stayed here during several business trips and it has been very good and consistent. The breakfast is nothing special but works and you can ask for a pass to the gym next door. Would recommend for sure.

I stayed here during my business trip in that area. Generally my stay was great, I had a great huge room, clean, very updated, high floor and mostly of the times very quiet. WiFi works great, guest laundry cleanness needs to improve a bit but the cost of a load is great, just 1$ you can't do you laundry cheaper in a hotel, now it comes to my BUT: Due to my work hours I couldn't really join the breakfast but those two times I did I really couldn't believe what I saw...the breakfast service girl c...
