Convenient hotel location for a visit to Natchez. Clean room and corridors. Quiet Friday evening. Except the noisy fridge. Had to unplug. Comfy king size bed but not to excited about overly soft pillows no matter what the cover stated. Standard breakfast to fill you up.

We arrived at the Holiday Inn Express Natchez MS in the early afternoon. Check in was quick and efficient and we were allocated a top floor room (Room 423). Like Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express uses white bed coverings and the rooms always look spick and span. Our bedroom and bathroom were both spotless and the two queen beds were very comfortable. The free wi-fi was fast and worked well. The exercise room, which my wife used, was fine. The free hot breakfast was of good quality. The only t... Read more

Nice, comfortable, clean, subtle, quite, family oriented, and peaceful just to name a few. We didn't have any problems with check-in and check-out times. We had clean sheets and towels. We had all the necessary essentials such as toiletries and such. ??????????????????????????????????????

The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is filling, and the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. You can't ask for more in a hotel. They are genuinely interested in your opnions and concerned if you report a problem, no matter how trivial. Great place to stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The check in staff was very good with one exception. We checked in on Sunday to check out on Monday (Memorial Day). We were told the breakfast would be availible @ 6:30. Most people plan check out and plan road trips around breakfast. Turns out breakfast wasn't availible until 7 (weekend schedule) so we sat around for an additional 30 minutes waiting. If they had let us know in advance we would have either slept a little longer or left and eaten on the ro... Read more

Stayed here for a night while my wife and I were visiting the local historical sites. Extremely clean rooms. Good internet. Had the typical HI Express breakfast. Location is great. Within walking distance of visitor's center, downtown, river walk, etc. Friendly staff, with ready recommendations of where to eat and / or visit. Definitely recommend staying here.

We were in town for an event and chose this hotel as our home base. Our only problem occurred at check-in when we were given a different room type than what we requested and what our confirmation said we would get. We were told there were no rooms available like we requested (I still don't understand how you can get a confirmation for a room and then they not have it available, but whatever). The room was a king suite and had a sleeper sofa so we made it work. The room was very spacious and com... Read more

I walked into a crisp clean cool hotel and did not know what I wanted to look at first. It was a welcoming experience. The staff was nice and professional and ready to please. When I arrived at my room and opened the door, I was floored! The room was cavernous. I quickly told my traveling companion adios! I just wanted to enter my oasis. The room was smartly decorated and very clean. My only regret was that the bathtub had a partial dirt ring in it. This was quickly taken care of by the... Read more

Booked this room with my sisters for a overnight stay for a wedding.. We received a warm(southern hospitality) welcome from the front desk clerks..they gave us our key&up to the 3rd floor we went..the room was gorgeous.. Nice decor,2q/k beds..a couch and a clean nice bathroom.. I'm a clean freak..and I must say the rooms were cleaned to perfection.. They also have makeup towelettes for the ladies and i wanna say they used dove soap or something close to it for soap..the a/c pumped all night..bei... Read more

This gets 4 instead of 5 stars because of a VERY, VERY slow Internet and a cooling issue. The hotel was completely sold out, so there was a little noise, but that doesn't seem to bother me. We had a 2 queen suite, (room 412) which also has a pull-out couch and kitchenette. The fridge was a good size; the microwave was small but clean. Bonus: K-cup coffee maker in the room. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. The rooms were well-appointed and very large. Issues were as follows (an... Read more

If you are following your GPS to it, it's at the light (flashing when we drove in on Sunday) between the Magnolia and Hampton. It's a bit back off the road so if you don't look right at the light, you won't see it. They have pet friendly rooms. The place was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even though you are on the bluff, there is no view from the rooms because of the hotel orientation and how far back from the road it is. The complimentary breakfast is normal for a HIExpress.

When I accidentally left something behind at this hotel they took care of returning the item to me. The staff was on top of it and helped me. Great facility great breakfast great experience! Also a great location if traveling through the area close to the interstate with easy accessibility. Hotel was at full capacity due to flooding in Baton Rouge and things still ran smoothly.

We've been touring 4 states in the US and relying on holiday inn quite often. We have been enjoying a fantastic service so far. Staff have always been very pleasant to us. Today we have an unfortunate exception. We were attended by Ms Frisca in Natchez, Mississippi. If we have only terrific words for the other staff Ms. Flisca showed us the dark side of the service. She was at the lobby and was quite impolite to us, raising her voice to our questions and make us feel rather uncomfortable. We d... Read more

Upon arriving to the hotel, we had to wait a little as the Front Desk Agent was outside smoking, I felt that she could've at least had someone to relieve her even when she saw me along with another guest presenting to the front desk she literally took her sweet ol' precious time returning . The hotel itself is very nice, an added bonus is having a refrigerator and microwave inside of the room. The fact that breakfast is served until 10:00 am is very gracious, they offer a very nice of variety so... Read more

As usual, this is a very well kept hotel. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and neat although there was no extra seating that we were used to. The beds were like a Rock, way too hard. We've stayed at other Holiday Inns and been very satisfied with the beds, but these were quite hard.

overall this is a nice, newer hotel but housekeeping leaves a LOT to be desired. The first night we noticed the tub was dirty and had a ring. Left a note the next day and they cleaned it. The toilet had a ring the whole time we were there which was four days! The bathroom floor also wAs not clean. Breakfast was decent and dining room was pretty good. The wifi was TERRIBLE

This hotels location is great-- right on the bluff and just a short walk from downtown. The hotel is VERY clean and the staff was AWESOME! We stayed during balloon race weekend, so we paid extra but even still I have no complaints. It was worth every penny! We will stay here again!

Stayed here 2 nights last week (October. 2016) & left my cell phone behind when leaving. It had been turned in to the manager by the house maid. The manager was so helpful & obliging. She shipped my phone to my home where I received it the day after I returned from my trip. I am extremely grateful to her. This hotel is clean, comfortable with very friendly staff.

We stopped over in Natchez and booked as a walk in. Nice size room and no real complaints. Appears to be fairly new and is easily accessible. Not walking distance to many of the attractions but that was not issue for us. Can walk over to the Visitors Center and Veterans Park as well as can walk to a nice view of the River and bridges.

Stayed at this property with my spouse for a work related conference with her job. The hotel seems fairly new and was very clean. Staff was really friendly. The room we had was a king 'suite', but I was rather disappointed on their definition of 'suite'. Quite small for a suite in my opinion. Bed was really comfortable and furnishings were nice enough. On occasion, I could hear people's conversations very clearly coming from other rooms while in the bathroom. It was rather noisy from bumping a... Read more

This was my first time to stay at this particular Holiday Inn Express. The hotel actually upgraded me to a suit after learning I was an IHG platinum member at no additional charge. Huge room with great amenities. Quiet and super convenient location on Canal Street just across from the Natchez visitor center. Will definitely stay here again.
