Hilton Garden Inn proved to be an excellent choice, the staff is very professional and friendly and the rooms are very new, fresh and clean. I usually stay at the Hampton Inn but wanted to try the Garden Inn and now I won't stay anywhere else based on my experience in Meridian, MS.

I was a bit worried about staying at the Hilton Garden at the Meridian. But I had an amazing experience from beginning to end. At my arrival, Lucy, the friendly lady, at the front desk greeted with me the most professional manner. Everything went smooth. I stayed there for three nights.

After a long drive from southern MS I landed at this HGI. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the lobby. First, it was different from most HGI I have been to because the registration desk is on the right instead of the left, lol. Secondly, the area seemed nicer than I was expecting. You have many choices for eating out, including the hotel although I ate at Outback. Anyway, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, business traveler or family! Enjoy!

This is my second stay with this hotel and as usual the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a very pleasant stay, especially after navigating EXTREMELY inclement weather before arriving. I will make this location my resting point whenever I travel to this area.

I am a Diamond member with Hilton and in all of my travels this is the worst hotel I have been to. The front desk is rude and disrespectful. Never again! I was promised one room and even pre-checked in and when I got there was given another one. If this is how they treat there frequent guests, watch out if you are just looking for a place to stay. They also inferred I was lying about the length of my stay. I called them and requested 2 nights and they only wrote down 1 night. They were not... Read more

The experience was good overall, but take the short walk to Logan's if you want a steak. The hotel was clean, but I thought it was slightly overpriced for the area. I was not welcomed as a HHonors member, but it may have been an oversight. I would recommend this hotel if you don't mind paying about $20 more than its really worth.

The hotel staff are pleasant and professional, in demeanor and appearance. The breakfast was fresh and we especially enjoyed the cook to order feature for your eggs, or omelets. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable, great pillows too.

The hotel itself was not the worst I have seen. My issues are a result of no one on duty being able to resolve the pricing issue. I was promised a call back and did not receive one... Also, I personally left the DM a message on his voicemail providing him with my name, number, and situation. I honestly feel ignored.
