Hotel was clean and very inviting. I was in Jackson on Business. The hotel is older but very well maintained. Request a room on the front of the hotel. I was on the third floor on the rear of the hotel, overlooking a ford dealership. I am not upset about the view, but was awoken in the morning due to the pa speakers from the Ford Dealership. I would hear, "John Doe report to the repair bay for a tire rotation." It was not really bad, but you can hear it in the room. Internet speeds are lac... Read more

Let me start out by saying it is a very nice property and the lady who checked me in was very pleasant. I booked thru Priceline and got a great rate. Priceline stated free breakfast, that is not true. What most swayed my review was the pool and indoor hot tub. The hot tub was so disgusting, I was amazed I was at a Mariott property. I cannot believe it had been cleaned, ever. It was gross and unacceptable.

We should have booked this one first, but we booked a budget hotel. We only lasted one night at the other place. We got the last room left and switched hotels as soon as we could. Friendly check-in, PRISTINE CLEAN, cafe service was incredibly nice and got me decaf coffee when there was none served out front. Quiet, safe, close to our meetings, good front desk service. Will definitely stay here again!!

We stopped here on the way back through Mississippi. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood looks fairly busy with a car lot, but the hotel is surrounded by a gate. The room was fair sized for the kids to play in after the long car ride. The room looks dated and several maintenance items need to be performed but it was clean and a good nights sleep.

Stayed here a couple of times over the last few years. Rooms are always clean and access to and from the main roads is very convenient. For the price this room cannot be beat compared to other hotels in the area. This is always one of my go to picks when needing a hotel in the Jackson/Ridgeland area.

This is the nicest hotel for the price by far in the area. The staff is very friendly! The common area is nice including the pool and fire pit conversation area. My room was on the second floor and it was nicely and newly redecorated. It was really quiet so I was able to get a good nights sleep. Also there was a refrigerator and Keurig in the room. Great experience. Will return soon.

Where to begin? Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and friendly enough. We were given the wrong room at first but it was quickly rectified. It only goes downhill from there. The new room was very nice. Clean and comfortable beds and a great place to sleep. We had trouble opening the door and were told by an employee they were aware of the problem and it still needed to be fixed. My son and I went to the pool and noticed a sign on the door stating the spa was under repair. As we entered the ... Read more

It was just ok, whereas most Courtyards are a lot better than ok. The first disappointment was that the girl we booked with said she requested adjoining rooms for our stay, and also a free breakfast, neither of which we received. The bed was fine and the room was fine; my wife said the carpet is ready to be replaced, but not seriously noticeable. Usually look at Courtyards and will continue to do so, but this one just had enough small unmet expectations to justify a lower rating at this point.

I come here to work different cities around Jackson and in Jackson. Hotels in this city ranges all over the map and so are the prices. Because I come here for years, the staff always gives me extremely affordable price, great service. I like low floors and near door rooms. They save one for me every time. I love the location, access to I 55 and shopping malls and to the Maddison area are all right here. I highly recommend this hotel

The rooms are now outdated with the red courtyard scheme - but clean and fine. The people in the bistro are outstanding - the front desk too. The gym continues to have equipment where the tv doesn't work. It's an old building - but they've pieced it together well. It's got a cheaper price point - so in that sense it's good.
