We stayed here over the weekend. Hotel is super nice and very clean. My only issue is that when I went to use the hair dryer, it was not in good condition at all. The cover was off of the back and it wouldn't lock. I had a hard time drying my hair with it. Besides that, hotel was great.

Stayed here for 1 night while in town on business. Hotel was very nice, clean and beds were very comfortable. Several restaurants nearby for dining. Close to the airport and only a few minutes to the beaches. Had breakfast at the onsite restaurant in the am and it was OK, nothing special, but got the job done. Would stay here again next time I'm in the area.

We stayed here overnight. Calling the hotel "airport" is a bit misleading because it's not right by the airport - you'll need a car to get from the airport to the hotel. It's located at the intersection of a busy highway and a busy shopping center, so the location is not the greatest, but it is quiet inside the room. Very comfy beds with your choice of pillows. Reasonable rates, clean and nice, friendly front desk staff. Restaurant on site, which we did not try - breakfast was not included in th... Read more

I booked at the last minute on the spur of the moment trip to the gulf coast!! Much needed getaway with the husband!! Received a phone call from the front desk agent Joshua; he was making sure that I still coming Saturday 05-14-16.. I thought that was really nice . When I came through the doors he was just a smiling , greeted me, checked me in so efficiently. Then , I happened to see an old co worker Sonya MacBeth who was also working there.. We talked for a few minutes! I'm happy to see her wor... Read more

My wife and I were getting away for the first time since her brother died and it was our anniversary. We stayed at the property because of the good reputation. They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to make it one of the most memorable stays we have had anywhere including five star resorts!!!! We will be back again and we will braver forget. In these times such care is very rare.

We stayed one night on our way to Fort Walton beach. The hotel is very nice and clean. In door pool and hot tub. Walking distance to several restaurants and the outlet mall. The pool area was very crowded. My family of four felt very un-welcome so we only stayed about 10 minutes. There were several people drinking with a few of them shot-gunning some type of alcohol is a green can. Other than this the hotel is very well kept and clean.

This full service hotel is just fabulous. Great food, drinks and the rooms are so comfortable and clean. They even have a large indoor heated swimming pool. The hotel is also walking distance to many restaurants and shopping in the area. The staff really work hard to make sure all their guest feel at home away from home.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and was a fairly new hotel. Both are true - but there's one more thing that's great - the entire hotel. GREAT room and FANTASTIC bath....walk in shower that's HUGE. I think it deserves a great review. Evidently a lot of other people like this property - it's booked up last night as well as tonight - with other properties around that don't even have a full parking lot. If you're in the Gulfport/Biloxi area - you should try to get into t... Read more

A year ago my wife stayed here for about 10 days for work. I went to visit towards the end of her stay and when she was at work the next day the cleaning manager who was about a 50 y/o white woman and a younger black maid walked in on me immediately after three knocks and no wait. Luckily I just got finished getting dressed. We both immediately looked at the do not disturb sign on the door and she had the look of panic and asked if I need cleaning. She placed the sign on the floor before they le... Read more

We drove across the country in 2 days and decided to stay in gulfport at this hotel. We had stayed here 7 years ago for cruising the coast and had a pleasant experience‚?¶ Very different this time‚?¶.We booked a room and ran to the store for toiletries. Came back to the room we booked and it was dirty. Towels on the floor and beds slept in. At the front counter the girl was friendly and upgraded us to the 6th floor. Nice, clean room (no tissues, no coffee). Down at the restaurant we were treated... Read more

My 4 week stay at this hotel was far from great. Here's my laundry list: -Almost every day my room was neglected with either no coffee, no shampoo or soap, or the trash not taken out. And it was repetitive even after bringing it to the attention of the front desk. -The spa had a film of nastiness floating -Little shower water pressure -The bartender had an attitude. Needs a class on customer service. -One of the elevators was not working properly -No stairs available to go up to the rooms. They... Read more

Husband and I stayed at this hotel from a Wednesday - Saturday; room was prepaid. On Thursday we spent the day shopping. When we returned that evening our room had not been touch. Housekeeping completely missed cleaning our room. On Friday we went out again for the day, upon returning to our room that evening, housekeeping only made the bed and partially emptied the trash. They didn't clean the bathroom at all and no clean towels were left. Also, I discovered hair underneath the vanity counter t... Read more

Room was average, bed was decent. Got an ok sleep. The staff there are doing everything they can to keep their heads above water, but despite their efforts, management MUST get them the resources to handle this place better. There were tons of families here for local events, and clearly they were understaffed. We tried to go to the pool, but there were 18 kids in it already, with 12 more around the hot tub. One elevator, of the 2 they have, was or working. The wait for the elevator was cra... Read more

I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn in years. I had more or less lost my confidence in the chain about 10 years ago. However, my stay at the Holiday Inn Gulfport-Airport was a pleasure. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my very early check-in after over 20 hours on planes and in airports. The got me into my very spacious and comfortable room before 9AM. The room was well equipped, with a nice large bed, a comfortable chair for relaxing as well as a workable desk and chair for wor... Read more

Good: Beds super comfortable Room service, bar service, maid service Coffee in room was very good Non stop A/C Not so good: Pool was not too clean (lots of kids so there you go) Lack of pool towels (lots of kids so there you go) No black out curtains or at least not very efficient. Very bad: One elevator broken so lots of walking up and down stairs. We were there 5 days and never got fixed. Overall props for the staff handling the holiday weekend.

I stayed in the hotel on the way to Georgia for 85.00. On the way back for 104.00. Go figure. I arrived around 9 pm and Was placed in room 220. I put the key in the door heard people talking and thought I needed a weapon, but it was only the tv. Heaven forbid I walk in in someone. I was at the hotel in time to watch a tv show I like but found tv was possessed by another user or something. Called downstairs and maintenance came and watch the video I took of tv going beserk on my iPhone. The tv w... Read more

I work for a hotel in the Dallas area and I'm fairly picky about hotels. This was a great experience. The staff was outgoing and helpful about local attractions. The room was clean and quite lovely. I was by myself for this trip and I couldn't believe the size of the room. The bed was comfy and I loved that I could make the room an ice box. Great stay! Thank you!

This is by far the most friendly, well ran hotel in the Gulf. If you need advice as to where to eat, play or just relax, they have you covered. Excellent staff that gives you that welcome home feeling, with a touch of class.. Hats off to the management and Karin in the restaurant for breakfast.

The most luxurious stay in Gulfport! The restaurant and bar staff was outstanding. The rooms were exceptionally clean (the elevator floors even sparkled!). To top it off, they even offer tropical scented ammenities in the rooms-- the perfect way to feel like it's vacation even when you're on business. Excellent wifi reception and conveniently located to lots of restaurants and shopping. A must stay when you're in Gulfport!

My family needed a place to stay while passing through Gulfport. The price was a little higher than most Holiday Inn's. We were surprised the breakfast cost extra. Didn't expect that at all when most Holiday Inn's include a hot breakfast. The room was clean. Most staff was friendly. The front desk seemed very busy and was constantly getting interrupted while we were trying to check in. Overall, I would probably look at other places first knowing this place would work if needed.

Staid here 2 nights this past weekend. Enjoyed our visit. Rooms nice and clean. Bathroom was nice. Huge shower and tall sink area for us tall people. Loved our stay . Not close to the beaches but wasn't a far drive to the beach and casinos. Also had some casino comps in our room . Definitely had to take them up on it. Free meal and free play. Had a blast. We will definitely be back to visit. I believe it was run by Americans .

I travel the country to attend professional conferences held at nicer Marriots & Hyatts in such places like San Diego, Denver, D.C., etc. Well, to my great surprise, this Holiday Inn was just about as nice as any of them. The locale wasn't as nice, of course, but the actual hotel seriously was in every measureable way.
