The room we were in had a very unpleasant odor, chemical like or overuse of a cleaning agent not sure which. Also, the complimentary Internet service is ridiculously slow. There is a 9.99 per person charge for the available breakfast.

Ok let's get it out of the way, only thing keeping this from a five is the Internet service. Slow and intermittent which is unacceptable when you are on a business trip. Had to use my hotspot. Now everything else was outstanding. Have not stayed in a Hilton product in years due to poor rewards program. Didn't have a choice this time but was very pleased with the property. Great breakfast, nice bar, clean comfortable rooms, and perfect location for business across from the airport. If you ... Read more

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. For the price of the room, I felt breakfast should have been complementary. Instead it was almost $10 a person. For that reason, my family and I ate elsewhere. Also, the items being sold by the hotel were too expensive. One bottle of soda was almost $3. A vending machine would have been nice.

I was pleased with (really very pleased) with my experience. The reason I did not give a (10) in all responses because the breakfast meal did not come with the room. But still I hope to have many more experiences in the future.

Lodging was great. There was a large softball tournament in town and parking was crazy. The only problem was the staff did not want to address the issue. Trucks pulling trailers taking 5-7 parking places each in the front of the hotel. There was a large area in back that could have been utilized. Several complaints were made by other guest. Good locations, could not hear the airplanes taking off or landing.

The hotel is advertised as "Non Smoking" rooms; however, the first room that we were given smelled horrible! We then asked for another room and the attendant stated "well it shouldn't smell like smoke." The next room we were given was wiped over and not cleaned: the bathroom was dirty, not to mention the refrigerator was leaking. We were looking forward to getting a hot breakfast the next morning but were abruptly stopped by a waiter wanting to know what we were going to eat. More specifically... Read more

We spent one night here and didn't have any issues other than the hotel room and hallways looked quite worn. We checked in online, so the process to get our keys upon arrival was very quick and easy. The hotel was quiet for a Friday night and was a good value. The hotel is located on Airport Road and is not very brightly lit (assuming this is because it is right off of the airport's flight line). So you have to keep your eyes open or you can drive right past the hotel. The hotel shares a pa... Read more

Close to Cracker Barrell, steak restaurants and even Chick Fil A just a few miles up highway. Very convenient. Off highway. By airport. So quiet though. Bed very comfortable. Has adjustment on each bed for mattress firmness selection. Wow!

Bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, tiny pillows on a king sized bed, continental breakfast not offered. Also, the elevators on one end of the building seemed to be on their last legs. Very disappointed in the Hilton brand. Was planning on staying in Gulfport two nights, and we still are, however, we've booked a room at a different hotel, that offers continental breakfast, but at a much lower rate.

Stayed here for the first time. Everyone was so nice. Always asking what they could do for us. The room was nice. The facility itself was nice. It was nice having the pools and gym although we didn't have time to check them out. The breakfast was a little pricey for someone just wanting yogurt and/or granola $9.75. But it's a set price and if you get the whole benefit, (tons of food) it's a good deal for one person but not a family. Although the room was nice, still pricey for what you get.

My overall stay was nice, but not having a place to park after coming in off the road was not the way I would have liked my vacation stay to begin. However, I do understand that there is only so much parking available, but for there to be none available due to other guests being inconsiderate and parking large vehicles with trailers across several spaces is unacceptable.

Nice rooms, bathroom could be larger. Restaurant breakfast was good, service, excellent. Wanted to order room service after a long day of work but everything was separate, example, fries were $8 so, instead , we went out for dinner. Bed was not good, it had a valve where you could let air in and out of it but that didn't help. My advise to Hilton garden... go ahead INVEST in REAL SLEEP NUMBER beds.
